I even quit smoking weed also. I feel like a new person. It is so worth it to go through the pain. Don’t give up! When I was at peak withdrawal the last time I didn’t sleep for three nights in a row. I thought I’d lose my mind. I spent a whole night rearranging furniture and a whole nights pacing around the house at full rage. I got some flexerals muscle relaxers. That helped me loosen up and sleep for a couple nights. Sleeping is definitely going to be hard for a while… my best advice is find distraction. If you can’t sleep don’t try to.

cher bear sorry i am not getting notifications. i hope you are doing well. i was on 16mg for three years. i cut it down to 2mg for one week and 1mg for one week and then jumped off
Bytheway Iheardit How long did you let yourself taper from 16 mg in other words how long would you say your taper was because I'm just your withdraw must have been terrible if it was that quick of a tapir am I am I right in saying that you probably went through complete and total how if it was that fast of a taper

I'm at 1.5...Tomorrow I'm going to half that for 2 weeks then I'm jumping. I hope your doin great and thanks for ur reply😊
