Hello! My name is Angie and this channel is all about making things for your home which can include primitive wood decor, upcycle of things I find at the thrift store or along the curb and also may include crafts I make from other types of materials. You may also see home makeovers and possibly a home tour or two depending on the season because I LOVE decorating for Halloween and Christmas . What a huge difference!! Love the room. Everything from the stenciled wall to the cute as a button mail holder is just so beautiful. Btw, I’ve found that my old electric knife works well to cut foam.

I like both ideas for the bòk vase, but why waste the time and supplies for the back of the book that will never be seen? That said..i will make the vase..just not the cover.

Thank you! I made the shelf brackets using D-Ring Tie Downs from the hardware store and wrought iron plant hooks from Hobby Lobby.
Love it. If we dont have a biscuit joiner, what could we use?
Thank you! You could make pocketholes and attach the pieces together that way or use metal mending plates on the underside. I'm not a professional woodworker so there may be a better way to do it besides this. I hope that helps.
