Tysm for this, writing here for reference:
In a pan on heat:
2 tbs butter
1 tbs maida
Mix well
1 cup milk
1/8 turmeric
1/4 red chilli powder
Mix well
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup cheese
Melt and stir continously
Attain think consistency
