- One thing that all successful car detailing businesses have in common is a good marketing strategy.
Marketing is the thing that pushes your brand in front of your ideal audience. This is what can really take your detailing business to that next level. This is easier said than done though because a lot of detailers are marketing completely wrong.
When marketing you have to do a few things. You have to make sure you are putting your content in front of people who could actually be a paying customer, make sure your brand is solid and looks better than the rest, and you have to do things that stand out.
In this episode you'll learn:
Organic and paid advertisement strategy
How to stand out on social media
The importance of having a solid foundation before marketing

In my area, there is no mobile detailing service. That's why I am looking to start. Great video btw
Really? Where you from? In California we have one every block lol
Great episode mang! I liked when you talked about the organic approach. One of my biggest issues is a follow too many detailers. I recently narrowed it down to 5. Again great content!
Absolutely man! Glad you enjoyed it. 🙌
Speaking knowledge for others to grow. Appreciate what you do brother!
Thank you dude! I really appreciate your support. 🙌
@@thedetailspot No problem brotha!!!✊️👍🤙
7:45 Great vid bro I love how you think! Literally this , just starting and about to do ads and marketing soon and was just thinking of all the friends with nice cars I can do and use em for a nice post etc, Vs cars I don’t really want to do as much, because they won’t have the budget.
I looked up the area I want to hit the most weeks ago and looked up the annual income type of homes etc and figured it was a perfect fit. Now just trying to configure the best way to push it & seo
Really appreciate it mate ! Was nice to take a step back and get a better approach 🤟

Absolutely man. Thank you for tuning in. Glad you enjoyed it. 🙌
In marketing we call that USP unique selling point to make you different from others.
Why would a customer pick you is always a question detailers can ask themselves ?
Branding is important some customers have limited care which products you use.
A clean car at a fair price is the customer objective.
thank you man!
Hi mate how are you I'm Peter here from Sydney Australia I'm a detailer mobile detailer and I listen to your show every time and just to say that you've been helping me so much keep up the good work Cheers mate 🙏♥️
Hi man I’m in Perth
Is detailing business going ok in Sydney for you
Thank you for this! 🔥🔥🔥
Dropping gems
Good stuff
Thank you David!
How do you deal with customers that
refuse to pay what they agreed to pay in advance?
I don’t have a detailing business (yet) but I’ve owned warehouse companies and unfortunately you can’t do much except never do business with them again because taking them to court would mean losing thousands in legal fees to gain whatever they owe you. If you had a contract you can send them to collections and screw their credit score but you won’t get all of it back. So for anything under a few thousand dollars count it as a loss and keep it moving.
For ads, what is the minimum I should spend if I’m trying to get a good amount of leads?
Ads comes down to testing first. Test with a low amount per day and once you find the combo that works then gradually raise it. This also all comes down to your budget
@@thedetailspot what are average leads costs with a good offer? Cause when I run ads it’s like 15-20$ Idk if that’s normal
@@Juan-yy5op FB ads, I usually run $6 - 14 per message. Ads are about 10-15% of my revenue. But been real slow this last month.
That part about picking the right interest is a gem!!! 🚶♂️💎💎💎💎
