What do you think? I'm sure there is better chairs for 120$ out there, but this one was best rater on Amazon, so I went with this one. Personally, I've had chairs of around 250$ which were absolutely fine and not as cheap feeling as this one today. I'm also sure that you don't have to spend 1800$ for a quality chair, and 200-600 range is also perfect. Not trying to hate on one or the other, just informing people! Thank you for watching.
The herman miller in my home office is 22 years now. Still works great and firm as it was. You wouldn't regret for the pricy chair. No plan to change it in near future.
Can't buy a new Herman Miller chair? lookup used ones. Don't be surprised 10-15 year old ones are worth $200-$300 . Just so you have an idea how much resale value these chairs have in the used market
They last way longer then 12 1/2 years the warranty is 12 and I had my Aeron Classic serviced once for a few new parts by HM around 10 years in, and now my chair is actually close to 22 years old and overall still works great all I have to do is replace the seat mesh pan out of warranty but hey its lasted a very long time so I really cant complain, and I use it min 8 hrs daily in my studio, so I can attest to the top notch build quality. Lets check on that Amazon chair in 22 years with everyday use it will absolutely never work as well as this one does even this many years later. So on this type item you do get what you pay for. Plus even old as this they still have better resale value then most because they just last and last.
@@danielbocelli I bought it brand new at an AD in NYC for around $1000 service was FREE they sent out a tech to my home under the 12 year warranty. However this only holds true if you bought it from an AD which they verified was the case. If you buy used your on your own.
We have this Herman Miller Aeron where I work. I think they are really shit. I don't like the fact that both the backrest and the seat are a net, instead of something that properly supports me. I bought myself a simpler, second hand chair for around €80 and use that now.

Exactly my point, but even with the 12 years, you’d still be better off with an expensive chair.
How much did it cost you to get it serviced? Did you have to ship it too?
