I was doing Montu’s Virtual rush with Parliamentary System and Sovereign Guardianship and I thought THAT was nuts. This is next level - hats off to you dude, I can’t wait to try it out. The recent 3.12 nerfs barely touched virtual, it’s honestly silly.
BTW, Void Dwellers got seriously changed, apparently in 3.15 - it does not give you separate void habitats any more, which totally messes up this build.
Increase your tech costs and play the same build, that’s how you can balance the build. No need for nerfs, they already nerfed tech prior to this patch.
The problem of this 'meta' build 1)Is that you live on habitats. And since you push Virtual, you will get huge downsides from number of colonies, and since you dont sit on planets, well, until ringworlds you will suffer on eco. 2)Is that you will push your empire size from pops very quicky , and as so, what you earned in 'meta' rush , you lose in tradition costs and tech costs. And those 2 problems will get only worse as you continue. What I play at the moment - Machines gelshtad on Machine world origin. You spam unity buildings and districts on main planet , you add some energy districts to balance . You colonize 3 extra planets , largest you can find , where you add Virtual simulator and unity buildings. You can finish virtuality by 2229. Its a bit later than your build, but still, pretty fast. Once you done this , you start to swap your unity buildings to research. By 2230 you can sit on 700 unity and 1.2k research. Not as much as this one in terms of research, but still, you site on a empire 85 size and conterbalance big research extra cost.
This is defintely a valid strategy, but the ceiling for Voidforged is sky high. Better player have achieved 9k tech year 40 with this build. It os extrmely vulnerable early, but it scales harder than any other build im the game. if you want to combat empire size, you can start woth gaurdianship and hit zero empire size from pops, ascend 10-15% later and have less than 200 elpire size for the resr of the game
If you start with Guardianship you will have exactly 100% empire size from pops reduction when all is said and done. Also when you have finished ascending your colonies to high enough levels your empire size from planets will be non-existent. I have 96 empire size in my run atm and I have a fully maxxed (broken) ringworld as well as 1 ecu. Empire size will never go above 250 or so when you really want to keep it low. That being said ringworld start is quite a bit slower but has wayyy higher power ceiling. Which I prefer for single player. Ringworld research segments will have 15 jobs and you can get an extra 3 districts from ascending too which is insane on ringworlds and ecus. For PvP habitats ought to be better though since they get off the ground the fastest while still mainting a decently high enough ceiling. tl;dr is that with virtual you can really do whatever you want as long as you're rushing your ascension.

Not the most broken build EVER. Become the Crisis from 3.04 and a little earlier commonly would win the game by 3080 - completely. Might be the most broken CURRENT build. Oddly, it starts out almost identical to the old "Become The Crisis" build.
Hi, thanks for the video. Is death cult mandatory or can i go with sovereign guardianship for minus pop size ? Could u explain why u did take diplo instead of statecraft ?
I took death cult because it ascends decently faster than gaurdianship. In the long run, gaurdianship is better but in most MP lobbies earlier asention is very important. Also diplo over statecraft is to increase economy. Not forming a fed is faster than forming one, but its hard to build all the dirtricts you need without the economy from fed.
@@dkeyes125 most multiplayer lobbies have a peace timer, usually 30 years. If the lobby is aggressive, you can change of habitat to alloy focus, you will have around 600 alloys per month and 1k tech instead of 3k tech and 200 alloys
You mentioned wanting to build an Ecumenopolis but didn't get to it in this video. Since your main pop is zero-g optimized, would you have filled the Ecumenopolis with your zero-g virtual pops or would you have imported planet-born pops in to fill it? Curious what would have happened in that scenario
@@suriil9875 If your playing multiplayer with virtual allowed, its usually nearly as fast. You can make commercial pacts with other virtual players, and get free unity that way. In MMM finals I ascended only 1.5 years later on 1.0 unity cost

I cant even get 100 research by 2030 or 100 unity with rogue servitors,, definetly this build its wild....
Mortal initiate is a pretty awesome way to unity rush.

this build seems really fragile, what do you do if your neighbours are agro or if somebody sees you doing this multiplayer lobbies?

why do my traditions cost more unity than yours? im new to the game so excuse the possibly dumb question
@@melancholia34 you probably have traditions set to 1.0 unity cost. I am playing with 0.75 unity cost as 90% of multiplayer lobbies use this setting

Tried to make this empire but i cant find the deathcult civic only parliament. How did u do it new to the game
It might be a DLC you don‘t have. Deathcult specifically is in the Necroids species pack iirc. Might be Humanoids.
I can't seem to find unruly in the traits menu for my empire, do you know any reason for this?

They probably need to have a growth speed of virtual pops (like nanite prod ramp up) or nerf the pop bonuses to balance this.
