I’m am interested in land like you were showing. We are nomads living in a Skoolie
Theres lots of parcels around the Valle/Grand Canyon Junction area much cheaper, and with more juniper coverage. 10-12k/acre for that is crazy
The trees are juniper not scrub oak, elevation 6k

I was looking at land in or near Kingman, AZ. I want to be no more than 30 minutes away from stores, hospitals ect ect
I don’t service the Kingman area but I can refer you to someone who does.
Community water systems in Golden Valley, Dolan Springs, Sohi, Chloride and White Hills. Kingman is overpriced but you won't have to drive for miles. Good luck!

You can look on coconino county website for help with their rules. Then, buy a piece of land and put a home on it.
What happened to all that land that they used to advertise 50 acres for 29 grand? I used to see it on TV probably 20 years ago and it looked nice what they were showing on TV but I’m sure you can make anything look nice with different camera angles I enjoyed the video and I subscribed thank you. I’d love to have a second location in northern Arizona. I love Sedona. I love the scenery of Sedona, but I think it’s out of my price range unless I buy a townhome or something couldn’t afford any land. I don’t think.

I thought this rapid rise in real estate was because so many people were moving out of California in from the Midwest places like Detroit seems like you’re saying that almost every place is overpriced. It’s got me thinking about the places. Everyone is leaving, but they’re leaving those places for a reason I guess. Thanks again.
