When i was born my aunties cried and went to my mom for condolences as if someone died.(yes still happens in muslim families, followers of prophet Muhammad pbuh.who said one who raises 2 daughters well will be with me in jannah)well my mom at that time said to my aunties that "there is nothing to get sad about. There father is happy and saying we will raise aur daughters well.get them educated and independent as much as possible" love my father. I am a doctor working in best health system now😎 everything because of my Allah' s blessings and my father's hard work and struggles for us 😍

I just fell in love with this show, for it's content. This show raises the questions about main issues of our society also, the experiences of the narrators. These issues initially seems to be a mere problem in our society but,in long create a gigantic problems. Thank you for awaring the society.love from India.
There were so many underlying issues in this single narration.. Apart from foeticide, one thing that almost every girl faces is the lack of trust in her from her own parents.. Parents always blame their daughter and sides with son-in-law, this has destroyed so many daughters in so many ways.. Secondly, prioritizing mothers over wives so much so that men destroy on only their wives but their own selves too... I do not understand how these issues are going to resolve; it's just one case, evidently or unconsciously it's happening in every single house...
Kanwal love from india i never ever missed ur episode ... I have one younger sister and we both born with c section ... And my mom use to listen that 2 beti ek bhi beta nahi ... But the way a person a girl is fighting back respite of being such a struggle salute to those ... A big thanks to u that u r showing these realities and giving the importance ... Love from india keep going .. i hope one day these types of cases will stop
Because Asma Aziz, people with this kind of behavior are نام کے مسلمان They don’t know anything about the teachings of our religion. There are good people & bad people in every country, society, religion, & cast.
These people aren't Muslims... They just happen to be born in a culture or neighborhood where something called islam is "dope religion" and it's comfy to belong to it rather than looking for something else. Quran states that God creates both males and females,if someone is against female, his sorry ass can complain to God.
@Amandeep Wahi Allah gives highest regard to daughters and Allah says whoever raise his daughter with affection and love and reapect. Give her education and get her married to a good person then he would go to heaven. Raising son is not that important as compared to Daughters. Its culture thing not the religion

I am the fourth daughter of my parents. As soon as my mother got to know that i am a girl through ultrasounds (whatever i ain't a medical student) she hid it from everyone. My mother's gynecologist was our family doctor so the moment my mom came home from the clinic after getting ultrasounds and the gender reveal, my grandmother(dadi) called the doctor asking the gender. The doctor was mature enough to understand the situation, she understood that my mother had not intentionally told my gender to them. So she also said that it wasn't obvious or they couldn't find the gender. When i was born my grandmother made so much fuss out of it. It was my father's words, "Ammi atleast she is all fine! What would we have done if a boy was born with any abnormality? " My father has always been my knight in the shining armour. May Allah give him ajer. He has never ever differentiated in any terms between us and our brother. He has always been our hero. Alhamdulillah. MashAllah. My chachis would mock my mom about having many daughters. But alhamdulillah my parents have never grieved about our existence. They always say, "you guys are our pride".
I am emotionally very strong, but I cried listening to her ordeal and what she has gone through in her life. Hats off to her for her extraordinary courage and resilience and may she and her child have an exuberant life ahead.

What a strong lady !! May Allah open more paths for you and make it easier. Dad, brother, husband all the men in her life tried to fail her. But you stood strong against all the odds. May Allah bless you and your cute daughter.
I am the third daughter of my parents. I am a doctor working in best health system now😎 everything because of my Allah' s blessings and my father's hard work and struggles for us 😍
Prophet Muhammad pbuh said one who raises 3 daughters well with me in jannah just like 2 fingers near each other.
i am also the third daughter
third daughter is blessing for parents.
OMG! This made me so emotional. My family is not abusive but I am sensing they are trying to isolate me from there life. It's very lonely but if she can bear all that I can go through anything. Thank you for giving us strength Kanwal. You just teach us to believe in ourselves. May God Bless you and all the people who are brave enough to share their stories. Gives me so much hope and courage.
Allah aap pe khair kare!
Areeba and her little angel are in Allâh 's shelter.
My mother went through the same situation. Her brother also used to abuse her. Still she did everything for me in the best possible way. Now with God's grace I also have a daughter. Don't know when women will get respect, when we will be treated like humans.
I hate those womens who did not support a women .....actually those are black spot on humanity .
God bless you sister
Aurat hi aurat ki dushman hoti hay😭
Aurat de sab too baddi dushman aurat
There's a quote "a woman is a woman's worst enemy".
Literally cried and have seen this episode for than 10 times . What an Amazing woman you are Areeba . So proud of you and everyone who chooses self respect over abuse
Ah This was the hardest story ever but the ending with her daughter melted my heart
Oh my God there is no way I can express my feelings this story was heart wrenching , traumatizing , and a slap to our patriarchal society yaar such mein how can you hate your own daughter
Thanks Kanwal you are doing great work
An incredibly powerful episode. Thank you Kanwal, and thank you Ariba.
I absolutely LOVE how each episode has a happy ending. This lady is incredibly strong and may god continue to shower her with blessings.
I can imagine how difficult it must have been to talk about this openly. The backlash she must have faced from all the abusers. Thank you for being so brave, Areeba!
So so power to this brilliantly strong woman! You’ve been as strong as a rock and you’ve fought all this like a soldier! You’re an inspiration to all of us and we are here for you! More power to woman like you! ❤️
Uff she made me cry n at the same time she show me how a woman can be strong when it comes to her child.. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ i wish you and your daughter all the success and happiness in life.. Ameen
This was very hard to listen to. My heart broke into a million pieces.
The struggles and diffculties women go through in this society, and how they make it out stronger than ever... They are warriors. True warriors..
This woman is so brave. I wish her all the success and happiness in life and may Allah bless you with everything good. 🙏🏼❤️
Areeba I m so proud of you ♥️.. You're are a hero.. I want you to be so happy away from sadness.. I will pray for you and your daughter.. in Sha Allah.. may Allah bless you both with utmost happiness and love 💖❤️🌸
Ameen.
Yet another silent warrior! Sister, today you have taught us to draw strength from our weaknesses and swim against the current with bravery, resilience and courage. May Allah be with you, ameen.
I’m so proud of you for not being afraid to go there Kanwal 🙌🏼
May Allah give her more strength to live a successful life ameen, she has already seen he'll on earth, faced alot even unimaginable for me.
Her daughter is so cute MashaAllah. May you both stay happy forever, ameen ❤️❤️
Her story is so heart breaking even to listen..let alone seeing this in life
She got real GUTS..ovation to you sister..
She did not break talking about her husband ...But when she talked about her brother she broke down. Reminds me of the time hazrat Muhammad broke down when the people of Taif( his maternal family was from taef) mistreated him. Apno se chot ka ker dil toot jaata ha. May Allah always be with you
I just fell in love with this show, for it's content.
👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
Kanwal love from india i never ever missed ur episode ... I have one younger sister and we both born with c section ... And my mom use to listen that 2 beti ek bhi beta nahi ... But the way a person a girl is fighting back respite of being such a struggle salute to those ... A big thanks to u that u r showing these realities and giving the importance ... Love from india keep going .. i hope one day these types of cases will stop
I hate to see this in muslims
How can they say they believe in Allah when they refuse to accept his decisions, his creations?
Because they dont have enough knowledge of the religion.
Especially when Quran verses FROM ALLAH call out THIS very behaviour. 🤦
@Amandeep Wahi Allah gives highest regard to daughters and Allah says whoever raise his daughter with affection and love and reapect. Give her education and get her married to a good person then he would go to heaven. Raising son is not that important as compared to
Daughters. Its culture thing not the religion
When your husband betrays you it can be tolerate able but when your blood betrays you it brakes you to pisses.
uffdmgmahi Absolutely true
Pieces
renita tellis thank you for the correction
Exactly
Poor girl all the men in her life betrayed her. May Allah keep her safe.
I feel so embarrassed to be a part of such a society 😔😔
Kanwal, I love that you’re honoring the bravest and strongest women in our society. More strength & unlimited power to such women. Areeba, you are breaking glass ceilings and setting the bar so so so high for the rest of us. Sending you so much love, you’re so amazing ❤️
She is exceptional. Most pakistani women are not brave but coward
What a unfortunate one, surprisingly how can they call themselves Muslims, shame on timmy and mummy,
just timmy and mummy? how about her own bro & father?
I am crying while writing this down! My salute to you Areeba for taking up a stand. What an incredibly strong woman you are.! My heart knows that Allah will reward you in the best possible way IA. May you both stay blessed Ameen!♥
My father leave my mom becoz of me .. qki mai lrki hun or kisi or aurat ko ghr le aaye nd mujhe nd meri mmy ko ghr se nikl diya😭... I hate him.. this story is so relatable for me.

I hope you can be a strength for your mother, did he have a son with this other woman?
Wow what a heartfelt story, as a father of 2 girls myself i can truly say i was over the moon when they were born and even now i feel closer to my daughters and cant understand why society is so backwards when it comes to women in general
This proves if god has decides to be a mother he will give at any cost.
Areeba is a victim and survivor of malignant covert narcissistic abuse. My love and respect to this warrior of kindness, strength and courage. May you continue to be your own hero! 💛🌟
At some point , in all stories, we all see ourselves struggling with the same...!!! And it shows you aren’t the only one suffering, you ain’t alone...!!!
More power to you Areeba. Allah pak apki beti k naseeb buland farmaye aur apki ane wali zindagi mai asaniya farmaye. Stay strong, you are really a brave and strong woman.
Great . God bless
I am emotionally very strong, but I cried listening to her ordeal and what she has gone through in her life. Hats off to her for her extraordinary courage and resilience and may she and her child have an exuberant life ahead.
Seriously kanwal , this conversation is a heart broken .. but i am so proud of that mother who survived and these conversations are eye opener for our society that we need to change these things now. Keep it up !

I didn't open up about this before but now I want to write all this here to lighten my heart pain..
So I m a 3rd girl in my family and I hv one brother only
So my father was expecting k ab beta hojaega
And when the labor pain of my mom started my father drop her off at hospital at 11 o clock of night because Doctor said k delivery m time lgega so my father drop her off there and get back to home for sleep
Can u imagine how my mom gave birth to me all alone at 1am that night
She doesnt have a single drop of water with her because the pain started suddenly and she couldn't take any khala or nani with her
So the nurse open her back and gave her some sip of water and after that my mom gave number of her parents to tell them
When nurse called on that number and unfortunately my moms brother received the phone and he listen k beti hui he and then cut the phone
Phr subah ko my father came to hosp and when he found that girl hui he mu latak gya unka
And 6 months to unho ny meri mom se bat nh ki k beti q hui and mein 6 months ki hogyi thi or mera koe nam nh tha mjhe munni key kr bulaty the q k parents m larayi thi to nam tk nh rkha mera then dosti hogyi tb b nam nh rkha kher jb m 9 months ki hui to nam rkha mera
Pr ab sb kch sahi he pr kbi kbi parents ki bat sunti hun to vo bt kr rhe hote hn k kashh larks hojata iski jga pr to acha hota Kher ab mjhe bura nh lgta he unki bat k
queen Khan trust me I feel you. Im so sorry you had to know all this and feel so upset about it. We all are living this struggle almost all our parents reacted this way it's absolutely wrong and sad! Thats why we should be the change and end the injustice and stand for women.
Ap bht acha pharoo or mehnat kro..
And then they realize ka ap bhi kisi beta sa kaam nhi ho..
I know ya sb krna mein time laga ga but after all this u feel good....and proud yourself..

She is Soo much courageous MaashaaAllah.listen her story that touched the heart.i can relate to the story she told.i also face that situation when even my parents didn't support me and ask me to compromise. My husband slap me and hit me when I was 9 months pregnant with my daughter..and No one ask him why he did that,, and I still lives in his house, because my parents never support me,they afraid k bchii ghr aa k naa bath Jaya,...I was jus 18 , when I got married and now I'm 26.and all these years are like a hell for me.
.
She is the strongest woman to date in our society. May Allah bring her and her daughter out of this difficulty. Is there some way we can financially support her so she can afford her own place? I would love to do that. I hope more people can volunteer even the smallest amount.
Hey Kanwal please tell us if we can financially support her to get her own place?? How can we do that?
It was so heartbreaking💔💔
How a parent can unlove his one child !!!! Such men are sick mentally .
Areeba you are very strong emotionally , the way you handled everything reflects your inner beauty and intellect. May Allah swt bless you more and more..
Allah swt apk lie zindagi main asssnian paida karain ameen.
Love and hugs to your Daughter❤❤❤
And if you really love your daughter please respect your daughter or your sister who choose to remain single and child less. Too often women being pressured by her family and society to married and being looked down upon because she is childless and remain single. If you really love your daughter and sister, respect her choice to remain single and childless
We are five sisters. Or mere father ne buhat pyar se rakha hume. Or Meri khud ki 3 betiyan hain beta nahi he magar mere husband ki jaan he betiyon me. Wo kehte hain mujhe zarorat nahi bete ki. Ye betiyan hi meri zindagi hain. Allah ka buhat ahsaan he itne ache father or husband dene k liye. Very upset for areeba. Allah tumhe buhat himmat de.
