My problem is I have Android 10 on my Lenovo TAB P11. It thinks I'm in another state, 3 time zones away. I was able to change it to show my local time, but it still shows the other time zone as being my home time and my local time as being my away time zone (or something like that). Both times show up on my desktop at the same time. I just want it to change the local time to what it really is and ignore the other time zone all together.

I recently moved back to the USA from Mexico, bought a US mobile phone. When they transfered data from my Mexican mobile to my new US mobile apparently it made my phone location Mexico. Google says I cant change my country region location for 12 months. Now I can not get some apps I need, like My Spectrum for my Internet and TV for example. What ca be done to remedy this problem?

Probably a fake GPS app. Enable developer options on your phone, download a fake GPS app, go into developer settings and click GPS app I believe, then click the fake one. Go into the fake GPS app and set your location.

Try changing the region in settings. Choose your country in region ( if call recording is allowed there)
Try flashing your device with your country specific rom. I am using Samsung A50 bought from Kuwait which had no built-in call recorder neither it supports any call recording app from play store due to Google’s strict privacy policy implemented from Android 9. So i flash it with Bangladesh specific rom which contains built in call recorder.
