This green deal was supposed to make money off developing countries especially against China. In other words, you pay for your industrialization to make products to sell to US/Europe. And then US/Europe will charge you green taxes or have to buy their green technology. But when Europe is less green than China. Most of the profit would have gone to China instead.
They’ve always wanted China to shoulder the most of burden. They don’t want to lower their living standards and their politicians can’t order their citizens to save the planet so they rely on “authoritarian” China to do the “dirty work” for them. And then they will turn around accusing China of being undemocratic and violating human rights. How ironic.

The Green deal, in my opinion, leads to large scaled deindustrialization, the collapse of algriculture industry. Without jobs, without food, say good luck to prosperity in the long term future.

In fact, it is so successful at implementing clean energy and new energy vehicles of every type, the US and EU are resorting to trade barriers too lock then out of markets while the continue to talk about leadership while doing nothing, Let's face it, the US & EU failed to execute until it was too late to compete on a level playing field. Breeder reactors are used to create depleted uranium munitions and toxic waste.... the thorium cycle has been proven since the mid 1950's but isn't used for that very reason.
