  • Replacing my OEM 05 BMW 645CI front/rear struts of Bilstein B4 shocks, Lesjofor springs and all OEM parts to complete the off car strut build. This way I bypass the complete disassembly of the OEM strut just to get some of the hardware needed. I paid about $40 per side not to have to disassemble the originals. I feel it's worth it IMO. Now I only have to remove and replace the struts then take her for an alignment. I hope this helps someone out!!!

    FCP Euro offers sockets with a hex on top that can be turned with either an open end or box wrench. These are like “spark plug” style sockets but are available sizes commonly used for strut nuts: 22mm, 18mm etc. Price $9.99 ea. They work perfectly with t-handle torx wrenches for tightening struts.
