This can be traced back to the days theater didn't allow women to perform in plays. So crossdressing and romance scenes were fully performed by men. This episode is a huge reason why the Boondocks is absolutely timeless. Tyler Perry would not have went out of his way to get this episode removed from the air if there wasn’t a whole lot of truth to it…….especially after hearing what Christian Keyes said…..
