Gym is pretty small for all of those people. 3000 sq ft is limited.
Yes it is bit small but it’s a hotel apartment not everyone like to use gym.
Do they give residence visa to the owners? What are the terms?
You can get a investor visa once you purchase a property worth of 1million dhirams. Property must be ready to movein and fully paid.

We have a concept of modern kitchen in Dubai, if u check my video there is dirty kitchen inside where all cooking and cleaning takes place 😊
No storage spaces..small wardrobes and normal living room nothing amazing..the balconies only for 2 persons...
Can I rent a room for a week in one of the rooms?
Yes u can do short term rent
