As someone who’s worked in the restaurant industry for a long time. Even restaurants don’t give you exactly what they promoting. They can tell you they have freshly caught mahi mahi for todays special. And that shit has been sitting in the back of the freezer for over 4 months. Doesn’t matter if it’s a food truck or a dine in restaurant if the employers are shady their practices will be shady. Here where I live we have a big group of food trucks people trying to make a living it’s always clean and they have their permits and license taped to their cart/truck. But everyone should practice safe food hygiene this is why they have to get their servsafe certification
This is why I don't buy street food. They're not a restaurant where things get inspected and a certain standard needs to be held. Street food vendors can do anything they want with the food and nobody knows if it's safe to eat.
In 1987, Arizona blamed California for the overpopulation. Nevada is getting the same problem from California because they know California wants to be a thick population state. California pretends it doesn't know that places are overflowing with people. It's just like the cup in your kitchen. If you are going to drink 2 cups off milk, you don't pour that amount of milk into a cup that can hold less than that because it will overflow.

If they're coming from CA they're primarily from SoCal, because I highly doubt strreet food vendors from NorCal and the Bay Area are going to drive 8+ hours (2 of them through the Mojave) to Vegas to sell food. Especially with gas at $5-$6/gallon. Them vendors probably think your inspection enforcement is lax enough to take liability risks. If you crack down on inspections and put the weight on fines instead of costs to vend legally, the SoCal vendors will go away.
Be careful with street food because they rarely comply with health department guidelines nor policy awareness. They don’t have a business license nor pay any rent, insurance nor taxes.

When they were calling out these local vendors they were mad and said 'their racists and we just want a better life..... until their very own people come in an invade their set up there business and don't give a shit and over run them now they are pissed and are angry..... If you do things the right way it could be a win win for both but now you're getting a taste of your own medicine and now they can't handle it...
The food they sell out of stands which is mainly tacos are terrible. There’s better brick and mortar places locally.
They don't care about their customers safety they should be arrested and placed on a ban from ever being able to attain a vendors license
That’s nasty! Glad they are cracking down on this! Yuck!
Unsanitary . Food poison.
Exactly. But a lot of people don't care but I remember how they were doing the pandemic. Would not even touch the button to cross the street. Would not walk on the same side of the street with you if you didn't have a mass on.
100 % and I’m Mexican. Some people not only lack education but also want to prosper but not do it the right way. For once Mexicans and other Central Americans, need to realize that taking short cuts is not going to get you there.
Disgusting
What do they do with the $10 a hotdog they've siphoned then🤦🏼🤦🏼🤦🏼🤦🏼
I will never eat at a street vendor
Don’t eat from the streets, it can coast your life.
more examples of people who say they cannot afford the fees, not being able to prepare/store/transport food safely. it costs money to play the game. 1 bad taco and you are ruined if you dont have insurance to cover your a$$
"She's whiskey in a teacup." Nice!
These street vendors are earning a lot , Some of them have 5th wheels or RV pulling their kitchen. Fees are nothing to them if from California owner or resident should charge double fees.
These people never seen Hell’s Kitchen lol
20/20 did an episode over twenty years ago...... how did this happen again. Clark county does not mess around just ask O.J. and when they are finished eradicating these places can they send Riverside county CA. the clift notes on how to do it.
Can you show the link to the 20/20 video?
People still eat like this
Who could possibly have seen this coming. 😏
They need to check Round table on Eastern. My family and I went, had the worst experience we’ve ever had with food poisoning. Health District needs to be checking restaurants often too.
what will migrants running from gangs do when those gangs follow them here? what are they going to do then?
….lmao go back under your rock
@@b-flo i got ya.
@@b-floYou go under your rock dumb ass 🤡🤡🤡
Vegas, fines ain’t no joke !!
This a gambling city, so trust and believe you gone get taxes!!
Good job SNHD !!
Do your job sanitary inspection.
I’ll go get a loaf of bread and a jar of Peter Pan before I eat at a food truck.
Illegals cannot afford to operate legally? LOL! That is the BEST!
some of these people have been legal here as long as you have lived. ignoramous.
@@genociderjill I doubt that very much! If so they are total losers hawking food on the streets at that age.
I got sick I don’t know if it related to those vendor I ate steak burritos next day I got wet diarrhea fever chill this be my last time eating those vendor food so disgusting after watch this news
As a microbiologist, I do Not recommend food from the streets.
This is why my mom as a kid would never let me eat street vendor food. Now that I'm 39 the same goes for my kids.
Honestly never heard of anybody getting sick from street vendor’s where I live
Vegas has become a heath issue
If your not licensed 😂hit the road we got rules here🎉🎉🎉😊
There should be two criteria’s for vendors . Those who sell snacks and those who actually cook food ( meat ) .
This is why I don't buy street food. They're not a restaurant where things get inspected and a certain standard needs to be held.
Street food vendors can do anything they want with the food and nobody knows if it's safe to eat.
This is all over the country, even in small restaurants, the health conditions are very poor 😢
Simple solution, do not patronize!
Overpopulation means people will try to get cheap food from those street people.
@@MrJuvefrankThe tacos they sell aren’t even good and expensive. Who wants to stop there and eat 🤮
What did you expect 😅
Gross
Cant afford to own and operate a legit business but charges as much if not more than restaurants prices with no overhead. Insane.
They’re not from California stop using California as a scapegoat
California is trash.....So stop defending that shit hole....
🤡🤡🤡
In 1987, Arizona blamed California for the overpopulation. Nevada is getting the same problem from California because they know California wants to be a thick population state. California pretends it doesn't know that places are overflowing with people. It's just like the cup in your kitchen. If you are going to drink 2 cups off milk, you don't pour that amount of milk into a cup that can hold less than that because it will overflow.
@raycastaneda7089 CALIF NEEDS TO CLEAN UP THEIR ACT AS WELL WITH ALL THESE VENDORS FOOD AND OTHERWISE, THE ROADS AND STREETS ARE VERY UNSIGHTLY!! MAIN, BROADWAY, SAN PEDRO, VERMONT, SLAUSON, ALL OVER THE FREAKING CITY TENTS AND SHIT
California is a shit hole dumb ass 🤡
They’re all local people. Never seen a taco stand rolling down the 15 on its way to Las Vegas
Go away
If they're coming from CA they're primarily from SoCal, because I highly doubt strreet food vendors from NorCal and the Bay Area are going to drive 8+ hours (2 of them through the Mojave) to Vegas to sell food. Especially with gas at $5-$6/gallon. Them vendors probably think your inspection enforcement is lax enough to take liability risks. If you crack down on inspections and put the weight on fines instead of costs to vend legally, the SoCal vendors will go away.
In 1987, Arizona blamed overpopulation on California.
Defund Career Politician’s and Government Agencies. How Pathetically Criminal.
The man crying because nobody wants to eat at his dirty restaurant lol
What restaurant 🤷♂️🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
The guy in the interview is also a street vendor genius. You know it’s bad when he’s complaining too.
Be careful with street food because they rarely comply with health department guidelines nor policy awareness. They don’t have a business license nor pay any rent, insurance nor taxes.
She forgot her 👖
Yes, it is different way of managing the food preparation but, if ur stomach isn’t strong to handle this type of food or allergies don’t eat it. Go fine those high top restaurants without given they are notice and u’ll find out the real truth.
You guys talk so much ish about the vendors I wanna see the same energy when it comes to people cooking out there own house and selling it I see a lot in Vegas
