DEFINITELY watch Jake's Form Series. I thought my form was okay, but what Jake advised shrunk my group size by half just with the postural issues, and then with the aiming and hook, in half again, so I'm now breaking nocks at 25 yards with ACEs (I don't have access to longer ranges at the moment, and am shooting at bits of paper now to avoid shattering nocks). Even if you think your form is spot on, watch it, you will find something you can improve.

These certainly help i shoot a traditional longbow in a very windy region of the country so stability is key.

Put in practice just today, pretty windy in Rome, and I was rock solid!! I knew the trick to tear the sheet but I applied improperly the forces leveraging on my knees instead of pushing outward the feet equally.
    Thank you so much Jake

I like the idea of intensity, really clicked with me. I now use that for multiple aspects of the shot e.g. intensity of the hand when squeezing the grip, engaging the stomach muscles etc. Over intensifying causes way too much focus in that area, too little comprises that aspect of the shot. Thanks for the video, great job as always.

Thanks, I was wondering if this would still help using a neutral stance...now I know.

Jake, what I need to do to keep my wrist bent outside instead of inside. I tried to follow your tip. In setup position my wrist is OK. But after begining to draw I can't keep it bent outside.

Thanks for the advice. I will use the level 2 effort to tear the paper. Say thanks to your wife. Good idea.

"archery is about being as lazy as possible, do the minimal amount of effort" nice way to put it
