@@TheCoolestCourierjust keep in mind there are SO many different situations as the US is huge. I get on the hwy on my Monkey 125 and still pass people no problem. There is so much city now so smaller bore bikes are doing quite well. I think 4-450cc is wonderful for commuting. If anyone plans on any sort of touring or riding outside the city then 5-600 is great. I see too many times people getting these super fast and powerful bikes just to ride them in stop and go city traffic and it makes me laugh every time. Id rather ride a slow bike fast vs a fast bike slow.

Damn brother, glad you're okay, that scared the crap out of me and I'm just watching on a screen! I have your exact bike and the SS version also, they're both really impressive for the money, and yeah, plenty of power for street riding. I hate to always be that guy but both of my bikes have a wobble coming from the rear end, especially the NK, I spun it on a stand and it's out of round and the transmission on the NK is a little sketch, my SS shifts like butter, I've checked all the usual stuff so it'll probably have to go back to the dealer. I'm still a fan of the bikes though! Enjoy your bike!!

I have a 2024 CFMoto 450NK with 3,428 miles and I haven’t experienced any wobble or transmission issues. My transmission is smooth, Maybe you got unlucky and got a faulty one from factory. I got it back in October 2023 the first week on the floor, been riding every day best bike I’ve owned for the price range. The app runs good to always accurate locations on where my bike is. Tells me my lean, my rapid acceleration, my rapid deceleration, I can check my gas tank from my phone it’s all a nice package for the price.

Thank you for showing us the 450NK! I may enjoy having one someday here in Las Vegas. I'm usually more the off roading type and haven't handled too much power yet, so a 300NK would likely be plenty for me. I've commuted occasionally on my CSC TT250 (230cc) and my Xpro Templar X 250, which certainly isn't their forte despite taller gearing. I'm tempted to go electric for a street oriented motorcycle so I'll see what the options are if I ever get to that point.

Looking at the 450NK.. local out the door w/T, T and Title is abt. $5800 in maryland. ABS and a simple traction control (No IMU, just wheel spd sensors). Like you, my big bike is a new XSR9, but a lot of my riding is very local twisties along the river w/40mph limit. Those are FUN at 60 especially on a light bike and great tires. at 350 lbs, it can be hauled on my mini-van with a trailer hitch carrier. I have to remove the handlebar at the riser to clear the rear window, but that's easily done as an assembly.. FYI KOVE (another chinese manu to Watch) makes a 4cylinder 450RR w/a 16K redline! that weighs 350 w/aluminum frame and Kills a ZX4RR. It's in Europe, coming here maybe next year.

Hello, I am from China. I also plan to buy this motorcycle, but when I checked the reviews of this motorcycle on the Chinese Internet, I found that most people reported three reliability issues with this motorcycle (450nk). 1: When you release the handlebar , the handlebar tilted to the left. 2: The handlebar is very easy to swing, no matter you are at high speed or low speed. 3.tft screen is not aligned to the center . These problems are mainly concentrated in early models. I hope you can pay attention to whether your motorcycle has these problems and share with us.

My main complaint with my 390 was it just wasn't very comfortable at highway speeds which doesn't sound like that's a problem with the NK. Next CFMoto demo in my area I'll have to try one of these. My previous bike was an MT09, the cp3 is an amazing engine but the suspension left much to be desired. I have been eyeing the 800NK and 450SS although I'm torn because I have always wanted a Street Triple. BTW the 800NK is actually 7lbs lighter than the Duke 790. I keep seeing people mentioning the 800NK being much heavier but that is because they are comparing wet weight vs. dry weight. The wet weight, sometimes referred to as curb weight of the Duke 790 is 417lbs and the 800NK is 410lbs.

@@TheCoolestCourier I had a 2017 and the suspension was not confidence inspiring when leaning in the twisties. The rear would wallow and was hard to hold a line with any imperfections in the road. I’ve heard the 3rd gen’s are much better in that respect. I believe the XSR has a slightly longer wheelbase too which improves stability. I would definitely go for an SP model if I got another MT09 but the Striple RS is pretty much an improvement all around. I just worry I would miss the hooligan acceleration of the CP3 compared to the more linear power of the Striple 765.

Anything north of 30 horsepower feels fast on the dirt. I had a CRF 300L and it had balls for sure and it wasn't too bad on the road until you put it on the highway. That's where the 450 will shine. Trail riding but you have to travel 20 mi on the highway to get there first. There's not really a good bike for that.
