My headcanon for El Chip's Fiesta Buffet is that it used to be owned by a different company called The Fiesta Buffet Co. but later down the line, Fazbear's Entertainment decided to buy out The Fiesta Buffet Co. because of how popular El Chip was and because of Money. Edit: Very basic headcanon, I know.
I was thinking that maybe El Chip's was a rival company that started to get uncomfortably close to being more popular than Freddy's for a period of time (maybe due to having better food and less child murder controversy) so Freddy's decided to buy into El Chip's and eventually merge the brands into the mall so El Chip could have enough freedom to be happy with extra funding while Freddy's would still have enough control over the market share to prevent people going off to some other less grimy resturant.

A few months ago, I downloaded Chipper and Son's Lumber Co via APK, and it's a good game overall. And there were some things to note about Chipper, he seemed like a nice fella at first, but there were times where it's contradicted, like after his wife fell into the oven and became a bowl of pie, Chipper felt so much grief that he attacked the termites(the termites and Mr. Chipper are enemies, but Mr. Chipper attacked them for no reason) and he mentioned making chocolate cake but it became vanilla flavored when he accidentally "sat" on it. And there were also some more tragic stories, like Mr. Chipper had a son before Tyke, his son became so used and dependent on technology, that he gets rid of his own body parts and replaces them with wooden parts until he's more mechanical than beaver, then the son got invaded by termites and they made him do things against his own will, so Mr. Chipper disassembled his own son and split the parts into 7 other kingdoms so the termites won't find it. I don't mind how Mr. Chipper and Tyke was designed, kind of sad that they were heavily criticized by looking like animatronics.
I'd love to see Scott remaster Chipper and Sons or even make an official sequel, considering how much he's learned about game development over the years.

El Chip and Chipper are cool to me, they're proof that Scott stills remembers both his past creations (Animdude being another example, a reference to There is No Pause Button!) and the criticism he got which inspired him to create fnaf in the first place. Mad respectable that he holds on to his history and even gives it a place in his games now! Also, I thought you might've mentioned this, but El Chip has never had any real enemy encounters or ways to kill you, he's always been a fun cameo, which I guess is like how Chipper, minus Fnaf world, isn't really evil or anything despite looking creepy. A dumb mini analysis but It's just cool to see this kind of thing and I wouldn't've thought of it if you hadn't made this video! (P.S. The Tyke and Sons segment was very cool, I've been meaning to try that fangame)
I love fnaf but I also really love most of Scott's older games too. I know he said he's retiring from making games but it's unclear if he meant games as a whole or just fnaf. So I hope there's still at least a chance he might return to some of his older games and characters in some form.

I know Scott himself commented on his video at the time and then when the first Fnaf game came out he might’ve also reviewed that one, though I may be wrong. As far as I remember anyway he was the one to say that Chipper’s looked like bots, and it’s a pretty neat piece of trivia to know that without this reviewer to give Scott the inspiration we never would’ve had fnaf and all of our anthropomorphic characters. You know what would've been fun, if the El Chip pinata came to life and stalked you. No explanations aside from a note saying that a staff member swears he's seen it move. Then in order to defeat it you use the stoves to light it on fire igniting it's cardboard paper body and the sugar inside of it too. Boom instant memorable "What in the hell was that?" type of encounter. Also minor off the cuff note. A health system would've helped out Security Breach a whole lot rather than instant deaths. The question is, for him killing Chipper as a franchise, or for him making Scunt Cuntthorne kill himself after he made fun of Chipper and Sons. As seen in the parody game FNAF world. Hindsight, Scunt Cuntthorne in universe made Chipper and sons. His daughter asked him to add a female character, the game went unfinished when he killed himself. She never got to play with her. People found about the story of his suicide and it then led to a what if meta-universe
I like to imagine that Freddy Fazbear entertainment was the original company but after so many murders and controversies and both original founders being suspected of child killing it probably went out of business and was bought out by whatever company makes elchip and the mediocre melodies. Just like how Chuck e cheese was the original animatronic restaurant in the real world and ShowBiz Pizza was a competitor that was created because a deal fell through and later on they bought out the original restaurant but just kept them more famous branding

I first met Scott's games with fnaf 2. Then I played fnaf 1. The thing is, when the troll game of fnaf 3 came, I learned that it was an old game of Scott, which made me find Chipper and Sons. Since then, it has been one of my favorite games of all time
Chipper is a good example of never give up, and sometimes constructive criticism can be what you need to the next level. Consider that Scott could have just given up video games with all the negative criticism of Chipper and sons.

It's a family platter. There are 30 tacos in the picture, so you're spending $3.30 per taco, along with what looks like a pretty sizable bowl of guacamole. Still expensive, but a bit more in line with 'no outside food' prices.
My personal theory is that Chip. Tired of living his life retired started up another business after visiting a Mexican themed restaurant and created El Chips. It's great to see when Scott and others look back and remember his past games to see what led to him making FNAF. I hope there are more fan remakes/ sequels of Scotts past works, the desolate hope and room deserve more attention, especially as coffee from desolate hope was put in FNAF worlds halloween update.
I giggle at the idea of there either being someone who crawled out of the eternal dumpster fire of Fazbear or an outside entity that just wanted to use robots to sell a bastardization of Mexican Cuisine and just quietly succeeded with no death or misery involved. To the point where maybe whoever owns Fazbear now just paid them a few billions to take El Chip Brand and they accepted, retiring in comfort and a clean conscience. I'm pretty sure that Scott Cawthon said in Dawko's interview with him that Chipper did make a return in the form of El Chip, so technically Scott partially confirmed that El Chip is meant to basically be FNAF's version of Chipper.

If that sign of the 99$ Taco Platter is accurate, it’s actually not that bad. We see 31 Tacos making it an average of 3.19 per taco, which isn’t that horrible given that a Taco Bell taco ranges from 1.25-3.50. The real question is, who the hell is eating 31 Tacos in a sitting? Hell the family from home alone would still need everyone to eat 3 Tacos a person

You know what would've been fun, if the El Chip pinata came to life and stalked you. No explanations aside from a note saying that a staff member swears he's seen it move. Then in order to defeat it you use the stoves to light it on fire igniting it's cardboard paper body and the sugar inside of it too. Boom instant memorable "What in the hell was that?" type of encounter.
Also minor off the cuff note. A health system would've helped out Security Breach a whole lot rather than instant deaths. Hell you could use pizza and other food as health pickups

Chipper definitely is the key. Given that FNAF is an universe of fan media within the FNAF universe. "The one you shouldnt have killed" may not be a punishment for killing the Henry OC, instead they are punishing Chimp Spermling.
The question is, for him killing Chipper as a franchise, or for him making Scunt Cuntthorne kill himself after he made fun of Chipper and Sons. As seen in the parody game FNAF world.
Hindsight, Scunt Cuntthorne in universe made Chipper and sons. His daughter asked him to add a female character, the game went unfinished when he killed himself. She never got to play with her. People found about the story of his suicide and it then led to a what if meta-universe
I knew Chipper & Sons existed and how it relates to FNAF, but I never actually knew what kind of game it was lol

I like to imagine that Freddy Fazbear entertainment was the original company but after so many murders and controversies and both original founders being suspected of child killing it probably went out of business and was bought out by whatever company makes elchip and the mediocre melodies.
Just like how Chuck e cheese was the original animatronic restaurant in the real world and ShowBiz Pizza was a competitor that was created because a deal fell through and later on they bought out the original restaurant but just kept them more famous branding

I wonder if "El Chip's" is a chain owned by Fazbear Entertainment, or if they just work closely together. Maybe it started off that way, but by the time of Security Breach it got absorbed into the Fazbear conglomerate.

Something that isn’t mentioned in the video, but in the upcoming remake/reimagining FNaF+ (An official remake being produced by Scott and developed by Porkchops Adventure creator Phil Morg) Chipper makes a cameo as a brand of candy. Nothing much, but a cute cameo non the less.
I first met Scott's games with fnaf 2.
Then I played fnaf 1.
The thing is, when the troll game of fnaf 3 came, I learned that it was an old game of Scott, which made me find Chipper and Sons.
Since then, it has been one of my favorite games of all time
That sharpening teeth on his bones line hits hard for me for some reason.
Chipper is a good example of never give up, and sometimes constructive criticism can be what you need to the next level. Consider that Scott could have just given up video games with all the negative criticism of Chipper and sons.
The story of Scott and Chipper is weirdly wholesome and inspiring

scott made fnaf because parents said that chipper and sons was "too scary" for a child friendly game, and scott said "okay then i'll make a real horror game" and so fnaf was born

I completely agree with your assessment, it’s really not so bad. But some of his other pre-fnaf work is better. I DO find Tyke to be a really likable character.

It's a family platter. There are 30 tacos in the picture, so you're spending $3.30 per taco, along with what looks like a pretty sizable bowl of guacamole. Still expensive, but a bit more in line with 'no outside food' prices.

My personal theory is that Chip. Tired of living his life retired started up another business after visiting a Mexican themed restaurant and created El Chips.
It's great to see when Scott and others look back and remember his past games to see what led to him making FNAF. I hope there are more fan remakes/ sequels of Scotts past works, the desolate hope and room deserve more attention, especially as coffee from desolate hope was put in FNAF worlds halloween update.

I giggle at the idea of there either being someone who crawled out of the eternal dumpster fire of Fazbear or an outside entity that just wanted to use robots to sell a bastardization of Mexican Cuisine and just quietly succeeded with no death or misery involved. To the point where maybe whoever owns Fazbear now just paid them a few billions to take El Chip Brand and they accepted, retiring in comfort and a clean conscience. Okay, maybe some ruined colons, but nothing new in the tacos not made by actual Central/South Americans game.

Nice to see someone else thought too long on this. Actually counting the platter showed 30 tacos, which at Taco Bell would run you fairly close to 90 dollars depending on yer choice of protein. Seeing that it has all the fixins that one can think of for a taco, including 'premium' stuff like sour cream and guacamole, it's not too much a stretch that that price would be applicable in current times. If adjusted to the future time of SB, then it's in all actuality possible this is quite the deal...I've overthought this immensely, lol.

I like to think El Chip's Fiest Buffet is actually a subsidiary company owned by Fazbear Entertainment or at the very least a partner company. It would explain the ad's being in various Fazbear locations and El Chip himself being in Pizza Sim. That and it wouldn't shock me if Fazbear Entertainment had various subsidaries,franchisee's and partner companies
