As HE was a lower middle class person who used his mere basis of being abroad as a means to getting a bride to then extort money from her family. Class is not a issue and it is common in ALL classes to seek the best for their daughters. It is disgraceful to use Allah SWT and our beloved messenger as a means to make a damning statement.

A girl named chanda used to play with me and my friends as a child in my Khala's muhalla. I came back to Islamabad and lost touch with her for many years, and then one day when I was in 10th I met chanda by chance in an alley while she was holding a baby boy. I said hi and asked how she was and who was the baby and I literally went into kind of a shock when she said he was HER baby!!

The issues like these are willingly suppressed in our society. It's great that you guys are bringing up these in limelight to aware. Child marriages not only are extremely damaging for the couple but also for their family to come. They are not yet ready to tackle the bundle of responsibility that marriage brings. It's a deep hole in the foundation of a home.
Another highlight of this season is the legal perspective that you educate us with. Conversations with Kanwal is a complete package where we not only get to see the problems but also the remedies to resolve these significant incidents.
Episode after episode people get to know that how many laws exist in our system which we are unaware of and it is way too saddening 💔 But thanks to CWK the awareness is reaching to every corner of the country 👏🏻 Hats off to the entire team, it takes a lot of courage to bring up those topics into public which were always considered as a taboo 👍🏻✌🏻 More power to you guys ❤️

I felt so much happy when I saw her happy 💕💕 The good thing is her father standing up for her unlike some other stories where parents dont back their daughters and tell them to bear with it. I can totally relate to the sentence stuck in her head "nangi beti biah di, faqeeron ki trha shadi krdi" such words stay with you forever. Lets suppose if someone is being accused for falsely rape attempt and we are making video on him. What will happened if he is proven to be innocent. It is very common practice in our society. Thats what journalism teaches.

I've met women and girls who have been married as early as 15 or 16.Although many of them, married good men and seem superficially accepting of their situation. I do wonder what goes on beneath the surface. Was your mom happily married or did she regret the loss of her childhood years and perhaps her education?
