From the last year 2023 onwards ihave all the problems what u have said especially parasthes severe burning sensation with pain ,tingling and numbness. But most of the symptoms gone with drugs gaba and pregalin with NT. MRI showed L4 L5 and SI bulging ,stenosis.now i have lower leg pain ,and shocking feelings in the leg ,kind of sensation in the leg(keeping my leg over the cotton and mud).i am afraid of surgery.more over doctors suggested surgery no need.doing regular excercise. Your advice please sir.iam retired principal and director of nursing.

Generally disc bulge should not cause back pain If there is sciatica, radiating pain down the legs and if physio doesnt help key hole surgeries can be the last option.
