In this video, I talk about more of my tanning hacks to get a deep, natural tan fast. I include some tips on how I stay out tanning in the sun for a long time without getting really bored or overheating, the key to understanding what weather will give you the fastest natural tan (hint: temp isn't what's important!) and my FAVOURITE sunburn remedy to turn a burn into a tan overnight. Please don’t wax when ur tanning 😭😭 waxing removes some of ur skin layer so you’ll burn faster. That’s why in lit all waxing and hair removal creams it says wait at least 24hrs to be in the sun or sunbed. Be careful ❤️❤️
I am very careful while doing this! I tend to do it at the end of my tanning day so i usually go inside shortly after :)

While tanning you could also do yard work too or even play with water like a sprinkler or water gun fight (the water also keeps you cool and you can get tan as well)

Im Native American and Hawaiian so I get very dark in the summer but I’m also very light and pale in the winter. Sometimes I still dread summer bc I have a stupid idea that light skin is prettier on me then dark skin. (Especially bc I live in a racist state) but I always come to these videos and see that people actually voluntarily like to tan.
To be honest is all about the face and also, it has to be with society, for example in russia tanning is high status since it meant you could go to the beach
I'm also native American, and I relate soo much. I used to have darker skin, but idk one day when I was 10, i tried staying out of the sun as much as possible, and used lighting filters on my pictures. Now I regret it and I wanna start tanning

If you get a spray bottle with cold water you can spritz your scalp and it really helps to control your body temp!!

Hey! Thanks for your input. I’m not intentionally trying to talk slowly I guess that’s just how I talk. I’ll try and speed up in future videos. I’m still learning :) and yes, feel free to watch on 1.25x or 1.5x speed if you’d like to speed it up.

Early grey tea helps with sunburn I have tried this many times and it works. I make a concentrated tea with maybe 4-7 bags and then steep and chill it ( all done before I swim or beach trip or night before so it’s ready to go after sun exposure)
Using a funnel I add it to spray bottle travel size for on the go and a regular size for all over quick relief. Earl grey smells yummy too :)

UV is 9.7 tomorrow and I’m gonna be at the pool all day. I’m so scared of wrinkles and dark spots so I allow myself to tan like once a year and I always wear layered SPF on my face and neck, and just fake tan/use a tinted moisturizer.
Tanning is fun but don’t risk it!

hi! i’ve heard if you put an ice cube in your bellybutton it can help you not sweat. you should try it and let us know if it works!

get a mini fan!! i got one from amazon to help dry setting spray😂. but it works with betters and it works good. it's also small!!
It’s either you tan or not simple, all comes down to genetics. Although some things like this will help though

Edit: salt water makes you tan faster whether you go to the beach or even mix salt with water. Plain water works too it reflects the sun xx

Hi!! So I’ve never actually faked tan before and long story short my ass already got a tan from the sun. And I’ve must have been out by the pool when the UV was like at its highest. Anyhow! I wanted to do a fake tan this year but now I’m reading that you shouldn’t do a fake tan if you already got a tan. I’m not peeling. But my question is, should I still tryout a fake tan (I bought Jergens tanner) or should I go buy oils and continue tanning in the sun? Need help! I’ve never faked tanned.
Hey!!! So if you want to spend time in the sun and get a natural tan then yes go get your self some good sunscreen and pair it with a tanning oil or lotion! But fake tan is the healthiest way to get a tan, this is because you’re not damaging your skin from uv radiation. In my opinion if you want a little colour here and there then try out a self tanner:) they usually last up to 7 days, then it comes off! My biggest problem with self tanners is that it smells weird, can be orange looking, and can stain my clothes and bed. Now of course these cons are nothing compared to skin damage. But as long as you wear at least an spf 30 while in sun, and make sure you stay safe from getting burnt then getting a real tan is much more pleasing and beautiful(in my own opinion) ! This is totally up to you though! A self tanner is also faster and like instant colour so it’s nice to use when you have an event:) ALSOOO you could always do both! Feel free to ask my any more questions about real or fake tan❤️I Hope this helped🙈💕

Hey I have a question! Is it normal for ur face to be like wayyy lighter than ur body. Also how can I evenly tan without this happening? Tyyyy if u reply 😅❤
Ive been using spf and oil with spf on top and ive never been so white lolll idk how you tan with that. Ive always been able to get a dark tan with oil only.
If you are staying out in the sun for a long time then I would recommend putting a lower spf sunscreen on and then oil on top! If you are only going to tan outside for under 30 minutes then you could just use oil💕everyone’s skin is different so try a lower spf if you find it’s not working

What strength of spf do you use? And how long do you usually lay in the sun for a uv of 8?
I personally like to use spf 50 or more when the uv is higher then 8. Every ones skin is different though and I recommend to use at least spf 30 if you tan regularly:) as well as when there is a uv of 8 in Canada I personal stay out doors for most of the day so maybe 1-4 hours doing activities outdoors not just tanning 🥰❤️‼️if you’re goal is to get a tan and stay clear from being outside too long stay out for 20 min a day to get some colour and great vitamin D. Stay safe❤️
When you live in Germany and the UV index is only up to 2-4
You can still get a mini tan😢☺️❤️

Tanning is not good for our skin, it's a type of epidermis reaction to UV damage. Be careful always and use good SPF.

Yes! For me it neutralizes the red tone and helps calm the skin🐳🙈💜

do you have any tips for making your feet match the color of the rest of your body ? Like tanning your feet 💁🏻♀️😭 ? I have a sock tan so
When I tan I always have bare feet! And when I go outside when it’s sunny it is usually with flip flops on:)
You can also tan with your knees bent (like lying down with your knees pointing up and your feet by your bum) so the sun hits your feet more directly! 🌞
