Love the Aussies (I'm American) - have some very near and dear friends from Oz. The customer is better served by getting the vacuum internals cleaned by the dealer since the considerable quantity of remaining, tiny particulate in the motor chamber will quickly and drastically reduce the life of the new (somewhat expensive) Hepa filter. This also will remove particulate that negatively affects the internal electronics and the motor itself. :-)
The quality is very good, electrical appliances are the first choice, I like it very much.
Your instructions are top of the world's level.

Why aren't you using a nice QUIET Miele as your shop vac?
$4 a pop for each Miele bag ain't economical yo. Better off using an industrial Numatic
your spare parts price is really sky high. how did you manage to sell generic parts at original prices, and genuine parts for 2x price
👌👌👌👌👌
