like the features, setup was difficult for some of my devices (August Door lock, th-cam.com/users/postUgkxhB5YOMNj04GuoAosExygP4cH-dKeb4aB Bose speaker)... but all switches and outlets (5), thermostat, tankless water heater. Unfortunately all I can do is turn on/off Bose. It doesn't support volume or changing channels, but I believe that is due to the particular speaker I have.... Worth getting if you already have other devices to use it with... I don't sit around and ask Alexa questions much so that doesn't really matter to me....
Just pad the 330USD for one. Will be hooking it up to my Bose sound bar 600 tonight.

thank you for opening it up which just was my intention too. I would like to add a bass shaker to my couch which should be integrated in the Bose eco system so I thought I buy another used bass module and just unplug the speaker and wire it to the shaker sub. Would you think this works and do you know how many ohms the speaker has?

@@Btalks1 what you said sounds good but I have 2 of them and 2 bose book shelf .I just don't find them as good as what I expect and what I have received from bose in the past. Just my opinion and probably will buy the 900 sound bar and 700 sub.

Cheap ASF. I'd never buy this Bose craptastic stuff. This can't be reproducing deep bass with how small it is. Better than TV speakers but still not better than a cheap Dayton Audio ~$150 sub......
In my experience sound is better and real compare other, I used Samsung home theater before
@@Btalks1 Well, if you've only heard Samsung no wonder. Not to ride you at all but Bose is nearly the bottom of the barrel compared to what's available for cheaper from other brands. Think JBL, Klipsch, Polk, etc, and those are just the big box store brands that are middle of the road - they're still miles ahead of Bose though....plus, when you decide to upgrade you won't have to throw out the whole thing and buy a whole nother setup for more money - they're modular and upgradeable....
Compare the price we pay for the brand .you are right . But I am happy with bose 500 sound bar because of the clear voice
