Man I really miss this place, I remember getting one of the rarest amiibos at the time, Little Mac, during the amiibo craze at the gamestop around 2014 or 2015 holiday season. This place was seriously the best. I'd pay so much money to go back in time and be here again, even taking santa/easter bunny pictures every year here.
Oh man I missed this mall literally my whole Middle School would come here on a half a day and we would all hang out me and the boys would grab a plate of Panda Express and head to GameStop to play NBA 2K all day man time flys
Man I was only 9 when that store closed I cried right at the door because that was the place I used to go to every Christmas and buy my games at and have fun 😔🥺😭

Lots of memories growing up in Somerville and coming to this mall as well as the Assembly sq.Mall....my ex girlfriend worked at the Tom McCann shoe store at Assembly back in the 80's...But obviously alot more memories at the Meadow Glen because it was there alot longer...Sad to see it go but they did a really nice job with the new Wegmans and the whole plaza thats there now.
I remember coming here on Saturday’s as a kid back in 2006 to eat at the old country buffet (which was always packed) making us have to wait in line, now that wasn’t an issue and I didn’t really care since the usually line moved pretty fast. The problem was that stupid marry go round thing near the main entrance that constantly played probably one of the worst and most annoying renditions of ring around the Rosie I’ve ever heard. But one of my fondest memories of that place was going into that extremely out of place photo booth while waiting to be seated and pretending to take pictures with the photo samples that repeatedly cycled on the screen. Man what I wouldn’t give to go back for a day.

Hard to believe it's been closed for a year now. It was well fairly well occupied until it was announced Wegmans would be taking the mall's place.
