Ha, Ha, Ha. This video deja vue'd me to the one time I tried to use a Haynes manual to guide me through an installation. Just like this video left out the thing that most needed explaining so did that damn Haynes manual back in 1968. Some things never change.
It’s a lot easier to use Type A and B spark plug socket wrenches that come in the tool kit with most Pathfinders. Look under the carpet, back passenger side seat.
Would love your answer to this: on my spark plug 5, there is a prong that the comes out top of engine for spark plug boot to sit on. My spark plug boot i put on is about 2 cm from resting on it. Now the boot seems wiggly bc it won’t remain still due to the distance. ** the wire and spark plug are connected and it solved my issue. But will it flopping a little cause damage to the rubber of the boot cause damage when it touches the hot engine??
PLEASE HELP! After screwing in the new spark plug, my short socket wrench would be stuck inside and would not be pulled out along with the extension bar! All my tools are new! thank you!
try and idle the engine for a while, while applying wd40 the metal should expand then turn it off after about 20 min of idle and run water down your tool it should slip right off

Thanks for the tip
99% of the people watching this are after how to remove and install #6. Not #1-5. Unfortunately, this video skips over that part.
This vedio was really helpful
Lots of new plugs (ngk) double platinum require no gap adjustments! Damage may occur if you try to adjust gap
Show us how to remove the first spark you did that’s under the air intake please

Unscrew sparkplug, tape the socket to the extension then try again.

What kind of spark plugs are the original ones for the 2002 Nissan Xterra?
There no original for nissan xterra or frontier but normally NGK spark plugs are best to work with any asian beamd vehicle especially the iridiums
Worthless
This job is almost impossible without taking the manifold off. Stupid engineering
