I tried this what I had...I do have the gold telescopic and I had the loreal lash paradise waterproof. Lemme tell you. I did your same technique and usually I have literally ZERO lashes. Yes ive noticed that! The wand is SO important. Also, when the mascara gets old, it gets dry & clumpy. Same with lip gloss, i got the dior lip gloss (popular one) & it got old & now it bunches up & makes my lips white & NASTY. The air fcks it up & dries it

My mom and I both have similar lashes. Her technique though is horrible. She was somehow not even getting mascara on her full lash length. Clumping them together. Then it was smudge city because she used Vaseline to take it off at night, but the never really rinsed off the excess. Meanwhile, I get asked if I'm wearing falsies all the time. I don't always use this technique, sometimes others. If you've never used good technique, then learning to apply mascara correctly is a game changer. My mom has long been envious of my lashes and refused to believe me when I said she could have what I did. I did her mascara.... well.... what do you know? Her lashes looked great lol. She changed her mascara technique after that. Still not perfect, but a VAST improvement. And now they look lovely, of course. Also, caring for your lashes is important. I'm on meds that induce menopause. My lashes have suffered as a result. Enter: lash serums. They don't have to be expensive. There is one from silk naturals for only $5, but it works. Makes my lashes much thicker. Since other cheap ones I've found, baby skin skincare, skin actives. Xlash also has one I'm curious about. Hope this helps!

You may not believe this but I put a little Vaseline on my lashes at night and it helps them grow. I do clean it off good tho when wash my face before applying new makeup.

Jazmin, I pretty much use the same technique as you do, except that I run a lash comb through my lashes after I’m done, and this helps the lashes look more natural. My lashes aren’t as long as yours though. Your lashes are fantastic😜
If you use a lash comb afterwards, it’ll help with the clumps and with separating the lashes for a less spidery look! But definitely loving this combo!
I know right. I have curly lashes which is nice. But mine are blonde and short. I cannot see them without something on them. I have used this trick before but I believe the mascara that comes with a comb and a primer. That's how I get mine full. I also have a metal lash comb off Amazon that helps separate them. Also I got really good at using falsies
I'm telling you all who have short thin lashes that you should try her technique, or experiment....without mascara and then me with..you wouldn't believe it!!! They make some incredible mascaras these days...a few tips....you HAVE to start from root to tip ..you have to coat the entire lash...different strokes however I recommend... Lately I've noticed all the mascaras I've been buying from the drugstores are dry right out of the tube. So I'll be ordering them from Ulta from now on. You can tell the difference!
Yes! I thought I was just unlucky but the drugstore stuff I resort to buying is indeed dry. What's worse is the ones I get in the mail from IPSY are even worse!
I have lashes like yours and since they're long, sometimes they don't cooperate lol so I'll use a safety pin to carefully separate them before they fully dry. You should try that and your lashes will be that much better! 😘❤️

This is totally true! I've had use both mainly the telescopic mascara but never both like that and that combination is awesome 👌🏼 the more you comb your lashes and take your time the longer and nicer they look
I’m glad I’m not the only one who gets mascara all over my eyelids. It’s doesn’t matter my technique, angle or brush I use, it always happens! I think it happens bc my lashes are naturally long and tips hit my lids. I use an oil based make remover on a a tip after my lashes dry to remove it all. It’s Definitely a lot more then what she had on hers lol. I actually came to TH-cam to see if anyone can recommend a way for that to not happen anymore.
The Lancôme really made my lashes clumpy.. not sure how this was a good mascara, but the telescopic really helped my lashes with length and volume alone..
For me I always go with this combo: 1- Clinique mascara with castor oil "somehow it protects my lashes from falling" I usually apply two layers first. 2- Lancome mascara "same shown in vid for more volume" again two layers. Works wonder 👌 P.S.: plz don't use waterproof types.
Prolonged use of waterproof is supposed to make your lashes break off You’re supposed to save it for special occasions I’ve worn it without issue Bcuz after I take it off I moisturize my lashes

I’ve been doing this technique for a while. I used both techniques , then found using 3 is better; telescopic mascara alone, discovered it’s too wet and clumpy so I went in with L’Oréal telescopic lift first, L’Oréal Panorama second, and Voluminous Superstar third. Or Voluminous first, Telescopic second, and Panorama third. I’ve tried all, but I always use all three and let me tell you!!!!! I get a lot of compliments from people who have asked me; who is my lash tech, and I break the news that they are my lashes which are naturally long, but with all three products, my lashes are full, plump, and touch my brows. ❤💜💜💜💕
Oh yeah I've been doing this technique for years! The Lancôme Ôscillation mascara is also a good base before the volumizing mascara. That's my combo along with a decent primer.
Heh. I do the same thing with lash sensational and the loreal double extend lengthening mascara and primer. Comb your lashes before you curl, throw the primer on, comb them out. Then use the lash sensational then the double extend. Comb between as needed if you clump. I have oily skin and the telescoping mascara always transferred under my eyes. I really want to try the lancome! Now I'm going to have to run into town to go to Kohl's 🤣 You really do have stunning eyelashes. Even without mascara!
I started heating up🌡my eyelash curler with my hairdryer about a year ago. I was skeptical that it would even make a difference🤔. I was SO WRONG😲...the difference was MIND BLOWING🤯!!!! However I must warn, DO NOT⚠️ OVERHEAT🔥YOUR CURLER. Not only can you burn the fragile skin of the eyelids but, you can also burn your eyelashes off🤦♀️. The key is to just warm the curler👌.
Mascara makes me lose my lash curl instantly bUT I figured out a way to combat that w/o heating my curler: Begin by curling ur lashes real well. Then, get a litttttle bit of Vaseline on an index finger and rub it against the other index finger to heat up the Vaseline till it’s melted. Then, hold ur fingers close to ur lashes and blink to coat ur lashes without getting your eyelids greasy. Then, get the telescopic mascara orrrrr the Mabelline sky high mascara ready bc here’s the magic, you CLOSE your eye fully and ONLY touch the wand to the ends of your lashes which are curled up and away from your bottom lashes. You need to get the ends of your lash hairs deep into the wand and push up to your eyelid, staying clear of the base of ur lashes and only working with the very ends. Having ur eyes closed prevents the wand from getting your eyelid messy too. Using this technique keeps your lashes from being weighed down while also making the ends bolder and more eye catching, the base stays relatively lateral looking giving the illusion of naturally wildly long lashes. If you wanna go for a more dramatic effect then you can line your upper waterline with black eyeliner after curling and before the mascara to thicken the lash line

But that "Monsieur Big" is going to my new mascara. I have long lashes and need volume. So of the two, for my personal needs, you're right, that is an amazing mascara. The lancome big mascara is my fave. I have been using it for 4 years probably more. The Ysl was my close 2nd but that started giving me eye infections. Think they changed the formula
COMB through those lashes after for definition and especially first thing, after you curl, to start off with evenly-spaced lashes from the get go. It's worth the 2 seconds it takes and it's very satisfying 😊

Omg this actual worked I used “maybelline lash sensational curvitude” for the lengthening one and “maybelline the rocket waterproof mascara” for the volume
9:29 my momma taught me the finger trick, from her party days in the 90s!! Back in the day i used to apply a dusting of baby powder in between coats when theyre half dried and did wonders back then (or mineral powder, cause translucent setting powder wasn't quite a thing 18 years ago!). Another back in the day product I miss is that one Loreal mascara that was double ended
Darling, no matter what mascaras you're using you still have extremely long lashes. And that is definitely not going to be the outcome for everyone by just using these two mascaras together, if they don't have lashes like yours they're not going to get those massive lashes you've got! ;) By the way, I learned this trick years ago from Kim K to use 2 mascaras at the same time and I've been using that hack ever since. And I never understand women that wait in between coats because if you wait for your mascara to dry before putting on the second coat it is never going to look good! But whatever you've been doing to make your lashes that long, I'm guessing lash serums and stuff like that I'd definitely want that recipe because your lashes are ON FIRE!! I also deal with unruly lashes, lash fallout, lashes sticking together with or without mascara so you're very blessed with your perfect lashes ;)
Jazmin has anorher video with her lash serum recipe: fill 1/2 of a small bottle with castor oil. Then fill 1/4 with olive or avocado oil abd the remaing 1/4 with argan oil.

The Lancôme really made my lashes clumpy.. not sure how this was a good mascara, but the telescopic really helped my lashes with length and volume alone..
I love L’Oréal mascaras. I’ve yet to find a high-end mascara that performs as well.

For me I always go with this combo:
1- Clinique mascara with castor oil "somehow it protects my lashes from falling" I usually apply two layers first.
2- Lancome mascara "same shown in vid for more volume" again two layers.
Works wonder 👌
P.S.: plz don't use waterproof types.

Hell yea! I’ve been doing this for a while now but I use the maybelline the falsies and cover girl clump crusher so it looks sleek and clump free 😄 best duo for me
Also, I roll the brush into the lashes instead of just brushing them in order to keep clumps at a minimum

I’ve been doing this technique for a while. I used both techniques , then found using 3 is better; telescopic mascara alone, discovered it’s too wet and clumpy so I went in with L’Oréal telescopic lift first, L’Oréal Panorama second, and Voluminous Superstar third. Or Voluminous first, Telescopic second, and Panorama third. I’ve tried all, but I always use all three and let me tell you!!!!! I get a lot of compliments from people who have asked me; who is my lash tech, and I break the news that they are my lashes which are naturally long, but with all three products, my lashes are full, plump, and touch my brows. ❤💜💜💜💕
Oh yeah I've been doing this technique for years! The Lancôme Ôscillation mascara is also a good base before the volumizing mascara. That's my combo along with a decent primer.
Telescopic is my all time favorite mascara!! It's so good!! I heat my lash curler with a lighter also so that my lashes stay curled

Heh. I do the same thing with lash sensational and the loreal double extend lengthening mascara and primer. Comb your lashes before you curl, throw the primer on, comb them out. Then use the lash sensational then the double extend. Comb between as needed if you clump. I have oily skin and the telescoping mascara always transferred under my eyes. I really want to try the lancome! Now I'm going to have to run into town to go to Kohl's 🤣

I started heating up🌡my eyelash curler with my hairdryer about a year ago. I was skeptical that it would even make a difference🤔. I was SO WRONG😲...the difference was MIND BLOWING🤯!!!! However I must warn, DO NOT⚠️ OVERHEAT🔥YOUR CURLER. Not only can you burn the fragile skin of the eyelids but, you can also burn your eyelashes off🤦♀️. The key is to just warm the curler👌.

Mascara makes me lose my lash curl instantly bUT I figured out a way to combat that w/o heating my curler: Begin by curling ur lashes real well. Then, get a litttttle bit of Vaseline on an index finger and rub it against the other index finger to heat up the Vaseline till it’s melted. Then, hold ur fingers close to ur lashes and blink to coat ur lashes without getting your eyelids greasy. Then, get the telescopic mascara orrrrr the Mabelline sky high mascara ready bc here’s the magic, you CLOSE your eye fully and ONLY touch the wand to the ends of your lashes which are curled up and away from your bottom lashes. You need to get the ends of your lash hairs deep into the wand and push up to your eyelid, staying clear of the base of ur lashes and only working with the very ends. Having ur eyes closed prevents the wand from getting your eyelid messy too. Using this technique keeps your lashes from being weighed down while also making the ends bolder and more eye catching, the base stays relatively lateral looking giving the illusion of naturally wildly long lashes. If you wanna go for a more dramatic effect then you can line your upper waterline with black eyeliner after curling and before the mascara to thicken the lash line

Okay baby. We're trying this tonight. I got a sample "Monsieur Big" and then bought the "Telescopic." I tried one on each eye by themselves and have to say there were both amazing. But that "Monsieur Big" is going to my new mascara. I have long lashes and need volume. So of the two, for my personal needs, you're right, that is an amazing mascara. But I am going to do this tonight and see. Also, have you've ever done this with a primer first?
The lancome big mascara is my fave. I have been using it for 4 years probably more. The Ysl was my close 2nd but that started giving me eye infections. Think they changed the formula
COMB through those lashes after for definition and especially first thing, after you curl, to start off with evenly-spaced lashes from the get go.
It's worth the 2 seconds it takes and it's very satisfying 😊

Dude, coming from someone with the shortest, straightest lashes, your then vs now look the same to me. Your lashes are insanely long. I’m going to find that video you referenced regarding how you keep your lashes so healthy.
If u want your lashes looking that that in like.. 20 secs, then I recomend lashsentional maybeline mascara. It's makes my lashes soooo long.

9:29 my momma taught me the finger trick, from her party days in the 90s!! Back in the day i used to apply a dusting of baby powder in between coats when theyre half dried and did wonders back then (or mineral powder, cause translucent setting powder wasn't quite a thing 18 years ago!). Another back in the day product I miss is that one Loreal mascara that was double ended

Darling, no matter what mascaras you're using you still have extremely long lashes. And that is definitely not going to be the outcome for everyone by just using these two mascaras together, if they don't have lashes like yours they're not going to get those massive lashes you've got! ;) By the way, I learned this trick years ago from Kim K to use 2 mascaras at the same time and I've been using that hack ever since. And I never understand women that wait in between coats because if you wait for your mascara to dry before putting on the second coat it is never going to look good! But whatever you've been doing to make your lashes that long, I'm guessing lash serums and stuff like that I'd definitely want that recipe because your lashes are ON FIRE!! I also deal with unruly lashes, lash fallout, lashes sticking together with or without mascara so you're very blessed with your perfect lashes ;)
Jazmin has anorher video with her lash serum recipe: fill 1/2 of a small bottle with castor oil. Then fill 1/4 with olive or avocado oil abd the remaing 1/4 with argan oil.

This Mascara worked wonder with many ppl I know! But unfortunately not me! Made my lashes heavy and was too wet for long *Messy application*
