You could mail me one to taste test. Have you tried the steam & bake instead--should be more moist. Use the sling instead of the rack, makes pulling out easier. Please do not wrap it as the crispy crust will get soggy. Thanks for the delicious video.

I have used the Steam Bake function for Cranberry Orange Bread and it is fabulous. Didn't cover. This was the finest crumb, moist and delicious. I will never make it any other way.

Hi Celle, Nice bread machine! I do like how it makes only the one loaf and I was shocked how moist it was and the cake I made months ago-going to try a pumpkin loaf but forgot pumpkin and now have to wait until a day off to go to Flagstaff to get pumpkin-not sure if local market will have pumpkin. right now I want the new Ninja air fryer/grill/smoker that is for outside designed along with Ninja by the Grill Dads going to try and find the fire marshal to show him/her the info about the machine because the HOA lady said no and that it came from the fire department well I decided I'm going to challege it since there is No Flame and it is electric. But currently my new favorite Ninja is my Ninja Speedi
If its electric it should be ok with the HOA lady. I have the same issue in Florida with the condo HOA -most places say as long as its electric its ok. good luck Jean-I want this one as well.
@@pressurecrisp I got a phone call from the fire guy and he said if it is electric with no flame it will be okay, so time to set aside some dollars and then order it

I checked the recipe and my suspicion was correct. You used the steam/crisp setting but the recipe calls for steam/bake.
