    Thanks Raihana; I was just looking everywhere for our style Muthoa, there are many, but, dry Bhajia type.
    I have guests and thought of changing menu Little from regular ones, and I do make Muthia myself, can say quite good; but I always end up with shredded drumsticks and mashed Muthias, for which wasn’t happy; then I remembered you and thought I might be lucky, I was; and ghevtips were very helpful.
    Thanks.
    Only I think I will put little less coconut milk; and as the crushed tomatoes brought very good color; may or may not add tomato paste.
    Well, here I go prepare; thanks again!

    By the way, what’s fenugreek?
    And, the dumplings shouldn’t be very soft, am I right?
    I guess I was putting too much water when needing.

    • @Raihanascuisines
      @Raihanascuisines  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Fanugreek is dhana in Gujarati. Yes the dumplings should not be very soft otherwise they will beak... Good luck! Please do come and let us know how it turned out for you!

    How long did u boil the drumsticks? I love them as well. Do u have any other recipes using drumsticks?

    • @Raihanascuisines
      @Raihanascuisines  10 ปีที่แล้ว

      We boiled it for about seven minutes, and when you touch it they will be a little soft, crack it open and if it cracks open easily then they are completely done, and yes I make a curry out of them, I will put it on my list to make.....

    This is more like a Undhiya than just plain muthiya, Muthiya is just dumpling but when you put dumpling in all the stuff it is like a undhiya or umbadiya. whatever it is i loved it and i will try this out.
    Fedex delivery is keep disturbing this great dish by doorbelling... :)
