I’m From San Jose California I’ve been up to the Lick Observatory it’s one of the worlds most powerful observatory in the world and the first made in the entire world and it’s also a Bay Area icon plus I got to see through the telescope no wonder my eyes saw a giant moon and planets it’s worth it.
microphones.. its a thing. worlds simplest solution - use a iphone to record handheld close to the mouth of the speaker.. let the video editing channel sync the audo from the record to to handheld "microphone". historically audio have always been more important that the image. Love the topic - made it to a minute thirty..

Thanks for posting this educational content.
You could have used microphones on the people so we could hear what they are saying over the wind☹️

Video is fine. Audio is TERRIBLE (sorry)... spent 4 years at Stanford (Grad School). My French wife and visited "the Lick" many times....
Yes, you'll note in the description we mention the audio quality is not good and we recommend using the TH-cam CC option.
Acoustics are tough in an enclosed dome. I know, I've tried.
Needs lapel mike....
Yes but...our solar system gets a one star rating ⭐ ;)
Lick observatory is open ?
Currently Lick Observatory is not open to the public due to COVID precautions and SCU fire recovery work.
