Nice home, but why does the builder keep putting the kitchen outside of the master bedroom 🤔
You never know in the middle of the night while you’re sleeping in the main bedroom you may get the urge to have some barbecue and this is very easy access

I think having the TV wall with a soundbar and sub woofer on your master bedroom's exterior wall would be worse if you have partner, guests, or kids that like to watch late night...
Beautiful home! That kitchen is fabulous…love the thick countertop, waterfall edge, and separate wine fridge area. Love the layout, fireplace, primary bathroom, outdoor kitchen, and of course the picture frame lanai…beautiful view! Gulf access?
I was surprised the interior doors are 7 ft tall. I was thinking 8 ft was fairly standard for new construction and that 10 ft ceilings run throughout the house(higher in the kitchen, living room, and primary bedroom). How tall are the ceilings in the guest bedrooms in that home? 8 feet?

What's the ceiling height in the living room
Sliders are 9 feet tall, ceiling is 12 lint including the inlay which brings it close to 14

The slider in the main bedroom is 9 feet tall. If you watch the video video you’ll see that means the ceiling is probably 10 feet with the top of the ceiling at 12 feet.
