Story:
A bankrupt hairdresser discovers a winning lottery ticket. So why does this not make her deliriously happy?
All these British shows always have someone saying, "Close the door behind you." Why?
It has no beginning and no end.....😢
Agreed. It went quiet and I was waiting for the next "scene ".
Quite strange lol
Sad story about human desperation and how it can cause us to go against everything we know to be right.
Yes, it's called greed.
These keep us going during lockdown! Been an absolute life saver for me anyway.
Can I ask if you posted a radio drama about a stranger that turns up at a house after his car breaks down, he is asked if he can pretend he is a long lost relative. I can’t remember the name of it or if it was yourself that posted it. Thank you in advance.

There is a shorter version but i guess youtube has deleted it. Not sure if it's this you are referring to.
Excellent. I'd love to know what I would have done - when I was the age of the young squaddy I would have definitely done the 'right' thing but now, some 40 years later, I am 99% sure I would just grab the money. My only hope would be that it was lost by the owner of a donkey sanctuary.
Casey Stengel once asked Yogi Berra what he would do if he found a million dollars. Yogi said, "If the guy was real poor, I'd give it back to him."
I wish it was me that won the 20,000 Pounds ...
I dont know what I'd do these days, other than use a card to buy the ticket and take a photo of it immediately.
Use cash or the government will take it away from us.
thank you for the upload little depressing 😀
The older i get... the more drawn i get... thank you.
Very good story in my mind they got to keep the money and gave the young lad some thank you
A good tale.
I enjoyed this one the first time I heard it. Very good
I enjoy most of the plays you post...but not this one. Very unimaginative. Thanks for the rest of them though.
Or maybe there's subtle details you don't understand?
I do prefer the more exciting crime ones though 🙂
Had forgotten most of this one! Many thanks for posting Arch!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👍😊
Made me cry, will I lose my home?
In reality, without the loan or the lottery money, she probably would have had to lose her home. The creditors need to be paid back and she carried on trading when she was insolvent. Harsh. But that is the downside of running a business, especially a company that is not limited.
@@MsHampster123 not true, there's always a way,
@michaelfraser5723 really? Do tell.
Very moving. Thank you for this upload!
