"Treat her with care, and dont leave her out in the open and she will horribly murder whoever you throw her at" Goddamn is that comedy by just getting to the point
Hey guys, I really enjoy all the comments and requests, but I tend to see a lot of people requesting characters I’ve already done. Before you make a request, I suggest you head over to this playlist where I have gathered all the spotlights: th-cam.com/play/PLtQwvs0YaimLq2lrarFIp9xIw5jfJnx-n.html You should check this list before you make your request, just in case I have actually featured your favorite character already. Thanks so much for watching and leaving likes; it really encourages me to continue doing this series! Love you all! Mangs
Ayra's fate in the Belhalla Incident is up for debate. The map evidence points out that she was most likely faced the same fate as Raquesis, being captured by the Loptous Church and turned into stone while trying to cross Aed Desert.
Lol, wanna know how op Ayra's children become in the 2nd generation? Lakche was able to orko Julius with a brave sword (with 50 kills so it had crit) and 2 astra activations in a row. Julius never stood a chance... until he decided Nihil was a good skill to inherit from his daddy...
Ki-Young Jang Shannan’s Balmung makes up against Julius’ Nihil skill. There is a glitch that allows you to give the Balmung to Larcei, but that requires pairing Ayra with Chulainn.
Ayra’s Classic Mode Route in Smash (The Ultimate Fight): In her route, Ayra fights legions of opponents based on a specific category, in the order in which the characters joined the Smash roster. She’ll be fighting a ton of opponents, so scoring Intensity 9.9 with her will be a big challenge. Remixed music from Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War would be used throughout. Stages that would fit in the world of Fire Emblem would be used. ROUND 1: (Stage: “Mushroomy Kingdom”, Music “Across the Desert”) Ayra fights the Mario-related characters, five at a time, except Piranha Plant (due to being DLC). [Mario, Donkey Kong, Yoshi, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Bowser, Dr. Mario, Wario, Diddy Kong, Rosalina & Luma, Bowser Jr. and the Koopalings, and King K. Rool]. Assist Trophies would spawn Mario or Donkey Kong related characters. Items would be from the Mario series. Ayra would fight the Koopalings in the order Mario faced them in Super Mario World, which was developed for her platform of origin, followed by Bowser Jr. If Piranha Plant is downloaded, she fights it too. ROUND 2: (Stage “Kalos Pokémon League”, Music “Spirit Forest’s Maiden”) Ayra fights the Pokémon. [Pikachu, Jigglypuff, Pichu, Mewtwo, Squirtle, Ivysaur, Charizard, Lucario, Greninja, and Incineroar]. The only items are either Pokéballs or Master Balls. ROUND 3: (Stage: “Great Plateau Tower”, Music: “Lionheart Eldigan”) Ayra fights characters from the Legend of Zelda, Kirby, Kid Icarus, and Animal Crossing series. [Link, Kirby, Sheik, Zelda, Young Link, Ganondorf, Meta Knight, Pit, Dark Pit, King Dedede, Toon Link, Villager, Palutena, Isabelle]. Items and Assist Trophies are from the Legend of Zelda or Kid Icarus series. ROUND 4: (Stage: “Norfair”, Music: “Doors of Destiny”) Ayra fights miscellaneous Nintendo characters [Samus, Dark Samus, Fox, Ness, Captain Falcon, Falco, Mr. Game & Watch, Zero Suit Samus, Lucas, Olimar, R.O.B., Wolf, Wii Fit Trainer, Little Mac, Shulk, Duck Hunt, Inkling, Ridley]. Assist Trophies will spawn characters from the same series as the aforementioned opponents or retro characters. Items would be from retro games or the series represented by the aforementioned opponents. If Jugdral Stage is available, it takes place in Nordion Castle. ROUND 5: (Stage: “Dracula’s Castle”, Music: “From Enemy to Friend”) Ayra fights third-party characters in Ultimate’s base roster. [Snake, Sonic, Mega Man, PAC-MAN, Ryu, Ken, Cloud, Bayonetta, Simon, and Richter]. Items and Assist Trophies are from third-party franchises. ROUND 6: (Stage: “Belhalla”, Music “Light Inheritors”) Ayra fights characters from her own series Fire Emblem, including both male and female versions of gender-variable characters, and the metallic version of herself [Marth, Lucina, Roy, Chrom, Ike, Male Robin, Female Robin, Male Corrin, Female Corrin, Metal Ayra], The only items are Killing Edges and Assist Trophies, which spawn either Lyn, Black Knight, or Tiki. FINAL ROUND: (Stage “Belhalla Premises”, Music “Endgame: The Final Holy War”) The boss of Ayra’s route is Rath!Unknown (AKA Black Flying Wyvern) from the Monster Hunter series, referencing Loptous from her debut game Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War. “Isaach Castle / Army of Isaach” would be played during the credits roll. Fighter Spirit: Artwork of Ayra from Super Tactics Book
Need more Geneology of the Holy War spotlights mangs, Lewlyen (Levin?), Lachesis, Sigurd, Celice, Lex, Azelle, everone that I can remember from watching your old Let Play's (pls make a new one for that one too!), such an amazing cast of characters that the West never got to see at first.
Batta the Beast for next spotlight. If not Batta, I would like to recommend Miciah because of her amazing personali... I can't finish this sentence. Also Anna when.
"Whatever you do, keep away from Claude because you do NOT want that pairing." I feel personally attacked over my experimental/non-traditional FE4 pairing run. Kidding, kidding, good video and very nice analysis, I like.
If Genealogy of the Holy War gets remade, maybe Ayra’s fate in the Battle of Belhalla will vary depending on whether you pair her and how well you train her and her partner. If she gets to the Battle of Belhalla unpromoted or without a relationship or if her partner’s level was below 16 or she doesn’t get the Brave Sword from Lex or Chulainn, she’ll be killed in the battle. If otherwise, she escapes the battle.
11:00 i once used Lewyn with Holsety and he got 100+ avo he dodged anything that was throw and his son could probably solo the game if it wasnt for Alvis and Julius because his avo got even higher
Ayra for Smash Ultimate, as the final (or if a ballot is used, penultimate) Fighter in the game, hence DLC. She could be as early as Fighter #79, coinciding with the fact that the Fire Emblem franchise started in 1990. She formalized the Myrmidon/Swordmaster class, the class that corresponds to swords, just as the Fighter/Warrior class corresponds to axes, and the Soldier/Halberdier class corresponds to lances. Since Fire Emblem characters in the Smash roster are mostly swordfighters, why not represent the class that corresponds to it? The Tyrfing is too similar to Marth’s sword. Leif and Seliph don’t fight much differently than Marth and Roy. Sigurd could be Ike’s Echo Fighter. I’ve been researching and working out a moveset for Ayra, as well as the mechanics and references to Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War. Her moveset would be based on animations of the Myrmidon/Swordmaster class across the Fire Emblem series. I’ve also been figuring out a possible reveal trailer. She’d have an exciting reveal trailer. The Battle of Belhalla would happen, but during the battle, before Arvis rains Valflame on Sigurd, Master Hand teleports Ayra to the Smash Bros battlefield just before the last meteor falls. Arvis incinerates Sigurd with his heirloom Valflame, and meanwhile, Ayra warps and slashes through the previous fighters of Super Smash Bros., with herself offscreen until she utters “In Isaach, we repay our debts. I’ll repay mine in Smash!”, and then the tagline “Ayra repays her debts!”, shows up. The remix of “Edge of Adversity” would play during the trailer, and then remixes “Spirit Forest’s Maiden” and “Light Inheritors” play during the gameplay footage of Ayra in action. During the footage, she says “I’ve been observing the warriors here. They know what they’re doing. I find that reassuring. Now is my time to prove my worth on the Smash battlefield.” Lucina says, “What’s she doing in Smash?” Robin says, “It’s a warrior princess from Jugdral.” Richter says, “You don’t belong in Smash; begone!”. Ayra replies “I’m going to prove my worth in Smash! There’s no ifs, ands, or buts about it!” then deals an Astra attack on him. Then, she tells the party, “Before I came to Smash, I fought alongside my comrades in Jugdral. We were defeated by Arvis’s Rotritter. Earlier, my homeland Isaach was invaded by Grannvale’s army. I’m going to fight here to the bitter end. Being in Smash, I can’t complain.” Chrom then said to her, “You’re stronger than Ike! I would be an honor if I fight by your side.” If Ayra joins the Smash roster in the next Smash after Ultimate, she’d be the final unlockable fighter.
My fav. Ira pairing is with Noish. Sure the growths aren't good, but when you have Pursuit, Continue (on Lakche after promotion), Critical, Charge, Nihil AND Astra, you're pretty much death on feet. Never really liked Holyn or Dew, as the sword skills cannot activate simultaneously, if the game were like FE5 and they could- whole 'nother story.
+ModelOmega I did Ayra x Noish too on my first playthrough of Fe4 on the cartridge and it worked pretty well, but I feel like it falls short against the 3 others I mentioned.
Ayra's Smash Bros. move set, albeit special moves: Neutral Special: Kodachi / Magic Sword - Chargeable as long as Cloud's Limit Break and randomly casts Fire, Thunder, Wind, and Blizzard if using Ayra's Blade. If using Brass Katana, it would a physical Kodachi, i.e. throwing the sword like a dagger or boomerang with no elemental properties. If using a Iron Katana, it would be Kodachi with fire properties. If using a Steel Katana, it would be Kodachi with thunder properties. If using a Silver Katana, it would be Kodachi with ice properties. Side Special: Sonic Bladr - Chargeable on the ground and acts as a recovery tool in the air. Similar to Sora’s Side Special. Up Special: Myrmidon Angle - On the ground, it flies horizontally then upward, and has a downward follow up. In the air, it goes vertically and flies a Final Destination length and has a follow up. Down Special: Ninja Counter - A five-hit counter that deals a total of 2.5 times the damage of the original attack (hence half the damage of the original attack per hit). Final Smash: Astra Ultima - A lethal 40-hit Astra, similar to Bayonetta's Witch Time, makes the opponents helpless until all 40-hits are dealt. Speed and attack are multiplied by 1.5, and enemies are slowed down like Witch Time. Damage total is variable. It is almost unsurvivable. 40 was the maximum number of consecutive hits in the Swordmaster class in Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War. When the Final Smash is executed, Ayra's Blade, her legendary personal katana, comes in automatically, and she retains the weapon after executing her Final Smash, until she's KO'd. One thing unique about the Final Smash is that in Classic mode and Crazy Orders mode, if the player finds himself or herself on the receiving end of it, he or she will lose everything he or she accumulated throughout the play session. In Classic mode, the Intensity will go down to 2.0.
Lex can, in fact, pass down the Silver Blade if he kills Chagal in Chapter 3, since it is a boss drop and will be in his inventory. With this, Lex is the best partner for Ayra, IMO, since the main thing holding him back is his inability to pass much to Ulster.
Karinja ! Compare her to Altina and she’s a joke like seriously I have Altina from winning the voting gauntlet and Ayra but my Altina has always been slaughtering Ayra whenever she appears in the game
Mark Tam We got Deidre and Alvis, Ayra and Holyn, Nanna and Ares, Faval and Lana, Shanan and Larcei, Lester and Patty, Seliph and Julia (through the jealousy system), Sylvia and Claud, and so on. Also, a shout out to Raquesis' "onii-chan" complex (she did it before it was cool).
Please do Skirmir. I watched your Radiant Dawn LP and he was magnificent. Plus you only made beorc spotlight (except for Soren), but the laguz also need some love. Or do Leanne and spend 5 minutes shouting "Shabla shabla"
Haha Ayra is no doubt the best female samurai, myrmidon, or swordfighter in the series well there are other female samurais, myrmidons, or swordfighters trying to suppress her but they can't they can try though Ayra is the best one like Mangs said her children are very killer depending on which guy you pair her with to be honest pairing her with lord Lex was nice because he passed on his elite skill to them, pairing her with Holyn well yes they both be major Odo liege & that was killer, pairing her with Dew I did not noticed that sounds like a interesting pairing but I have to agree here so be very careful on which special guy you want to pair Ayra with okay so with that said Ayra is a very good samurai, myrmidon, or swordfighter here.
If Ayra becomes playable in Smash, Brina Palencia will reprise her role as Ayra’s English voice actress. Some of the voice clips will be recycled from Fire Emblem Heroes. Some of them will be voice clips recorded specifically for Smash, taken from Ayra’s quotes in Awakening or Heroes. • “Pitiful” - used when Ayra counters a weak move • “Huh? Do that again, and you’ll pull back a stump.” - used when she counters a strong move • “Let’s see how you handle this!” - used when the Astra mechanic works its magic on her Smash attacks and the Smash attack connects • “Woe be to all who cross me.” - used when she claims the Smash Ball. • “Your life is mine.” - used when Ayra lands her Final Smash • “I won’t let you live.” - alternate quote of “Your life is mine.” • “Sorry.” - when Ayra is KO’d in the blastline but still has another stock left. • “What has befallen me ...” - used when she’s stamina KO’d or if she’s defeated (when Finish Zoom is triggered). • “Why can I not ... tame these hounds?” - used when she’s Stamina KO’d or when she’s KO’d as a player in Classic Mode, Mob Smash, or Spirit Battles. • “There’s no way I’ll die!” - used when she’s star KO’d. • “I am Princess Ayra of Isaach, a descendant of the Crusader Od.” - used when she’s on the winning end of the Finish Zoom and has at least two thirds of her stocks left or ended a timed match with at least two points in Smash mode against a level 7 or higher CPU, or when she wins a stamina match at 2/3 of max HP or higher against a level 7 or higher CPU or when she finishes Classic Mode at Intensity 9.0 or higher. • “Are all otherworldly warriors this ... powerful ...” - used when Ayra is KO’d by an attack that triggers a Special Zoom. • “I cannot stand saying it, but ...my strength pales to yours.” - used when Ayra is on the losing end of a Finish Zoom and the winner was on his/her/its last stock. • “Kamikaze? I’ll still win.” - used when the opponent lands a suicide attack on Ayra when both are on their last stock • “If you wish to study the sword, I’ll teach you.” - Side Taunt Quote • “But if you accept my offer, don’t expect me to hold back.” - Side Taunt Follow-Up Quote • “I’ve been observing the warriors here.” Up Taunt Quote • “They know what they’re doing. I find that reassuring.” Up Taunt Follow-Up Quote • “Ladylike? Me? You’ve got to be joking.” Down Taunt Quote • “If I have some time, I grab my sword and train.” Down Taunt Follow-Up Quote • “I have Od’s blood to thank for this!” - Victory Quote • “In Isaac, we repay our debts. Have you no such custom?” - Victory Quote • “There’s no way I’m dying before the Kingdom of Isaach is restored.” - Victory Quote • “Thanks to your strategy, I just wanted to let you know that I’m grateful.” - Victory Quote if part of a team • “To study the sword is to walk a long road. I walk it every day.” - Victory Quote if another swordfighter was present in the match Ayra’s design in Smash will be based on her artwork from Fire Emblem Heroes.
Emblem Ayra: Paralogue and Somniel Emblem Ayra’s Paralogue would be located somewhere horizontally between Tiki’s Paralogue and Hector’s Paralogue. The map would be mountainous, and infantry units are a must. Cavaliers are out of the question, but Emblem Sigurd can fix that for one unit. The Paralogue would be a true challenge on Maddening difficulty. Emblem Ayra will take an hour to obtain. Emblem Sigurd will have conversations with her. They will discuss the Battle of Belhalla. The music track for the Paralogue is the same as an Emblem Sigurd’s Paralogue. Brina Palencia, who voiced Ayra in Fire Emblem Heroes, will reprise the voice role. Ayra’s fate in the Battle of Belhalla may probably be revealed in a Bond conversation with Diamant. When you get near Emblem Ayra, she’ll say “Woe be to all who cross me” and start moving. In Somiel, Emblem Ayra will stand near the door to the arena often. Fighting her in Somniel’s arena will be a challenge, being a true test of fighting prowess. In the arena she’ll say “I am Princess Ayra of Isaach, descendant of Crusader Od.” The name Ayra has never been mentioned in a voice line. If Alear dies as her vessel, Emblem Ayra might say: “How could you die when I’m with you? Perhaps, you’re not strong enough.”
Ayra for Smash: Double-Hit Moves If Ayra joins the Super Smash Bros roster, her Smash attacks and aerials would be two-part moves, executed in the manner of Link and Young Link’s Forward Smash. This is in reference to an event in Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War, when Lex or Chulainn gives her the Brave Sword during Chapter 3: Eldigan the Lionheart. Her Forward Smash is an overhead arc lunge slash followed by an underhanded arc lunge slash, similar to a Myrmidon/Swordmaster double attack animation in the Tellius games. It can break a full shield if fully charged and held for 90 frames afterwards. However, it’s a bit laggy. Her Up Smash is a crouching 180 degree arc slash followed by an upward thrust. The first hit is kind of similar to Sephiroth’s Up Smash, and the second hit is similar to Marth’s Up Smash, but the victim is already brought to the second hit’s range by the first hit. It provides 90 frames of invincibility. Her Down Smash is a hammer down 270 degree arc sweeping slash sending the opponent behind her and followed by a 90 degree arc back slash. It can deflect projectiles.
Ayra for Smash: Amiibo Compatibility Aside from Super Smash Bros., an Ayra amiibo would be compatible with Fire Emblem: Three Houses. The amiibo would add Trueblade class, which would come with a combat art “Jugdrali Astra.” Jugdrali Astra is an upgrade from Astra that removes the penalties to might, accuracy, and durability. It would also grant three Rusted Swords that can be forged into Ayra’s Blade, Larcei’s Edge, or Balmung. In Kirby: Planet Robot, the Ayra amiibo would grant the Sword Copy Ability, with Astra thrown in.
Emblem Ayra: Gameplay Intro If Fire Emblem Engage gets Emblem Ayra, she would provide a ton of skills to inherit. She would be best suited for infantry units, in reference to the mounted unit debacle against her in Genealogy of the Holy War. Her once per Engage skill is Regnal Astra, which is stronger than Emblem Marth’s Lodestar, and the damage percentage in relation to normal attacks would be based on speed, dexterity, and luck. The damage dealt would be halved if the unit is mounted unless he or she has a Bond level 10 with Emblem Sigurd. The unit would also a skill that lets them act five times in one turn at the risk of half defense and avoid, but the unit will disengaged after use. Emblem Ayra’s Engage weapons include Brave Sword and Balmung. Emblem Ayra innately provides Paragon skill, making faster level ups. Stat boots that can inherit include Strength/Speed/Dexterity +x. Defensive skills include Survive (referencing the Battle of Belhalla; there is a chance that the unit will remain a alive when HP is down to zero, but will be down to 1 HP instead during an enemy phase), Gang (defense and resistance up when enemies gang up on the unit during an enemy phase), Terrainwise (the unit is immune to magma and miasma terrain effects). Emblem Ayra is even stronger if her vessel is within 3 spaces towards Emblem Sigurd’s vessel.
Ayra for Super Smash Bros. Music “Edge of Adversity” is already in the base game of Super Smash Bros Ultimate. They’re all remixes. • “Birth of a Holy Knight” (orchestra remix) • “Spirit Forest’s Maiden” (rock remix) • “Eldigan the Lionheart” (acoustic remix) • “Dancing in the Sky” (new age remix) • “Door of Fate” (orchestra remix) • “Light Inheritors” (orchestra remix) • “Across the Desert” (Persian steampunk remix) • “Thracia’s Dragon Knights” (orchestra remix) • “Side Battle” from Path of Radiance • “Endgame: The Final Holy War” (Warriors style remix) • “Enemy to Friend” (gothic remix) • “Isaach Castle / Isaach Army” (Classic Mode route credits theme) (orchestra and Asian remix) • “Grannvale Army 2” (orchestra and choir remix) • “Thracia Army” (orchestra remix) • “Arvis Battle / Julius Battle” (gothic and new age remix) • Victory fanfare: abridged orchestral version of “Castle Rivough Captured” The music tracks would be remixed primarily by Takeshi Kuromochi, who remixed “Advance” from Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem.
Ayra for Super Smash Bros. Choice of Sword When choosing Ayra in Smash, you’ll have a choice between Silver Sword (Three Houses version) and Ayra’s Blade (which would appear in the render), shown on the same place on the character select screen port panel as you would choose Pokémon Trainer. This is a reference to Genealogy of the Holy War. You’ll have to go through Rusted Sword to get to Silver Sword. You’ll have to go through Broken Sword to get to Ayra’s Blade. They would evolve overtime, and the latter would take longer. The Silver Sword is lower risk lower reward, hence higher speed and recovery, but lower power, knockback, and range. Smash attacks would have less startup and end lag. The Silver Sword would be the length of BotW Link’s Master Sword, and it would produce the standard sword sound effect. You’ll start with the Rusted Sword if you choose Silver Sword. Ayra’s Blade is higher risk higher reward, hence higher power and range. Smash attacks would have more startup and lag. Ayra’s Blade would be the length of a Killing Edge when fully repaired, but its hilt and that of the Silver Sword would be longer than that of the swords of the previous Fire Emblem. The hilt would be a sour-spot and produce the barehanded hit sound effect and deal half the damage as the blade itself, which would produce a heavy sword sound effect (as in Ike’s Ragnell). However, if you choose Ayra’s Blade, it’ll appear in broken form and repair overtime, evolving to impressive range. In Classic Mode, Mob Smash, and Home Run Contest, a full Ayra’s Blade would be used.
I have no knowledge of ROM hacking, but I’d like to see a fan hack about Ayra’s journey from Isaach to Verdane. It would be a hack of Thracia 776. I could write the directives. The route would start in Isaach Castle, and Ayra and Shannan travel north to Ganeishire, then west to Tirnanog. From there, they go southwest from there and cross the border to Silesse near Zaxon. From there, they travel northwest to Tofa, and southwest to Sailane Castle. The Pegasus Knights Annand and Erinys provide Ayra and Shannan a ride on their pegasi and take them to Orgahill in Agustria. Then Ayra and Shannan are back to traveling on foot. They cross the bridge south to Madino, and then south to Agusty Castle. They travel the Eastern path to Mackily. Then it’s south to Evans, Verdane. Finally, they arrive south to their destination: Genoa, Verdane.
Ayra for Super Smash Bros. Alternate Costumes Like Steve from Minecraft, Ayra would get the Bowser Jr. treatment when it comes to alternate costumes. Her alts would be other female Swordmasters across the Fire Emblem series. The order is as follows: Ayra, Mareeta, Fir, Karla, Marisa, Mia, female Kris, and Say’ri. They’re in chronological order. Their design would be based on their artwork from Fire Emblem Heroes. In New Mystery of the Emblem, female Kris’s default class is Myrmidon. In Heroes, she’s portrayed as a Soldier (infantry lance wielder). The personal sword and the voice clips would be changed according; it would be stronger than Steve’s Diamond Sword. Therefore, there will be eight sets of voice clips, and their respective voice actresses will reprise their roles. They’ll have their own Fighter Spirit. Ayra’s would be taken from the Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War Super Tactics Book, like the Genealogy of the Holy War related Spirits in the base game of Smash Ultimate. Her design in Smash would be based off of her artwork from Fire Emblem Heroes, albeit “Ayra: Astra’s Wielder.” The alternate costumes would also change on-screen appearance animation. Ayra’s on-screen appearance animation would involve the Kia staff turning her from stone back to life, and having her throw away that grey cloak (which references her backstory of fleeing to Verdane to avoid the consequences of Isaach losing the war to Grannvale). The on-screen appearance animations of the alternate costumes would be a standard Fire Emblem on-screen appearance animation, which involves the Warp Staff. This is to show that Ayra would be representing Fire Emblem’s Myrmidon class line rather than her original game Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War.
If there were a (fleshed out) remake of Genealogy of the Holy War for Nintendo Switch, there could be a new prologue about Ayra fleeing from Isaach to Verdane, referred to as Ayra's exile. Chapter 1 is inside Isaach Castle. Chapter 2 is from the Isaach Castle premises to the gate of Isaach Castle town. Chapter 3 goes from Isaach to the Yied Desert near Rivough, and Holyn, Ethnia, and Ferry come in. Chapter 4 has Ayra jumping to outskirts of Alster Castle town. Chapter 5 takes place in Leonster Castle town. Chapter 6 leads her to Connaught Castle where Beowulf comes in. Chapter 7 leads to Thracia Castle, and the Grannvale informants are wiped out with the help of the Thracian army. Thracia forms an alliance with Isaachian royalty and protects Ayra. Chapter 8 takes Ayra to Peruluke Castle in Miletos. Chapter 9 takes her to Miletos Castle, and Chapter 10 has her explore the Castle. After that chapter, Ayra and Shanan spend four weeks there. After that, Chapter 11 has Ayra sneak in the south border of Grannvale near Jungby and leads to Evans Castle in Verdane. Chapter 12 has her get to Evans Castle premises. Chapter 13 has Ayra and Shanan go to Genoa Castle, and finally Chapter 14 takes place inside Genoa Castle, and the story ends there. This could be made by the hacking community using the Thracia 776 engine.
Ayra for Super Smash Bros. Reveal Trailer Update The reveal trailer features the Battle of Belhalla, showing Arvis burning up Sigurd with his heirloom Valflame. A Smash invitation lies on the ground in the Aed Desert. Ayra is first shown when you see her hands (covered in the gloves seen in her Heroes artwork) picking up the invitation, as she escaped the battle off camera. Once she raises it up, the camera points to the back of her body, then to turns around to her face, and then she teleports to the Smash Bros battlefield. The graphics style changes from anime to realistic when that happens. Meanwhile, previously existing fighters in the Smash roster witness her coming to Smash from afar across several stages in Smash. Then the tag line splash appears, saying “Ayra Repays Her Debts.” She then says, “I am Princess Ayra of Isaach. If you’re willing to study the sword, I will teach you. But if you accept my offer, don’t expect me to hold back!” The second and third clauses are one of her taunt quotes. She fast travels across other gaming worlds and fight there before fighting in her home gaming world. First Mario Galaxy stage, where she fights the Super Mario related fighters. She then says “Woe be to all who cross me.” Second the Gerudo Valley stage, where fights the Zelda fighters. She then says, “I’ll show how we fight in Isaach.” Third, the Prism city, where she fights the Pokémon, except Incineroar. She then says, “My life is not mine to forfeit to such hounds.” Fourth, Fourside stage, where she fights Samus, Fox, Falco, Ness, Captain Falcon, and Lucas. Fifth, Dracula’s Castle stage, where she fights Villager, Wii Fit Trainer, Isabelle, Simon, and Richter. Sixth, Palutena’s Temple stage, where she fights Duck Hunt, R.O.B., Pit, Dark Pit, Mr. Game & Watch, Inkling, and Palutena. Seventh, the Boxing Ring, where she fights Little Mac, Ryu, Ken, and Incineroar. She then says, “So you think the punch the mightier than the sword? I think not.” Finally, she goes back home, Belhalla stage, where the previous Fire Emblem reps, who are so mad at her, await. She proves her worth anyway, slaying the Fire Emblem Assist Trophies Lyndis, Tiki, and Black Knight, and then the previous Fire Emblem Fighters. She delivers the final attack, saying “Y’all stand between me and Isaach’s future ... Farewell!”, delivering her Final Smash. Then her victory splash occurs.
If Ayra appears as an Emblem Bracelet (rings are part of the base game) in Fire Emblem Engage, those who equip her ring would be under the effects of a Brave weapon and occasionally trigger Astra, and maybe have a boost in critical hit chance. The emblem would be called “Emblem of Astra’s Wielder.” Ayra will most likely appear in the base game as one of Sigurd’s Bond Rings.
Ayra for Smash: September 2021 Ayra (with other female Myrmidons as alternate costumes) would probably join the roster in Super Smash Bros 6, as Smash Ultimate’s roster has ended (with Sora from Kingdom Hearts). She’d be a mysterious fighter if in the base game, and it will take a long time to unlock her. Like Byleth, she may not be received warmly at first, but at the end of the day, she’d be a neat and competitively viable addition. Also, Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War has been touted Japan’s favorite Fire Emblem game according to a Famitsu poll conducted in early 2020. Ayra’s moveset would be based on the attack animations of the Myrmidon class line across the Fire Emblem series, as well as the Swordmaster moveset from Fire Emblem Warriors, which is used by Ryoma from Fates and Owain from Awakening. Ayra would be kind of the Bayonetta among Fire Emblem reps. Like Link’s Forward Smash, her Smash attacks would be two-hit natural combos. Then there’s the Astra mechanic, which would proc in the same manner as Dragon Quest Hero’s Critical mechanic, but apply only to the second hit once the first hit lands. Ayra’s Side Special is similar to Kingdom Hearts protagonist Sora’s Side Special, as referenced in the critical attack animations of Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War and Thracia 776.
Ayra is currently not in Super Smash Bros Ultimate herself in any capacity. Sigurd, Seliph, Deirdre, and Julius are in the game as Spirits. Despite her chances being slim, I’d love for her to be in the game as a fighter via DLC (or in Smash 6), and not the bottom tier kind. Sigurd and Seliph are too similar to the existing Fire Emblem representatives. Even though Fire Emblem is believed to be overrepresented, Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War could have two representatives, sharing a reveal trailer, and represented in an unorthodox way. They’d be Arvis and Ayra respectively. Arvis would be shown first, as he appeared in the original game before Ayra. The Battle of Belhalla would happen, but with the focus being on Arvis and Sigurd. Ayra would be offscreen during the battle. After Sigurd is killed, Master Hand and Crazy Hand would offer him a trip to the Smash Bros battlefield, and he accepts, then the tagline “Arvis Brings the Grill to Smash.” He hones his skills on the Smash battlefield, burning up opponents as he sees fit. Valflame would be his Final Smash. He continues to overwhelm his opponents with fire and brimstone. At the last moment, having surprisingly survived the Battle of Belhalla, Ayra manages to double slash Arvis from behind, then saying “In Isaach, we repay our debts. I’ll repay mine in Smash!”, then the tagline “Ayra Repays Her Debts.” Her onscreen appearance in Smash would have appear as a stone statue holding her sword up and get depetrified (brought back to life) via Kia Staff, referencing her fate in the Battle of Belhalla. In the depetrification process, Ayra’s Blade from Fire Emblem Heroes turns into Rusted Sword as it appears in Echoes: Shadows of Valentia, reducing her range, but this can be undone in several ways. Brina Palencia would reprise her role as Ayra’s English voice actress, with new voice clips as well as voice clips recycled from Fire Emblem Heroes, used where appropriate. Ayra would sometimes vocalize her fully charged Smash attacks if they land, granting a 1.33x (one and a third times) damage multiplier. For example, if both hits connect, her fully charged Forward Smash would deal 32% damage if vocalized and 24% damage if not. She’d vocalize her Counter move if it’s successful (saying either “Pitiful”, “You’re a joke”, or “Do that again and you’ll back a stump”). When performing her Final Smash, she’ll say “If you wish to study the sword, I’ll teach you” when triggering it; she’ll say “But if you accept my offer” when she has landed it; and at the end of it, she’ll say “Don’t expect me to hold back.” Ayra would be kind of a combo-based swordfighter, sort of like Meta Knight, Cloud, and Bayonetta. Her Boxing Ring title would be “Twinkling Flash”, referencing the Japanese name for Ayra’s Blade. The ending anthem for Ayra’s route in Classic mode would be “Light Inheritors”, from Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War, remixed specifically for Super Smash Bros Ultimate by Junichi Nakatsuru. Ayra’s route in Classic mode, titled “Prove Your Worth”, would feature opponents from the franchises that have been more popular than Fire Emblem (or franchises that fans who would see represented more), as well as Fire Emblem itself. It would be the hardest Classic mode route ever. Round 1 would have Ayra fight the characters from the Super Mario series. Round 2 would have her fight characters from Super Mario’s subseries (which are Donkey Kong, Giant Yoshi, Wario, Diddy Kong, and King K. Rool). Round 3 would have her fight characters from the Legend of Zelda series. Round 4 would have her fight the playable Pokémon. Round 5 would have her fight Duck Hunt, Little Mac, Samus, Dark Samus, Giant Ridley, Captain Falcon, Fox, Falco, and Wolf. Round 6 would have her fight the previous Fire Emblem representatives. The final battle would be the same battle as the one leading to the true ending of World of Light mode, which is against Dharkon and Galeem, but with Ike and Link as her teammates (referencing Lex and Chulainn respectively). Dharkon and Galeem would still be against each other just like in World of Light, and each of three Fighters would be used individually in this order: Link, Ike, and Ayra. Ayra’s design in Smash Bros would be based on her artwork from Fire Emblem Heroes. Her render pose would be based on her portrait pose in Fire Emblem Heroes. Her Fighter Spirit would use her original artwork from Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War. Therefore, she’d be the first swordfighter to pose in her official render with her sword, Ayra’s Blade, sheathed. Ayra’s Blade (referred to in Japan as Twinkling Flash Ayra’s Sword) is a bastard sword, and referencing the fact that her initial sword is a claymore in Genealogy of the Holy War, the sword would have a longer reach than Link and Ike, and would be nearly as long as the Killing Edge. To balance that comes endlag, and lag between the first and second hits of her Smash attacks. Referencing the fact that the Tyrfing had to be repaired upon receiving it in Genealogy of the Holy War, Ayra would start with a Rusted Sword (borrowed from Shadows of Valentia), which deals way less damage (or 0.25x) than Ayra’s Blade but has no start up or endlag on its attacks. Rusted Sword can become Iron Sword, then Steel Sword, then Silver Sword, and finally Ayra’s Blade in the same manner as Joker summoning Arsene, which is over time and by taking damage, and by using her Down Special, plus by taunting or shielding. Also, for Ayra, unlike Joker, that feat would be last for the remainder of the battle. There could be a fourth Fighter Pass, which would be themed around female characters. Ayra would be the last of that Fighter Pass.
King Mananan? lol. It's been a while.. I don't mind though. 1:41: So is it Ayra or Ira? Astra=Silencer? Is this Radiant Dawn XD ? Her speed is so good? I though 30% was bad XD
Ayra for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Deluxe as Final Fighter. Ayra’s Smash Bros. Moveset as of 2019 Ayra has a choice of the following swords: • Rusted Sword - 0.25x damage • Flame Edge - 0.625x damage with fire properties • Thunder Edge - 0.625x damage with thunder properties • Chilling Edge (modeled after the Wind Sword from FETCG) - 0.625x damage with ice properties • Silver Sword - 0.6875x damage • Ayra’s Blade - 1x damage With Ayra’s Blade, Ayra’s strength will be on par to what Ike was in Brawl. Ayra starts the match with Rusted Sword, which has the length of Young Link’s Kokiri Sword, but over time, it turns into Ayra’s Blade. If her damage handicap is set to 100% or higher, she’ll start the match with Ayra’s Blade. The magic swords are the length of Lucina’s Parallel Falchion. Ayra’s Blade is the about length of a Fire Bar with four balls. The damage percents shown below assume that a fully repaired Ayra’s Blade is used. Magic swords have a 0.625x multiplier. The jab combo deals a total of 10% damage with a magic sword, and 16% damage with Ayra’s Blade. Ayra’s Smash attacks would share the same trait as Link’s Forward Smash, which is unleashing a second hit upon a second button press. GROUND ATTACKS • Jab 1: A horizontal reaching kick. 3% damage. • Jab 2: A horizontal arc slash. 6.5% damage • Jab 3: A short hop slamming strike; has a meteor effect near the ledge. 7.5% damage • Forward Tilt: A two-hit move with a horizontal arc followed by an upward arc. • Up Tilt: A jump uppercut slash, a mix of Ike’s Up Tilt and Mega Man’s Up Tilt, with the same sweetspot as the latter. A similar animation exists in Fire Emblem Awakening. • Down Tilt: A back hand downward slash, similar to an attack animation of the Mercenary class in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. • Dash Attack: A jumping arc slash, similar to Link and Hero’s Dash attack, but also has an upward arc second hit. • Forward Smash: Similar to the normal attack animation of the Myrmidon and Swordmaster class in Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War. Ayra’s Smash attacks work like Link’s Forward Smash, with each with a 210 degree arc each. The trigger animation is based on her attack artwork from Fire Emblem Heroes. This is her strongest Smash attack. The Astra mechanic is applied to this move at a 1/16 chance, multiplying one hit by five, but makes it easier to read and counter. 16% damage uncharged per hit (clean blade), 13.5% damage uncharged per hit (late blade). 12% damage per hit (clean body), 10% damage per hit (late body). • Up Smash: A two-hit move involving 90 degree upward arc slash followed by a 360 degree jump slash, similar to the normal attack animation of a Swordmaster in Shadow Dragon and New Mystery of the Emblem, followed by a jump slash. This is her median Smash attack. It can also be used defensively, such as surviving OHKO attacks, or surviving at 999% damage. The Astra mechanic is applied to this move at a 1/16 chance (1/12 chance if half-stale, 1/8 chance if fully stale), multiplying one hit by five, but makes it easier to read and counter. 15% x 2 (clean blade), 12% x 2 (late blade). 11% x 2 (clean body). 9% x 2 (late body). Down Smash: A Dread Fighter style two hit move, similar to the Dread Fighter class in Shadows of Valentia. This is her weakest but most ranged and least laggy Smash attack. The Astra mechanic is applled to this move at a 1/16 chance, multiplying one hit by five, but makes it easier to read and counter. 14% damage x2 (clean blade), 11% damage x2 (late blade), 10% x2 (clean body), 8% x 2 (late body) AERIAL ATTACKS • Neutral Air: A 360 degree rotating slash, inspired by Dread Fighters as well as the critical attack animation of the Commoner class from Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Also similar to Assist Trophy’s Zero’s move. It can’t auto-cancel in a short hop with Ayra’s Blade. • Back Air: A double kick followed by a double horizontal slash. • Forward Air: A jumping arc slash similar to an attack animation of the Myrmidon class from Shadows of Valentia followed by a second hit similar to Cloud’s Forward Air. Has a meteor effect at follow-up. • Up Air: A screwdriver like thrust, similar to Corrin’s down air, but going up with a follow-up going down. Has a meteor effect on the follow-up portion with Ayra’s Blade. • Down Air: Based on the jumping downward thrust of the Priestess class from Shadows of Valentia. Has a meteor effect with Ayra’s Blade. THROW MOVES • Forward Throw: Body slam followed by a horizontal slash. • Back Throw: Similar to Mario’s back throw • Up Throw: Similar to Kirby’s Up Throw • Down Throw: Similar to King K. Rool‘s Down Throw, but followed by a jumping downward thrust. SPECIAL MOVES • Neutral Special: Magic Edge - Magic Edge has Ayra use a Flame Edge, Thunder Edge, Wind Edge, or Chilling Edge, and Ayra’s Blade. Ayra’s Astra Flurry deals a combo of 10 hits if fully charged, or 5 five hits otherwise, but not as strong as Smash Astra. Flame Edge combines Dragon Quest Hero’s Kafrizz and Flame Slash. Her Thunder Edge combines Pikachu’s Down Special and Dragon Quest Hero’s Side Special if fully charged. Her Wind Edge is a projectile that works similarly to Hero’s Swoosh, but is used only in the air. A potential KO option. • Side Special: Horizontal Draw - Ayra backs away while charging this move, and when it’s unleashed, she swiftly warps in a straight line. A KO option if fully charge. Similar to Assist Trophy’s Lyn’s Quick Draw. Can be angled up or down and followed up by a second, vertical attack. • Up Special: Vertical Draw - A chargeable move, based on a rising critical attack animation of the Myrmidon/Swordmaster class in Genealogy of the Holy War and Thracia 776. Impressive jump height; similar to Assist Trophy Lyn’s Quick Draw, but vertical. Can be angled left or right. • Down Special: Dread Counter - A counter move, where Ayra warps around the countered opponent, slice five times. If the countered attack triggers a Special Zoom, the victim of this counter move will be instantly KO’d. If she counters an Assist Trophy, she’ll attack the fighter that summoned them. • Final Smssh: Lethality - A true OHKO, instantly KO’ing opponents regardless of damage, and any Assist Trophies the opponents summoned. Ayra cruelly pierces through opponents. There’s 0.15% chance of survival. Very few fighters can survive her Final Smash. Hero from Dragon Quest can survive it by casting Kaclang. If you find yourself on the receiving end of her Final Smash in Classic Mode, you’ll forfeit all rewards. You’ll get no rewards if you continue and finish the Classic Mode iteration after suffering Ayra’s Final Smash, so you’ll have to restart the route to get any rewards. Lethality was introduced in Fire Emblem Awakening as a skill taught by the Assassin class, which Ayra can reclass into in that game. This Final Smash references her offensive potential in her Fire Emblem game appearances. TRIVIA • Like Pokémon Trainer, you can choose which sword for Ayra to use when you choose her, which are Flame Sword, Thunder Sword, Chilling Edge (which is based on FETCG’s Wind Sword), and, by default, Ayra’s Blade. However if you choose Ayra’s Blade, it will initially appear as a Rusted Sword, but it will turn into Ayra’s Blade over time or by landing a Down Special or by shielding or parrying. A Rusted Sword deals only 0,2x the damage as Ayra’s Blade. • You must have acquired at least 96 Legend class Spirits to play as Ayra in Smash mode or online. If you already met the requirements, you’ll get to play as her from the getgo. If not, you’ll have to meet the requirements, and unlock her at Arena Ferox stage. • To play as Ayra in Classic mode, you must have completed Classic mode on at least 7.0 intensity for all Fighters in the base roster. • You can’t play as Ayra in Spirit Adventure or Spirit Board until you have achieved the true ending 16 times on Normal or Hard mode. Once you meet that goal, she’ll be available at the start of the adventure alongside Kirby, New Game+ or not. A modified version of the intro FMV would have her join Kirby in surviving Galeem’s attack. • If you have a completed save file from Fire Emblem: Three Houses with “Classic” stamped on it, or if you have a Level 40 Ayra or Karla on your Fire Emblem Heroes account, you’ll don’t have to meet the aforementioned goals, so you’ll get to play as Ayra from the get-go, even if you play Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for the first time. • The Astra mechanic applies only to Smash attacks and Dash attack, and can apply to one attack at 1/16 chance or both attacks at a 1/32 chance. However, it assumes that the Smash Attack is uncharged. • Astra stops the timer for the duration of the move in Home Run Contest. The effect also applies to the Home Run bat. • Ayra can score over 20,000 km solo in Home Run Contest using only ground attacks. Ayra would be the final Fighter of Super Smash Bros Ultimate. In tournaments, she’ll be required to use up her magic swords before repairing her personal sword.
2:12 Ayra’s fate in the Battle of Belhalla is left ambiguous. Official sources do not explicitly state whether she was killed as part of the plot against Sigurd or if she escaped the battle.
If Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War gets a remake, Ayra should be given the skill Miracle, which would fix one of her shortcomings, which is inability to withstand multiple enemy attacks by lance cavalry.
+Ocsttiac Larcei & Ulster stems from fan-translations, they are not official. I use Lakche (Rakuche) and Skashahar (Sukasaha) because they resemble the original names. Besides, I played Fe4 for the first time on the cartridge and had my friend who knows Japanese translate for us, which is why I call them that.
Mangs I guess... that's one way to explain it :\ I dunno, I find the new names easier to pronounce, plus not making two Sety's exist was nice. If we're going to be ultra-faithful to the Japanese names, then we should call Bord and Cord "Saji" and "Maji" respectively. Hell, Soren should just go back to being Senerio, right? My point is, Awakening is the best we're going to get for official localisations of these names. Regardless of whether we like them or not, so far they're the most "official".
+Ocsttiac about the sreetpass thing. While it cool seeing past fire emblem characters and fighting them, it add in the brokenness to the game for how many you fire emblem characters you can face.
Ayra peaked at 5,011 votes in Choose Your Legends 3, but after that, because of Three Houses, she has averaged around 1,700 votes. We need to do better. Hence, most of the female characters placed above her originated from Awakening or later. It seems that based on her CYL placement history in terms of the number of votes, there’s been no nostalgia for Ayra.
I paired Ayra with Noish to pass critical skill to the children ^^ This way they can proc Asra and some Crit in the middle of them making absolute beast. I give them the Elite Ring to gain XP boost. Ayra is my fav' swordfighter aside Marisa from FE8, she's pretty and deadly, all we want from a swordfighter ! ^^
Ayra for Smash: Astra Mechanic If Ayra were to be playable in Smash, she would come with Astra as a perk applied to Smash attacks, in a similar manner to Dragon Quest Hero’s Critical mechanic, at 1/16 chance for her Forward Smash, 1/15 for Up Smash, and 1/14 for Down Smash. It’d be stronger than most Final Smashes, dishing about tremendous damage if all hits connect. It kind works like Marth’s Dancing Blasé, but slower. Forward Smash Astra is almost guaranteed KO. However, Astra would be a double-edged sword. She’ll be open to attack due to the startup and endlag. If Astra gets countered, she’ll be instantly KO’d. If it triggers Revenge, Incineroar will benefit from it longer than normal. Little Mac can break through Astra with his Neutral Special. If it triggers Witch Time, Bayonetta will have it longer than usual and Bayonetta may make short work of Ayra. Kirby’s Stone, Pit’s Guardian Orbitors, and a Street Fighter character’s Focus Attack and Byleth’s Down Special will cancel Astra. Astra would also cause Joker to summon Arsene instantly. Like Link’s Forward Smash, Ayra’s Smash attacks will be two-hit natural combos, as will her Dash Attack. Astra would be applied only to the second hit if the first hit connects.
Twinfinite website posted an article about who would get in the roster if the developers were unable to secure the rights to the characters fans want. It states that Owain from Awakening would join the roster instead of Sora if legal issues got in the way of the request for Sora. Ayra would be a better substitute choice than Owain.
Another reason I want Ayra in Smash Bros has to do with the videos of custom stages testing out “Who can do X?”. She’d be very strong on recovery, and be able to do what the Fire Emblem characters already on the Smash roster can’t.
Blake Blast The Fighter Pass has already been decided. The members of the Fighter Pass are most likely third-party characters. Banjo has already been announced. An old school Fire Emblem character may not break the community. Only a new school one would. The idea of Ayra joining the roster is currently obscure. She’d probably be OP in her Smash debut. She’d higher-tier than the previous Fire Emblem reps. Genealogy of the Holy War has a much better reputation than Fates. Also, I’d like another SNES origin character, a sword waifu, and Fire Emblem waifu join the Smash roster. Edit: Banjo & Kazooie has already made it to Smash as part of the Fighter Pass.
If Ayra were an Emblem Bracelet in Fire Emblem Engage, she’d be intended specifically for Backup units, and would work with non-Backup units to a lesser extent.
Oh god the spotlights used to be bad 1. Ayra x Lex is the most popular pairing 2. The Flame Sword doesn't even exist in the first generation 3. He didn't even talk about Ayra not having a mount
Can i point out that my Ayra/Ira turned out to be a tank cannon? she not only got blessed with +9 average defense, but also +7 dmg, and +5 res, but under average with HP of 4. for someone that was my favorite female of Gen 1, It brings my sadness that she never got to see her children grow up.
Can you make a character spotlight for Lyn/Lyndis? I love her and always felt her character was great, some find her annoying or generic, but I really enjoyed her character, and she was one of the earliest/greatest waifu every imo.
Ayra for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Reveal Trailer: The trailer is part anime and part traditional CGI. The Battle of Belhalla commences. The script would go on as translated, and portrayed in the form of an anime. Despite seeing the battle to the bitter end, Ayra narrowly survives after seeing Sigurd being executed by Arvis. However, she’s captured by the Loptyrian Order and turned to stone. Years later, Veld depetrifies Ayra and teleports her to the Super Smash Bros battlefield. Graphics change from anime to CGI In Battlefield stage ... Ayra says: “I am Ayra, the Princess of Isaac. I’m a descendant of Holy Crusader Od. In Isaach, we repay our debts. I will repay mine in Smash!” Tag line: “Ayra Repays Her Debts” Ayra later says: “I’ll show you how we fight in Isaach. If you’re willing to study the sword, I will teach you. But if you accept my offer, don’t expect me to hold back!” In Boxing Ring stage ... Doc Louis says: “The punch is mightier than the sword.” Ayra replies: “I don’t think so. I’m the master of the sword. I know the sword better than the previous swordfighters in Smash.” She counters Little Mac’s Neutral Special with her Down Special, KO’ing LIttle Mac. Ken says: “Who’s that chick with a sword over there? She’s quite the fighter.” Ryu says: “Swords don’t work on me. But that girl is an exception. She’s like Chun-Li with a sword on steroids.” Ken says: “I’d love to spar with her. She’s a worthy opponent.” Ryu says: “I doubt we can take her on.” In Arena Ferox ... Robin: “Who is that swordswoman? What she’s doing in Smash?” Lucina: “It’s that Jugdral warrior princess called Ayra. We’re not expecting her.” Chrom: “Why did you come here!? You don’t belong in Smash!” Ayra: “I’m going to pay my debts in Smash. I’m going to prove my worth! Chrom, you’re going down!” Then, Ayra brutally makes short work of Chrom. Chrom: “Such strength! You win.” Marth: “She’s stronger than Navarre.” Corrin: “Ayra, you’ll be the first on Camilla’s list to kill.” Ayra: “Before I came to Smash, I fought with my comrades in Jugdral. We were defeated in the Battle of Belhalla. I saw the fight to the bitter end, but I narrowly survived. My liege was incinerated by Arvis’ family heirloom the Valflame.” Actual Gameplay Footage
This character spotlight is outdated. It was uploaded before the launch of Fire Emblem Heroes. Most of the later uploaded character spotlights mention Fire Emblem Heroes stats.
Isn't Lex more closely related than Hoyn to Ayra? Holyn's an extremely distant relative and Lex is closer to be a 2nd cousin or something...if I am recalling correctly.
There should be a remastered version of Fire Emblem Character Spotlight: Ayra. This time with music from her original game Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War instead of Fire Emblem Awakening. Also include mention of Fire Emblem Heroes.
Tips : Fighter : Ayra • Ayra’s Origins: Ayra debuted in Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War in 1996. Despite being released only in Japan, that game is a choice import title in the West, especially since the 2010s. • In Her Series: Ayra is a descendant of Od, one of the Twelve Crusaders. She fled to Verdane to consequences of her homeland Isaach’s certain loss to Grannvale.
I’d advise against any unit in Sigurd’s tale other than Ayra to wield the Brave Sword unless you give her a Silver Sword. Those who may make better use of it can do without it or instead use a Silver Sword or Silver Blade.
Emblem Ayra If Ayra gets an Emblem Bracelet in Engage, the paralogue could shed light on the Battle of Belhalla. I doubt if it would shed some light on her mysterious fate, as Intelligent Systems is known to avoid making her fate explicit. Ayra is Sigurd’s only ally whose fate in the Battle of Belhalla is a mystery. She’ll promise tell her fate once the war in Engage is over, but it won’t be shown. Ayra’s Emblem paralogue will be a big challenge. Play it at your own risk. Emblem Ayra is lethal, and she may one-shot your units. The terrain would feature mountains and forests. The paralogue would be titled “Od’s Swordswoman.” Sigurd would be heavily involved in Ayra’s paralogue. He’d ask her about the Battle of Belhalla. Emblem Ayra would be broken. One skill is Regnal Astra, which would be stronger than Lodestar Rush that Emblem Marth offers. Another one is immunity to the effects of Miasma on the map. Another is to act five times in one turn at less mobility per action (but an infantry unit still make it farther than a mounted unit). Emblem Ayra works well with any class. She’s even more effective if equipped on a female unit, but the Bond leveling will progress slower.
Ayra for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate - Palutena’s Guidance Pit: “Wooo! Who’s that lovely sword waifu?” Palutena: “That’s Ayra, the warrior princess of the Jugdrali Kingdom of Isaach.” Pit: “Another Fire Emblem princess?” Palutena: “The Kingdom of Isaach faced destruction by an invasion by the army of Grannvale as a countermeasure to Rivough’s attack on Darna. Ayra’s father King Mananan was assassinated by Grannvale’s Duke Reptor. Because, Grannvale had the upper hand, she had to flee to Verdane with the fate of future king Shannan in her hands.” Pit: “She’s quite the fighter isn’t she.” Palutena: “You’re right. Don’t underestimate her because she’s a woman. She’s more dangerous than most male warriors. She hits even harder than Ike.” Pit: “She’s also the originator of the Astra skill in the Fire Emblem series.” Palutena: “The Astra mechanic applies to her Smash attacks, occurring at a one in twelve chance. It’s a combo extended that can deal massive damage. Her Smash attacks are normally two-hit moves, but when Astra occurs, they hit five times. However, they leave her vulnerable.” Pit: “Therefore, when her Astra ends, that’s the time to strike.”
"Treat her with care, and dont leave her out in the open and she will horribly murder whoever you throw her at" Goddamn is that comedy by just getting to the point
So when I turn on the caption
Sigurds name was "Cigarettes"
did that caption just made a pun?
Maybe it's because it knew that Sigurd would die a horrible death at the hands of Arvis.
T O O S O O N
Ayra aka salt generator on FEH right now
SuperDash yup
Ayra betrayed us for the money at IS.
She died in the actual game, have some respecc for her
Kikai Shinobu Whether Ayra died or survived the Battle of Belhalla was not made explicit. Intelligent Systems doesn’t explicitly reveal her fate.
even if she DID survive, she never got to reunite with her children and fellow comrades.
She probably ded
Hey guys, I really enjoy all the comments and requests, but I tend to see a lot of people requesting characters I’ve already done. Before you make a request, I suggest you head over to this playlist where I have gathered all the spotlights: th-cam.com/play/PLtQwvs0YaimLq2lrarFIp9xIw5jfJnx-n.html
You should check this list before you make your request, just in case I have actually featured your favorite character already. Thanks so much for watching and leaving likes; it really encourages me to continue doing this series!
Love you all!
Mangs
I checked the list, and Raquesis is not on the list. I'd request that you do one on her.
do one on Othin the Pugi
Jacqueline Diaz As of Fire Emblem Awakening, Othin is referred to by Nintendo of America as Orsin.
David Hill The pugi boy Orsin
Ayra's voice actress is Brina Palencia, who also voices Lute.
She just went from a 10/10 to an 11/10.
She’s also a singer.
Actually, nothing proves that Ayra either died or survived the Battle of Barharra. Since most mothers survived, I'm hoping she did.
Ayra's fate in the Belhalla Incident is up for debate. The map evidence points out that she was most likely faced the same fate as Raquesis, being captured by the Loptous Church and turned into stone while trying to cross Aed Desert.
or if we wanna believe in the events present in the manga.
SilverProductions The truth is that Ayra didn't die in the Battle of Belhalla. She was alive during Thracia 776, being turned to stone.
David Hill lex was killed at the battle of belhalla
Pretty sure you can see the stone version of her at the end of chapter 4 in thracia in the corner of the room.
Ayra’s Classic Mode Route in Smash (The Ultimate Fight):
In her route, Ayra fights legions of opponents based on a specific category, in the order in which the characters joined the Smash roster.
Fighter Spirit: Artwork of Ayra from Super Tactics Book
i take it you like smash and ayra-
D MAS Like Meta Knight, this route could be a challenge if you’re going for Intensity 9.9. If you like challenges, go for it.

+That Guy Shhh Micaiah is a morph, that's why she has no personality, as you can see she has yellow eyes and white hair.
Mind = Blown
That actually makes a lot of sense!
"Whatever you do, keep away from Claude because you do NOT want that pairing."
I feel personally attacked over my experimental/non-traditional FE4 pairing run.
If she’s paired with the avatar she’ll survive

i once used Lewyn with Holsety and he got 100+ avo
he dodged anything that was throw and his son could probably solo the game if it wasnt for Alvis and Julius because his avo got even higher
I would be an honor if I fight by your side.”
If Ayra joins the Smash roster in the next Smash after Ultimate, she’d be the final unlockable fighter.
But having Major Odo Blood children gives insane Skill growths!
But to each their own.
+ModelOmega I did Ayra x Noish too on my first playthrough of Fe4 on the cartridge and it worked pretty well, but I feel like it falls short against the 3 others I mentioned.
Ocsttiac But they're gonna cap skill anyway! Critical puts it to great use!
ModelOmega True, but getting Ayra 50 kills with a weapon is easy enough.
Ocsttiac Just makes you crit even more!
Mow ‘em down, Emblem of Astra-Ayra!
“Ayra comes off as a very cold and harsh pershun”
Ayra's Smash Bros. move set, albeit special moves:
Neutral Special: Kodachi / Magic Sword - Chargeable as long as Cloud's Limit Break and randomly casts Fire, Thunder, Wind, and Blizzard if using Ayra's Blade.
Why do you call them Lakche and Skasaha when they have canon names, Larcei and Ulster?
Cause mangs like the fan names more then the new ones.
SuperZez Lakche and Skasaha are their names from the Fire Emblem: Treasure trading card game.
Ayra, the strongest sword unit in FEH right now...
Karinja ! Compare her to Altina and she’s a joke like seriously I have Altina from winning the voting gauntlet and Ayra but my Altina has always been slaughtering Ayra whenever she appears in the game
And now she's outclassed by Karla, Shannan, and Larcei.
@@karinja3172 She's still great and better than Ayra, though.
She needs a refine. Sigurd already got one.

"Fantastic practice of incest"
I died LOL
FE4 is literally all about incest anyways .-.
I do plan on doing this pairing because Holyn can pass down swords and give the children Major Odo Blood to load them with Skill and HP.
My new heroes waifu.
+Wildcommander Gavin Hmm I'm not sure what character I would say on the Fire Emblem character spotlight here....
• “Pitiful” - used when Ayra counters a weak move
• “Huh? Do that again, and you’ll pull back a stump.” - used when she counters a strong move
• “Let’s see how you handle this!” - used when the Astra mechanic works its magic on her Smash attacks and the Smash attack connects
• “Woe be to all who cross me.” - used when she claims the Smash Ball.
• “Your life is mine.” - used when Ayra lands her Final Smash
• “I won’t let you live.” - alternate quote of “Your life is mine.”
• “Sorry.” - when Ayra is KO’d in the blastline but still has another stock left.

Ayra’s design in Smash will be based on her artwork from Fire Emblem Heroes.
Dragon Quest XI has an ability called Sword Dance, which reminds me of Ayra.
I’d like to see Resplendent Ayra.
Kinbois is not the eldest brother of the three princes of Verdane. Gandolf is.
Emblem Ayra: Paralogue and Somniel
Emblem Ayra’s Paralogue would be located somewhere horizontally between Tiki’s Paralogue and Hector’s Paralogue.
Ayra for Smash: Double-Hit Moves
If Ayra joins the Super Smash Bros roster, her Smash attacks and aerials would be two-part moves, executed in the manner of Link and Young Link’s Forward Smash.
Ayra for Smash: Amiibo Compatibility
Aside from Super Smash Bros., an Ayra amiibo would be compatible with Fire Emblem: Three Houses.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of Ayra becoming my favorite Nintendo character. Previously it was Samus from Metroid.
Emblem Ayra: Gameplay Intro
If Fire Emblem Engage gets Emblem Ayra, she would provide a ton of skills to inherit.
2:22 - Now Romanized as Larcei and Ulster

• “Dancing in the Sky” (new age remix)
• “Door of Fate” (orchestra remix)

• Victory fanfare: abridged orchestral version of “Castle Rivough Captured”
The music tracks would be remixed primarily by Takeshi Kuromochi, who remixed “Advance” from Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem.
Ayra for Super Smash Bros.
Choice of Sword
When choosing Ayra in Smash, you’ll have a choice between Silver Sword (Three Houses version) and Ayra’s Blade (which would appear in the render), shown on the same place on the character select screen port panel as you would choose Pokémon Trainer.
LEYRAN Jacob Thanks.
Ayra’s Spotpass recruitment battle features Pegasus Knights. That may imply that her journey from Isaach to Verdane involved going through Silesse.
Finally, they arrive south to their destination: Genoa, Verdane.
id love to see a shanan spotlight or an ares spotlight. i definitely will be subbing i love in depth character views on these characters
Ayra for Super Smash Bros.
Alternate Costumes
Like Steve from Minecraft, Ayra would get the Bowser Jr. treatment when it comes to alternate costumes. Her design in Smash would be based off of her artwork from Fire Emblem Heroes, albeit “Ayra: Astra’s Wielder.”
The alternate costumes would also change on-screen appearance animation.
Im so glad that she is in heroes soon!
Let’s vote for Sigurd and Ayra to be one of the winners of CYL7.

Ayra for Super Smash Bros.
Reveal Trailer Update
The reveal trailer features the Battle of Belhalla, showing Arvis burning up Sigurd with his heirloom Valflame. The graphics style
changes from anime to realistic when that happens.
The emblem would be called “Emblem of Astra’s Wielder.”
Ayra will most likely appear in the base game as one of Sigurd’s Bond Rings.
Sora would be a great template for Ayra mod in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
I’d like Ayra as a Nintendo Switch avatar, alongside many other Fire Emblem characters.
Since Binding Blade is your favorite Fire Emblem, how's about we see an episode on the game's most broken unit- Rutger!
You have long awaited for that and now it's here
Ayra for Smash: September 2021
Ayra (with other female Myrmidons as alternate costumes) would probably join the roster in Super Smash Bros 6, as Smash Ultimate’s roster has ended (with Sora from Kingdom Hearts).
The audio needs to be quieter. I can still hear audio.
When performing her Final Smash, she’ll say “If you wish to study the sword, I’ll teach you” when triggering it; she’ll say “But if you accept my offer” when she has landed it; and at the end of it, she’ll say “Don’t expect me to hold back.”
Ayra would be kind of a combo-based swordfighter, sort of like Meta Knight, Cloud, and Bayonetta.
+Dawid Zieleznt Her base speed is high.
Glaceo Quaza oh, right.
Ayra for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Deluxe as Final Fighter.
Ayra’s Smash Bros. Moveset as of 2019
Ayra has a choice of the following swords:
• Rusted Sword - 0.25x damage
• Flame Edge - 0.625x damage with fire properties
• Thunder Edge - 0.625x damage with thunder properties
• Chilling Edge (modeled after the Wind Sword from FETCG) - 0.625x damage with ice properties
• Silver Sword - 0.6875x damage
• Ayra’s Blade - 1x damage
With Ayra’s Blade, Ayra’s strength will be on par to what Ike was in Brawl.
GROUND ATTACKS
• Jab 1: A horizontal reaching kick. 3% damage.
• Jab 2: A horizontal arc slash. 6.5% damage
• Jab 3: A short hop slamming strike; has a meteor effect near the ledge. 7.5% damage
• Forward Tilt: A two-hit move with a horizontal arc followed by an upward arc.
14% damage x2 (clean blade), 11% damage x2 (late blade), 10% x2 (clean body), 8% x 2 (late body)
AERIAL ATTACKS
• Neutral Air: A 360 degree rotating slash, inspired by Dread Fighters as well as the critical attack animation of the Commoner class from Fire Emblem: Three Houses.
THROW MOVES
• Forward Throw: Body slam followed by a horizontal slash.
• Back Throw: Similar to Mario’s back throw
• Up Throw: Similar to Kirby’s Up Throw
• Down Throw: Similar to King K. Rool‘s Down Throw, but followed by a jumping downward thrust.
SPECIAL MOVES
• Neutral Special: Magic Edge - Magic Edge has Ayra use a Flame Edge, Thunder Edge, Wind Edge, or Chilling Edge, and Ayra’s Blade.
TRIVIA
• Like Pokémon Trainer, you can choose which sword for Ayra to use when you choose her, which are Flame Sword, Thunder Sword, Chilling Edge (which is based on FETCG’s Wind Sword), and, by default, Ayra’s Blade.
I'd like it if you did one of these on Dart.
2:12 Ayra’s fate in the Battle of Belhalla is left ambiguous. Official sources do not explicitly state whether she was killed as part of the plot against Sigurd or if she escaped the battle.
Koei Tecmo could make a Musou game out of Ayra’s journey to Verdane, but that’s unlikely to happen.
Is Three Houses getting in Ayra’s way in the CYL polls?
If Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War gets a remake, Ayra should be given the skill Miracle, which would fix one of her shortcomings, which is inability to withstand multiple enemy attacks by lance cavalry.
You might wanna mention that Lakche and Skasahar were localised as Larcei and Ulster respectively.
Mangs Wait, so the names Awakening gave us via SpotPass are "fan translations"?
Ocsttiac The people behind Awakening are retarded!
Mangs I guess... that's one way to explain it :\
I dunno, I find the new names easier to pronounce, plus not making two Sety's exist was nice.
Mangs, quick note. All of the kingdoms weren't under Ganvalle rule. Verdane just shared an alliance with Ganvalle at the time.
There’s already Resplendent Tailltiu. Why not Resplendent Ayra?
Why do people call it the "Battle of Belhalla?" It was a massacre, not a battle.
Or the "Betrayal of Belhalla"
This are my favourite videos from your channel. They are just great
Could you do Sue from Fe 6 next?
Ayra peaked at 5,011 votes in Choose Your Legends 3, but after that, because of Three Houses, she has averaged around 1,700 votes. We need to do better. Hence, most of the female characters placed above her originated from Awakening or later.
It seems that based on her CYL placement history in terms of the number of votes, there’s been no nostalgia for Ayra.
If Fire Emblem Engage gets Emblem Ayra, she’ll be OP!
I didn't get the Hero Sword in gen 1. I paired up Ayra in chapter 2 by mistake...
If Ayra were playable in Super Smash Bros., she’d capable of scoring over 100 KOs in Cruel Smash, just like Chrom.
Ayra for Smash: Astra Mechanic
If Ayra were to be playable in Smash, she would come with Astra as a perk applied to Smash attacks, in a similar manner to Dragon Quest Hero’s Critical mechanic, at 1/16 chance for her Forward Smash, 1/15 for Up Smash, and 1/14 for Down Smash.
It’s kind of funny watching this in 2020 with the old translation names
I swear all genealogy characters have the same face
Edit: Banjo & Kazooie has already made it to Smash as part of the Fighter Pass.
mind doing Karel on the subject of swordmasters?
If Ayra were an Emblem Bracelet in Fire Emblem Engage, she’d be intended specifically for Backup units, and would work with non-Backup units to a lesser extent.
I recruited Ayra in 1 go, but I had to reset 2 times because Sigurd got hit by 2 7% hits -_-
Bout time to update her thumnail mangs
Oh god the spotlights used to be bad
1. Ayra x Lex is the most popular pairing
2. The Flame Sword doesn't even exist in the first generation
3. He didn't even talk about Ayra not having a mount
One second generation exclusive item that Ayra could’ve benefited from is the Miracle Ring.
Anybody have a link to the picture at 3:07?
Can you make a character spotlight for Lyn/Lyndis? I love her and always felt her character was great, some find her annoying or generic, but I really enjoyed her character, and she was one of the earliest/greatest waifu every imo.
Noish is a good pairing for ayra in my opinion
Ayra for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Reveal Trailer:
The trailer is part anime and part traditional CGI.
Graphics change from anime to CGI
In Battlefield stage ...
Ayra says: “I am Ayra, the Princess of Isaac. I’m a descendant of Holy Crusader Od. In Isaach, we repay our debts. I will repay mine in Smash!”
Tag line: “Ayra Repays Her Debts”
Ayra later says: “I’ll show you how we fight in Isaach. If you’re willing to study the sword, I will teach you. But if you accept my offer, don’t expect me to hold back!”
In Boxing Ring stage ...
Doc Louis says: “The punch is mightier than the sword.”
Ayra replies: “I don’t think so. I’m the master of the sword. I know the sword better than the previous swordfighters in Smash.”
She counters Little Mac’s Neutral Special with her Down Special, KO’ing LIttle Mac.
Ken says: “Who’s that chick with a sword over there? She’s quite the fighter.”
Ryu says: “Swords don’t work on me. But that girl is an exception. She’s like Chun-Li with a sword on steroids.”
Ken says: “I’d love to spar with her. She’s a worthy opponent.”
Ryu says: “I doubt we can take her on.”
In Arena Ferox ...
Robin: “Who is that swordswoman? What she’s doing in Smash?”
Lucina: “It’s that Jugdral warrior princess called Ayra. We’re not expecting her.”
Chrom: “Why did you come here!? You don’t belong in Smash!”
Ayra: “I’m going to pay my debts in Smash. I’m going to prove my worth! Chrom, you’re going down!” Then, Ayra brutally makes short work of Chrom.
Chrom: “Such strength! You win.”
Marth: “She’s stronger than Navarre.”
Corrin: “Ayra, you’ll be the first on Camilla’s list to kill.”
Ayra: “Before I came to Smash, I fought with my comrades in Jugdral. We were defeated in the Battle of Belhalla. I saw the fight to the bitter end, but I narrowly survived. My liege was incinerated by Arvis’ family heirloom the Valflame.”
Actual Gameplay Footage
This character spotlight is outdated. It was uploaded before the launch of Fire Emblem Heroes. Most of the later uploaded character spotlights mention Fire Emblem Heroes stats.
I'd like to request either Dorothy or Saul.
Tips : Fighter : Ayra
• Ayra’s Origins: Ayra debuted in Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War in 1996.
Can you do Wallace or Karel?
She has a lot of points with Claude since he comes a chapter later then all the other male characters.
I’d advise against any unit in Sigurd’s tale other than Ayra to wield the Brave Sword unless you give her a Silver Sword. Those who may make better use of it can do without it or instead use a Silver Sword or Silver Blade.
Emblem Ayra
If Ayra gets an Emblem Bracelet in Engage, the paralogue could shed light on the Battle of Belhalla.
The paralogue would be titled “Od’s Swordswoman.”
Sigurd would be heavily involved in Ayra’s paralogue.
In Isalt, we repay our debts. I will repay mine on the summoning banner.
Ayra for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate - Palutena’s Guidance
Pit: “Wooo! Who’s that lovely sword waifu?”
Palutena: “That’s Ayra, the warrior princess of the Jugdrali Kingdom of Isaach.”
Pit: “Another Fire Emblem princess?”
Palutena: “The Kingdom of Isaach faced destruction by an invasion by the army of Grannvale as a countermeasure to Rivough’s attack on Darna. Ayra’s father King Mananan was assassinated by Grannvale’s Duke Reptor. Because, Grannvale had the upper hand, she had to flee to Verdane with the fate of future king Shannan in her hands.”
Pit: “She’s quite the fighter isn’t she.”
Palutena: “You’re right. Don’t underestimate her because she’s a woman. She’s more dangerous than most male warriors. She hits even harder than Ike.”
Pit: “She’s also the originator of the Astra skill in the Fire Emblem series.”
Palutena: “The Astra mechanic applies to her Smash attacks, occurring at a one in twelve chance. It’s a combo extended that can deal massive damage. Her Smash attacks are normally two-hit moves, but when Astra occurs, they hit five times. However, they leave her vulnerable.”
Pit: “Therefore, when her Astra ends, that’s the time to strike.”
Can you do a spotlight on guy from fire emblem 7?
