Very informative! Those were some nice prints. I liked seeing the process, and the inclusion of the unboxing bit. As a tiny bit of constructive criticism of that part: between the volume of Fuzzy's voice and the background music I couldn't hear your reactions very well.
I wouldn't say it's slightly less good. I've printed the highest quality filament and in comparison it's day and night. When it comes to miniatures/wargamming, filament is a pass for terrain and tools, but for miniatures filament is a very poor pass. But yes, the toxicity of resin printing is a headache.
@@GallantLee Have you printed with the latest printers - 0.2mm nozzles etc - I think they are pretty good - I have just printed my first few minis and am happy with them, plus a dreadnought complete with furs (space wolf) - there are some tricky bits and if you get the settings wrong (supports usually) you can a spaghetti mess! - so printing lots of units at once is a bit risky.... but generally its quite easy with a few tweaks But, I take your point - I wanted to try resin printing, but I could not get past the messiness
You forgot to factor in the cost to your health. Since you don't seem to be wearing a mask and proper PPE when working with your resin printer you will definitely have health issues later.
@@agoogleuser1932 you do have a point but this is an outlier. I keep my ppe on a shelf outside the room sp I can put it on before going in, when carrying the camera to film this scene I was distracted and made the mistake. This is why I don't film in this room very often.
"You wouldnt download a rhino.." no but a repulsor maybe..

Thanks.
I did set my volume quite low so that I wouldn't drown out Fuzzy. Maybe I could have lowered the volume as well...
8:50 yikes!.... what a (probably toxic) mess! - i'll stick with my slightly less good filament printer!
