Hopefully you still check your older video comments.
I have 3 email accounts on my iPhone.
Each has their own sound notification.
The only time the sound notification goes off is when I open the mail app.
I know on my friends iPhones the sound notification for their email goes off as soon as new mail comes in.
Any suggestions on how I can be alerted by sound notification with my email accounts?

Actually, this is not a fix, but an enabling. Instead, my iPhone does not sound no more despite notifications and sounds are all enabled.
