I've followed your 1st and 2nd tutorial and both are really helpful. If I want to use the MemCard Pro 2 with real discs do I have to turn off load game ID and create another channel/card? I have a hybrid system with OPL and HD, plus disc based games. I know you can copy the discs to the HDD but would like to keep using the hybrid method. It looks like the card does not detect the ID when a disc game is playing.
Discs don't have Id detection currently so it's easy to do a single card for them and per game for OPL. You can still have them separate for discs but you would need to manually select them with the web UI.
I was wondering why you would delete the regions, for the MCBoot, are they just languages or do they do anthing with detecting the region the games are in?@@ArchadesGames
And does the Memcard pro 2 always need to be connected to wifi or just for the initial set up? Do I need wifi to transfer save file or can I just that with the SD?
Is there a way to directly connect and configure the MemCard without Wifi? I only got it to barely work the first time and now I can't access the thing altogether meaning that half my slots are 8mb with the other half being 16mb instead off all but the 1st one(that just being used for the freemcboot) to be 16mb.
Hope someone out there releases a nice fat 128mb image with fcmb and loaded with completed game saves. I have no problem with my own saves from my memcard but when i try to xfer from mass storage it fails along the way.
hey so I have tried the funtuna and it wont work on my japanese 90000 ps2 but the free mcboot will work on my 30000 fat ps2 So I was wondering if there is a different method? I have been tinkering and trying this over and over for about 5 hours now and I think it just doesnt work.

They are for running FMCB on those regions systems
When I try to copy over the files from FMCB to my memcard pro 2, HDloader doesnt show up in the menu and OPL doesnt not show my game list from my HDD

Use the premade FunTuna image in the shared folder and you have your Bravia TV set up.

Also IGR with OPL also keeps you on the same men card so its worth it to have one large card. Unless you want to put fcmb in each game folder
