Commandos 2: Men of Courage is a definitive World War II real-time strategy and tactics game released by Eidos Interactive and Pyro Studios, and it is probably my favourite PC game of all time. This is my full gameplay walkthrough with commentary of Bonus Mission 6, which can serve as a guide for how to successfully complete the level.
The game sees players taking control of a squad of commandos (Green Beret, Sniper, Diver, Sapper, Driver, Spy, Thief, and Natasha) along with various allied units, as they sneak behind enemy lines to accomplish various missions in World War II, between 1941 and 1944, that will help them to thwart the war efforts of the Germans and the Japanese. The game also has an incredible music soundtrack by Mateo Pascual.
This is the original release of the game, currently available on Steam. I will also be reviewing the 2020 HD remaster soon.

I love it so much! But saldy there was never a game like this.. Desperados is close.. or the other.. ninja game.. but commandos is the greatest 😄👌

Thanks for making the video, had trouble with working out the ladder and the wall, went to the wall to put ladder up but didn't realise had to put ladder down from top 👍

While i appreciate the effort, the whole thing's clumsy. Tiny hides in the bush or in the ground. Driver puts trap right where you were ambushing the soldiers, he also hides in the bushes. Spy fires once with his pistol and hides it. Nearest soldier, or 2, run to investigate, first one steps in the trap and dies. Spy picks up uniform and the MP40. Rinse and repeat a few times, while picking up ammo and uniforms.
Step 2 : Tiny climbs the pole and jumps down on the wall, positions the ladder towards his teammates. Jumps back down and climbs the pole again, this time going across and lands close to the crates. At this time, you can smack the workers, tie them up and hide them behind the truck but beware of the patrolman. Then, climb the pole again and land on the wall, second ladder towards the barbed wire. Sapper gets the wire cutters, grenades and whatever else he can use, all 4 commandos climb down the new ladder. Sapper cuts the wire and carefully deactivates mines. The rest is up to the Spy. He's luring enemies towards the minefield where Tiny smacks them, ties them up and hides them with the rest, until there's only the 2 officers, the medic and the wounded one left. You can use packs of smokes to lure and take them out one at a time or just use the MP40 to mow them all down. Loot the officers for the book, get in the truck and go. In short, it can be done without killing but since it's a side mission, killing everyone also works. But not in a sloppy way. After all, it's a stealth game.
