這個煮豆花的方式又叫做【沖豆花】
前面先秤好的粉+水+煮好的豆漿
沖完之後，凝結，就是豆花，而且這種豆花可以做熱的

不過我個人偏愛布丁豆花
就算單吃吃起來完全不會有異味
傳統豆花不加料(糖水)幾乎都有異味(苦味)
看得出來老闆很注重清潔，蠻衛生可以放心的吃
自制豆浆豆花，非常好吃的甜品，可口又有营养，来吃一碗吧！

you will love Taiwan for it’s delicious yet affordable (i would even cheap compared to Germany, where i live).
visit Malaysia too... you have the same delicious Tofu Pudding here as well...
extra points... you get to taste Malay, Dayak, Khadasan, Dusun and Southern Indian delicacy here in Malaysia as well.

Amazing recipes for the Tofu Pudding and all the delicious shave ice and dessert toppings. What is that interesting orange looking bean or nut that is used to make the yellow jelly cubes? Never seen it before. Love this video, very educational and entertaining. Wish I can be there. Thank you!👍😁🤣😂😜

in our country Philippines, we have here "Taho" with just tapioca and syrup and it's not cold... it tastes more delicious when it's hot or warm...they only sell it in the morning... don't know why... but in convenience stores they sell the cold version but i prefer it hot...
Hokkien immigrants introduced it to philippines. Try it cold next time. It’s better.
