New TheBus Route 151

We would like to announce new #TheBus service for the Downtown, Chinatown, and Liliha neighborhoods!
Starting Sunday, December 3, 2023, new Route 151 will begin, offering daily service on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
New Route 151 will provide community circulator shuttle loop service, starting at Halewaiʻolu Senior Residences on River Street in Chinatown and serving:
1. Pali Longs and Safeway
2. Downtown Honolulu and Hotel Street
3. Chinatown stores, restaurants, and markets
4. Mayor Wright Housing and Kukui Gardens
5. Times Liliha
6. Kuakini Hospital and Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific
7. Liliʻuokalani Botanical Gardens
8. Kawānanakoa Middle School
9. Kauluwela Elementary School, Aloha United Way, and Salvation Army on ʻAʻala Street
...and returning to Halewaiʻolu Senior Residences to complete the loop.
Route 151 operates approximately every 30 minutes between 5am and 8pm, offering Chinatown, Downtown, and Liliha residents a quick and easy way to get around the neighborhood.
