The big one you left out is the Corvette C8 Z06. They took all the flaws and shortcomings of this regular C8 and corrected all of them. To drive one is to understand how much better than the original C8 it has become.

Rory, just me or are all thee cars simply for the 1% super rich? What is there for the ''average'' struggling PCP Focus buyer? Motoring only for the 'elite'? Hmmm. Perhaps the new Renault 5 e or something from Ford may change things. Doesn't bode well for the future.

Ford focus with 3 cylinder 1 liter engine start from 23 k .
If you wanna average saloon car top of the range you have to pay at least 55 k

I don't mind dreaming, and love watching, but there are cars out there for business users like myself that can be tested: Fisker Ocean, Nio ET5 for starters, so lets hope Rory gets a chance with these.

@@josephjewellers China is the world´s leader in making electric cars. So yes it’s made in China, as all the techs in the world, and as most of other cars parts. But it’s designed in England, Germany and Sweden. By the way Geely is not what it used to be long time ago. Geely now owns Lotus, Volvo, the biggest part of Mercedes, half the actions of Smart, the biggest part of Aston Martin, London Taxi, GM, Link&co… So I guess that you should show some respect to this giant car maker. By the way a range rover comes from the indien car maker Tata, and it doesn’t seem to be a problem for anyone.

@@josephjewellers I don’t agree, Geely has always respected the philosophy design of their brands, for example Volvos have always been Volvos, but they are more appealing and successful since they were made by Geely. London Taxis are still London Taxis but much better. The same for this Lotus SUV. The only thing is that Lotus has never built an SUV to compare it with this, but we clearly see the styling language of Lotus in this SUV, like the porous design, how the line of the wind shield meets the center of the front wheels, using light weight materials like aluminum and carbon fiber, the integration of the middle cabine… But it’s a lifestyle hyper SUV that they’ve never made before. They have to diversify to be able to survive, so they made it. Do you think that this Ferrari SUV is more a Ferrari design than this Lotus is a Lotus design?!! Now if you want to fight against the Chinese competition, denying is not going to help. You should admit that they are doing a good job, but then you should try to make better, and to encourage European brands…

Impressive short review with a myriad outstanding clear informations. I’d like to know the starting price tag for each 2023 ev. As I read info in a random auto journal months ago I. Read that Lotus Electre’s starting price is around £100k. My very best wish is to bring the Aston Martin in the factory for a test drive.

The Polestar 6 is due for 2026, not for 2023. The Polestar 3 is expected for 2023.

Sure, Purosangue isn't really env. friendly, but honestly, how many of them are going to be driving around? I wouldn't say many.

Nice review of the car coming in 2023, I like the Audi A6 Triton, The Ferrari SUV is surprisingly beautiful. the 3D BMW X3 is cool. The Rolls Royce Spectre is very James Bond.
For so many years, all we got were new versions of the same old thing. It is really amazing that now we are getting new cars that are actually innovating…. Almost unbelievable.

Is it possible to make a concept car with conventional mirrors? I they've been sticking cameras on the sides of concepts since 2000 and we still all use mirrors
There are multiple cars on the roads now that use cameras instead of mirrors... so it's not longer purely a 'concept only' feature.
Re Flat battery MPG have a look at the Ford Kuga 40 to 50 MPG

Hyundai Ionic 7 please, I'm interested in this 7 seater... the only other price comparative 7 seater is the Merc EQB...
See if you can get your hands on the new BMW hydrogen x5 . I know it’s not easy to refuel in the UK but is becoming much easier Central Europe. Something different and a lot more interesting on many technical levels. If you want to go top end then an Alpine Alpenglow or Hyperion XP1.
Where is all of this electricity and cobalt coming from to power these electric cars?

Of the cars featured in this video I'd love to see more of the Audi A6 E-Tron Estate. Of the cars _not_ featured in this video, the Fiat 500e Abarth Scorpioneoro.
Man, you make talk about cars a passion.
My list includes the Prius, Aptera, and hoping for a Mazda with a rotary gasoline engine as a range extender. Also the Civic and Sportage from last year. For Richie Riches, the Lotus with a 4 or 6 cylinder Toyota engine, and the Corvettes. Also the Chevy Bolt and Ford Maverick from earlier.
Sweet (wet) dreams - but surely what is needed now in the world of EVs are inroads into the “affordable” market????
I like the Cadillac escalade ESV from 2020 for seeing that it has a Cadillac escalade ESV Electric like the 2020 one day.

I believe there will another ev car coming out in around the same time as the hyundai ioniq 7. The kia ev9, both the hyundai ioniq 7 and the kia ev9 will be available for purchase in the us in the second half of this year. The hyundai ioniq 7 is most likely to have a futuristic 7 seater ev suv, it won't have the vision roof when it becomes available for purchase this year but the vision roof will be added at a later date. The kie ev9 will have similar features and build as the concept in the production model. It may have a similar 27 inch display or have display with two screens in the display infotainment hub. I do know both the hyundai ioniq 7 and the kia ev9 will be released about together in the second half of this year 2023. I do know both could power your appliances and devices in the event of a power outage. I do hope both the hyundai ioniq 7 and or the kia ev9 have haptic controls or a combination of both haptic controls and a couple volume dials.

Afternoon mate
my mate in america, has a Tesla, and solar panels on his garage, and tesla battery... but is currentlyhaving a problem...
They currentley have a Blackout, and SNOW... can't charge car....
his wife drove off in her Pontiac GTO Monaro with a smile on her face...
