Scias yeah...so much feeling...I try myself at times to hold back my tears at the beauty of this song but....dang it...why do I gots to be so emotional?
My Dad just passed away on July 18th 2017. He was 57 and was diagnosed with liver cancer early 2016. He also had cirrhosis of the liver. He loved to play Skyrim and this song hits home so much. It's so beautiful but also reminds me how much I miss him. I take walks in my neighborhood at night and listen to this nonstop. It helps me to feel closer to him. He meant the world to me and was the best Father a son can have. Love you Dad

I'm not a gamer, but our desktop was in the same room with our sons' TV and game systems when they were growing up, so I got very familiar with the games they played. My favorites to eavesdrop on were Fallout, BioShock, Red Dead Redemption, Call of Duty, and Skyrim. The scores for all of them were fascinating -- unexpectedly thrilling, terrifying, nostalgic, and like this one in particular, absolutely enchanting. My boys are adults now, but the youngest was home recently for a brief stay. One night late, I heard this familiar music emanating from the family room. He was playing the game. I had to tell him I listen to this often, when I'm here alone. It makes me miss him, but it also brings back such lovely memories of when we were all together, safe and sound, under one roof. We are a tribe; we will always belong to each other. I am so grateful to the artists who made these games, which taught my children almost as much about how to live in the world as we did. And thank you for the music that has been the soundtrack to our lives 💗

I have fallen asleep to this song every single night for the past almost three years, and it never ceases to immediately relax me. This song has dried my tears over a dozen times, and cleared my mind over a hundred. Thank you for this upload, and thank you Jeremy Soule for the absolutely stunning soundtrack of Skyrim.

Listened to this entire thing after a sad breakup. By the end I was smiling and was thankful for the life I have, as if any depression I had just went away. I don't really play video games anymore but Skyrim will still always have a special place in my heart.
