Hi Angie, you totally bow me away with your projects! Your creativity and technique are incredible!!! Your voice and the music are very pleasant and calming! Thank you again for being here!! Jeanne Baton Rouge 25:23
The frosted vase I loved the green paint and I loved the bronze paint but you followed your heart either way was beautiful, I loved all your projects. Thank you for the beauty that can come from a jar ❤️
Thank you! 🤗 I just wish I would have picked the final paint color first so I wouldn’t have had to repaint it. There was a lot of nooks and crannies to redo🤦🏻♀️.
Oh my goodness, the one you changed the paint color on… there are no words Angie. More than stunning and gorgeous ❤ takes my breath away! I love it so much! You have got some incredible creative juices flowing girl! Love them all! 😊❤👍💯
I think I’ve said it before but you have such a talent for putting things together! So much that would never occur to me, just amazing, truly trash to treasure.
LOL! I just finished arguing with my husband about something silly, when I tuned in to your site. OMG! How gorgeous all of your crafts are! ❤ Not sure which I enjoyed more... Your beautiful pieces or 😊 your soothing voice ❤ Thank you. You just got yourself a new subscriber. Can't wait to see what else you have out there!
There are two ways I have found to get labels from jars, that almost always work…there are a few glues that won’t, and the companies that use those types of glue have a special place in he!! designated just for them. 🔥🔥🔥😂 Anyway, the two methods I use are…pour very hot, almost boiling, water INTO the jar, and let it set for a few minutes to soften the glue and scrub it off or tear as much off of the jar, before getting it wet, at all, then take an SOS pad and hot water, from your tap, as hot as you can take without burning yourself, and just scrub it off, and sometimes I use both methods on the same jar soaking and scrubbing with an SOS. A lot of the companies use glue that will tear off easily, if you do NOT get it wet first, but once you stick it in water, forget it, it will be a chore. So, try to get as much of the sticker off as possible to begin with.
I enjoyed watching you transform the jars and vases. They all turned out gorgeous! I would like to know the green paint color you chose first for the frosted glass jar and the pink color you used for the pretty jar with the napkin and transfer. Thank you for sharing your creativity.
I used Pentart Express glue to attach the lace and Gorilla hot glue to attach the leather trim. The resin flowers were made from the IOD Rosettes Mould. I hope this helps!
I always spray my glass items with a matte clear spray before painting with any other paint. It gives the paint something to hold on to. I hope that helps.
I always use chalk paint and do several light coats. That seems to work pretty well for me. If you have trouble with it chipping, do exactly what Lana said and spray a matte sealer on your glass first. This gives it some "tooth" so your paint will stick better. You could also use a primer for slick surfaces and apply that first. I would also be careful with the painted glass until it has fully cured. I hope this helps.
Sorry for that. I added the names of the items to the description. The Redesign moulds can be purchased on Amazon and Etsy. The IOD moulds can be purchased from any IOD stockist. I'm sorry I do not have any affiliate links I just buy from any of them that have what I'm looking for in stock. The paint I buy from Hobby Lobby and Walmart. I hope this helps. Most everything else was from my craft stash and I've had that stuff for years.
Wish the entire video was not in such Fast motion. Very unpleasant to watch and hard on the eyes. You could choose to fade and skip and slow it all down in that fashion so time limit you may impose on yourself was met . Lovely items.
Sorry about that. I had a lot of projects to show in a short amount of time. You can go on your TH-cam settings and change the playback speed. That way it will slow the video down for you. I hope this helps and thanks for watching it.
@@Peppercreekcottage when the viewer slows down the video, the voice is very slurred by slow mo. But, the video should still be understandably visually.

@@Peppercreekcottage so true. And after the paint dries, then I always see little spots I missed. Yikes!!

They're all gorgeous!! The frosted vase was stunning!! I really like the pieces that you incorporate clay decorations with! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you so much! I love adding the clay elements.😁

Thank you so much! The green was Folk Art Matte "Basil Green" and the pink was Folk Art Chalk "Barely Pink"
❤❤❤
Love your ideas! What kind of glue did you use gluing the lace to glass? And where are the resin flowers from (or mold to make them)?
I used Pentart Express glue to attach the lace and Gorilla hot glue to attach the leather trim. The resin flowers were made from the IOD Rosettes Mould. I hope this helps!
❤
What is that copper stuff you are using? Love all your projects😊
Thank you! If you are talking about the stuff in the small white tube, that is Pentart Contour Liner. It's a wonderful product.😁
What kind of glue do you use in that little squirt bottle? You had a white and a clear one.
The little white bottle is Pentart Express Glue and the clear bottle is Gorilla Clear Glue.
I really liked the green you used 1st... what's the name again?
Thank you! The green color was Folk Art Matte "Basil Green" and the final color was DecoArt Metallics in "Bronze Antique"
@@Peppercreekcottage thank you so much!
For some reason I cannot get paint to not chip on glass. I’ve tried different paints, cleaned the glass with alcohol. Any tips?

I would like to know where you got that little paint pen from that had the bronze color little tube that you painted with. Where did you get that?
That is a Contour Liner made by Pentart. I purchased mine from myvictorianheart.com. I absolutely love them.
Great craft ideas but there is no information in the description section for the products, such as the molds, paint, etc.
