- I have yet to cover this topic as I thought it would of be self explanatory. However a number of people have made placements and have begin to ask "how do I get paid". So I thought I would cover it in a video. I talk about how you get paid for temporary and permanent placements with your clients.

Hello, amazing videos and context. Can you make a video of the paperwork regarding legalities, contracts etc.
Yo Kadz thanks to your content I got a client quickly and have a perfect candidate going for interview today after getting the client only yesterday, when should I ideally be sending the contract? With the first CV or after the first interview etc. Can't say thank you enough for everything you've shared.
Nice work! I would typically get rates and agreements in place before sending over candidates. You could still send it, have you agreed anything in writing?
Thank you Kadz, great content again! Question: are you paid on a retainer basis or are you only paid that one time when you place a candidate? Please could you explain. Thank you!
So, when you are deducting a certain amount from the next invoice, I'm assuming it is the amount the faulty candidate had wracked up?
How recruitment agencies receive payments, what are different methods through which clients can pay us.
Great stuff ☺️
Thanks for the visit
How would it work if they needed a replacement as the worker has gone on maternity or paternity leave or gone off sick for a extended period of time, would you have to find a temporary replacement or give them a rebate? Thanks.
No because they would still be employed
Would you send chasers to clients that haven't paid yet & the payment is due tomorrow, for example?
👍🏾
Quick one - is it 30 x days within candidate accepting role OR within 30 x days of their start date, as they may be on 2 - 3 x months notice
It is from their start date
Kadz another fantastic video with so much value
Just a random enquiry regarding emails, I'm currently using gsuite however it seems most of the emails I've sent out are going to the span folder of the receiver, if there any software or anything I can do different to avoid this?
Thanks so much
Yes you need to warm up your email. Send me an email or book a call with me for more details
I am still a bit confused. Sorry for me being a bit slow. So if you get a job for the person who signed up to you the client will pay you a % of their salary within 30 days??
Yes
