Thanks and continue the good work Emmanuel of connecting the people in the Diaspora with trustworthy contractors and businesses. Trust me that over 80%in the Diaspora wants to start some kind of project or business but who to trust
Thank u so much Emmanuel and Gman from Hotlanta!!!!! I say i learned alot about building from him....... 10 more minutes it would have been a construction 101 class!!!! 😊😊😊😊 really great 👍🏾 video!!!!!!! The area is beautiful with those trees 🌳 incorporated in the design.......plus hes providing job opportunities which is amazing ❤❤
@G-man, you as an architect should have a rate per square foot available. It doesn't matter how many sqft space a client needs. If your rate is $1 or less per SQ ft, then that's what you sell to clients. That rate gives them a picture of the kind of house plan to draw, items to include or delete to make the drawing cost effective based on your rate per square footage.
the ? is a good ? but i will say there is nothing like home 🏡 some of us have been out of Liberia for more than 30 years but we still want to come home 🏡
Emmanuel, please please always try to help your viewers know exactly where you are. Describe the location getting in where your interest is or describe geographical features or markers so viewers can know where you are.
Staying in a foreign country and not having anything in your own country is a shame.... Please Liberians, let us build Liberia because the government will not do alone.😢
Liberians can build Liberia? How? I’m so over your and this talk. It sounds good but not feasible because in reality Liberians lack every skill sets or resources necessary to build this country. So enough with this foolish talk. Accept your need more than help. It would take one hundred years for Liberians to develop Liberia at rate your are going. Name one or two Liberians millionaires you know of in the States to talk about, leave Liberians to build Liberia? My question again is how?
You see, everything in life has a reason if you know that it is impossible for you to do anything in life on your own don't say that to other people. A person Haven't really don't anything good that's while you don't believe that.
I am so glad that diaspora Liberians are realizing that, if we don’t build it, nobody is going to do it for us. Liberia first people!!!
It is such an amazing admiration to see young generations with forward moving and big ideas to do great things in Liberia!
Congratulations, little brother.

Thanks Emma for always helping connecting us with good people, it frustrates me, our own people lacking trust and making some of us to holdback
Nobody holding you back you just don’t have the courage
Stop looking for excuses
Everyone has a different story..you don’t knw his experience dealing with projects back home
