Know this place with Super Komtar on the background! Had visisted Penang several times since the 80's and everytime I had to go inside Super Komtar to reminisce. Glad it's still there. Love Penang.

One thing I dislike though - reusing oil until it's so dark.

Nowdays difficult to get packet cooking oil laa . Disliked don't eat outside then . Mostly hawkers will recycle cooking oil . Grg Pisang , char kuih even worst .
@@lions12. Did you know reused dark cooking oil causes cancer? I don't care if you comment back "i eat deep fried hawker food for many years until now and no cancer..blah blah.."
Also, I can eat outside anytime I want, not all hawkers sell deep fried food.

one thing i dislike though - people who dont know much about cooking or kitchen and people like you dont do shit!
