Dr. Brown, I can't thank you enough for all the hard work you do to sort out theological issues, specifically those regarding the question of Jesus as the Jewish messiah. I listen to your debates and talks almost daily. I often check my theological and ecclesiological perspectives against yours. Blessings in the name of our Lord

Yes, also it was concerning that Randy seemed to defending "full preterism" (as opposed to "partial preterism" which may be wrong but adherents may still be considered to be within Christianity), but "full preterism" which is a full on heresy, because it tries to say that Jesus already returned in approximately 70 AD, if I understand it accurately.

Isn’t the Khazar theory used by disingenuous people for disingenuous reasons? Seems kind of bold to bring it up, but maybe that’s just because I grew up around churches here in rural Texas that were anti-Semitic and I’m very sensitive to it. Because of this, I’m getting very mixed feelings about the intent behind some of these questions Mr. Robison is asking. I struggle with people who believe there’s but one path (Christian denomination) by which an individual can reach heaven. Mr. Robison seems like a very Jew-sensitive person, and it’s kind of uncomfortable to listen to…
Dr. Brown, I can’t put into words how much you’ve helped me as of late. Thank you, kind sir! I truly value your insight.

As a former dispensationalist, and a supporter of Israel, I do not think the physical Israel is of any significance today from a biblical standpoint. It's not about being Jewish outwardly but inwardly. And they will have to now down to Christ as the rest of us. Have anybody read what the Talmud says about our lord and savior? Blasphemy in its highest form. They even claim it's the word of God. As for the genealogy, do the math. I'm pretty sure we will all find some Jewish blood in us. We must pray for Israel to repent. But that's about it. Given the focus on the country Israel given by the world, let's just say it might not be what we think will happen there. Jesus called it the synagogue of satan. No other religions use synagogue but Judaism. I do believe the Temple will rise. But let's just keep our eyes open to what's happening over there. This might play itself out quite different that we think. I love Dr Brown although he is Arminian and I'm reformed Calvinist. But here I think his traditional teaching is wrong. My father would agree with him on this tho 😊 Do research and make up your own minds.

      Robert Bordevik
Just want to say that I am like minded with you on this matter. I think it's just a smoke screen by Satan to fool believers into following the false Messiah.
The true Israel is the church. The first members of the church were Israelites, so the church does not replace Israel, it is Israel! We (gentiles) are grafted into Israel and will be citizens of the new Jerusalem.
Earthly Jerusalem is called Babylon the great in Revelation. Galatians 4 also says that her children are in bondage, but the children of the new Jerusalem are free!
      Thanks for your comment.

If you are, remember it is not you who support the root, but the root that supports you. 19 Then you will say, “Branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in.” 20 That is true. They were broken off because of their unbelief, but you stand fast through faith. So do not become proud, but fear. 21 For if God did not spare the natural branches, neither will he spare you.

Interesting. The only thing to notice is that JESUS will not come again as a human being, but his coming will be the destruction of this word we know, and the establishment of the new. But the lawless the false messiah has to come first, and people will believe he is the real messiah.
{So, if they say to you, ‘Look, he is in the wilderness,’ do not go out. If they say, ‘Look, he is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For as the lightning comes from the east and shines as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man....This will happen when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven in blazing fire with his powerful angels}.

      Christ Witness
Good comment, particularly that the lawless one appears prior to Christ. Many will be deceived into accepting the Antichrist because they are looking for a millennial reign.
The Antichrist will be Jewish and will create Jerusalem as his capital. The Bible says many will be deceived, even the elect, if that were possible. God only reveals this truth to those that are his children.

Jesus dont destroy everything but the wicked and pride of a man
Is 2:17 And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be made low: and the LORD alone shall be exalted in that day.
Is. 13:11 And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.
I will make a man more precious than fine gold; even a man than the golden wedge of Ophir.
In Finnish translation> People become more rare than gold.
      -Anyway some people are left
-There is 1000years of His reign. That is when promises of God to Israel fulfill, and He establishes the Kingdom of Israel ( where you can be part if you obey the king )
-That time there is people born normally.
-Martyrs and overcomers reign in earth with Christ as others are in heavenly Jerusalem in heaven.
after that time people still rise against God.

Do some research. There are specific genetic markers for ethnic Jews, which even differ between different subgroups like Ashkenazim and Sephardim, that can be traced all the way back to the Levant and to Middle Eastern Jewish Semites who never left the region. Whether or not these people follow the Jewish religion is actually irrelevant.

Rabbi Angel explains why the prophets Haggai and Zechariah understood that the Messianic Age was about to unfold in their lifetimes (circa 520-516 BC). They saw the potential Messiah as being a prince of the House of David called Zerub'babel (at the time he was the Persian Governor of Judah). As a former Christian, I was stunned to realize Rabbi Angel was correct. This meant for me, that Jesus of Nazareth, of circa 33 AD, was NOT the Messiah, the Messiah should have been Zerub'babel of circa 516 BC. Rabbi Angel's conclusion I discovered, had been observed by earlier scholars, in particular, Herbert G. May and Bruce M. Metzger, who wrote in 1973: "But Haggai saw them [the rebuilding of the Temple] also as necessary preparations for the Messianic Age. Upon the completion of these enterprises the wonderful era foreseen by earlier prophets would come: for God would bless his people with fruitfulness and prosperity, overthrow the Gentiles, and establish Zerub'babel as the Messianic King on the throne of David." (see p. 1145. The Book of Haggai. The New Oxford Annotated Bible with the Apocrypha. Expanded Edition. 1973. Oxford University Press. Rabbi Angel: "Remarkably, Zerub'babel was named as a messianic candidate and God is described as being poised to shatter the pagan Persian Empire...the empire would need to collapse so that the full messianic redemption could occur." (pp. 32-33. Rabbi Hayyim Angel).

7:30 "He won't return until the Jewish Jerusalem welcomes him back"
So how can they identify him, if he/it is a real person living outside of Israel? Or is He a god-like creature that comes in visible glory straight from heaven?
Personally i prefer the humble Jewish version of another Yeshua without all the glory and trumpets. A Yesuha who was probably identified as a possible! Messiah by Rabbi Kaduri in his later days. Who else could identify a Messiah other than a Jew? If Yeshua was born in-midst of gentiles, we wouldn't know anything of him today.

As far as l know the jewish people were cut out of the Tree because they rejected the Messiah, while the gentiles were planted into the Tree because they belive in the Messiah, l don´t know if is true but l´m positive that the jews who recieved Jesus Christ are kept into the Tree. So my conclusion is that God can change His word according to what the people do and is His right to do so, when God gave His only begotten Son to die so we may be saved, rejecting Him is one of the worst sins, but perhaps l´m mistaken. I pray to God for forgivness lf l´m mistaken in my thoughts.
I also read that the people of Israel might be replanted in the Tree and possibly the gentiles wiil be cut off again if they don´t produce fruits, whereas the people of Israel might be planted again in the Tree as soon they confess the Messiah Jesus Christ.

When you have a Jewish mindset you tend to believe God has a seperate covenant with Israel apart from the Christians. This is completely untrue. There is only one covenant, established by Christ himself.
The controversy over Israel and Jerusalem is not what Christians (messianic included) should care about. Why??? We know we are citizens of the new Jerusalem and this is not the promised land, the new earth is our inheritance. Abraham even knew this fact!

I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourn for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.
ENMITY is what exists now the solution is in the Fathers witness!
1 John 5:8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.9 If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son. 10 He that believe on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believe not God hath made him a liar; because he believe not the record that God gave of his Son.
For it is by His grace we are rescued, through faith; and this is not of yourselves, but it is the gift of Elohim. (when opened). 9. Not of works, or else anyone glory (in themselves). 10. For we are His creation who are created in Y'shua the Mashiyach for good works which Elohim has before prepared for us to walk in. 11. Wherefore be mindful that you formerly were carnal Gentiles; and you were called the uncircumcision by that which is called the circumcision of which is the work of the hands in the flesh. 12. And you were, at that time, without the Mashiyach; and were aliens from the Devarim of Israel; and strangers to the covenant of the promise; and were without hope and without Elohim in the world. 13. But now, by Y'shua the Mashiyach, you who before were afar off, have been brought near by the Blood of the Mashiyach. 14. He is Himself our peace, who has made the two (become) ONE

Yes I have, Michael was the only ministry confirming the value of the meeting I had with Vendyl in 83. I didn't have internet at that point but later confirmed the testimonies and added more. @@whatistruth8690
