I’ve stopped loading 9mm. I can buy it for just a couple cents more than I can load it for. Love this press for 38/357 40 44mag 45LC. You gotta love revolvers when it comes saving brass to reload.
I keep having issues with indexing, it keeps failing to index. Lee has sent a new drive clutch and the soft turn indexing rod but again it failed making 45acp today. Have you had this issue and if so what fixed it? Also I see your shell plate seem solid, mine seems to appear loose when loading. My powder feed is in the 3rd position but after watching your video it will be moved to the 2nd.
Yes. Technically they were not "shaved". It was actually gouging them. The Seat/crimp die did not have a chamfer on it. They replaced the seat/crimp die.
..yeah keeping an eye on primers AND POWDER is critical...ask me how I know...when you hafta disassemble a couple hundred rounds you learn right quick ..BTW this happened to me on a Prp 1000 back in the 90s...
It’s a great machine for making plinking ammo. I have no complaints. Just keep in perspective what it is. Don’t expect Dillon performance from a Lee machine.
Same here, I pumped out 300 rounds last night, I'm waiting on the bullet feeder, double alpha powder check and I'm also getting a Lee 6-cavity bullet mold and a single stage resizing press along with some powdercoat powder, I'll be rocking and rolling in a couple weeks. It's a good feeling being able to pump out cheap ammo, once I run my first couple thousand rounds the press will pay for itself, I've calculated my per-round cost at about $0.12 since I'm not paying for bullets after I get the mold, I have 350 pounds of lead I got for free, primers are the most expensive part, and powder is only two cents per round. Reloading is awesome...

Wtg really a very nice job on your part. Did they ever tell you what was causing the cases to get shaved in the first place.

That’s awesome bro. Keep reloading!!

do you know what lee replaced on your press exactly? mine has some primer feeding issues
Great video !
It’s running good 👍🏻
thanks for the video. I'm new to this. Are the cases de primed before they are put in the case loader?
No
Just to give you an idea... can you load how many cartridges per hour on average, or how many minutes for 100 cartridges?
~ 8 min per hundred
Hows it been holding up? I think i wanna copy your setup

Just got my six pack and setup, now just learning how to use it. Waiting for my bullet feeder to come in.

Hi. Looking good. Where can I buy a Mr Mini bullet feeder?
Double Alpha. Lee is releasing a new inline bullet feeder in March. Cheaper and looks promissing!
@@jawsmod I heard. Think I will wait for the Lee inline bullet feeder!👌
FYI, there is a new primer pin and spring.
My presses have them both.
Hi please give some information about the bullet feeder and bullet seater . Ciao

I love Lee. But Dillon 750 is king.
