Hi Mark, glad you have been finding the sessions helpful. Pranayama practice should generally be ok for copd. You may want to take the intense practices like kapalbhati and bhastrika at a slower pace as per your comfort. Rest all should be fine.
This is my 4th day, and I can tell the difference in my breathing. My memory has also gotten sharper. Thank you so much for this 21-day challenge. I will continue to do this after the challenge and incorporate it into my daily routine. Thank you so much! 💕
Good morning mam. Can you please wen can I start with kapaalbhati and bhastrika as I hv undergone a abdominal surgery 3.5 months ago for abdominal lumps.
Hi Himani, 3.5months is already a good recovery time. If you do not have any pain in the scar or any swelling anymore, you can slowly start kapalbhati & bhastrika now. Just do both of them at a slow pace comfortable for you.
