Ladies, I am so impressed with how you edited your videos. Captain's perspective, then your mate's perspective. That was genius. This is why I am a fan and share your content with everyone. Thank you so much, ladies. You make boating and fishing so much easier. Can't wait to meet you ladies at the boat show next week!!
What's your technique for getting on and off the boat when you have it tied up 3-4' off the dock like that?
Hands down one of your best handling videos, the multiple perspective was really good, helm, deck worker and drone, very well explained and demonstrated....even your bloopers in this video showed that you knew exactly what you wanted to show. Great job Captains 👍👍
Thank you for watching!!
The crew at my marina have the most fun watching me dock my boat lol. I've come in straight horizontal and ended up vertical - when I think I'm perfect the current normally betrays my perfection. I have gotten it down to under three attempts each outing - so learning makes it all the more fun. Then there is the stretch to get off of the boat and onto the dock. I've never fallen in, so I can truly say, I've aced that (so far). Thank you, once again for an excellent lesson - I will attempt lesson possibly tomorrow.
Thanks for the education! Kona looks like he is having a good time? You ladies are awesome 🍀😁
Very educational! Thank you. The “outside motor” inside motor” is soooo helpful!
I really love your content. We just moved to Cape
Coral, bought a a boat. Whole new life. Gotta learn EVERYTHING! Thank you. 🙏🏼❤️😊
I’m in love with😍
A 'First Class' instructional video! We thank you
Thank you!!
I don't even have a boat but one day I want one. Love to learn from you ladies
Great video GF twins 🤙
Just a note, at the 9:40 mark regarding tying your port side forward spring line. Start wrapping your line from outside the gunnel around the left horn of the cleat vs how it was done from the right horn of the cleat.
Cheers 👍
These girls know their stuff
You ladies are so impressive captains! So much knowledge and experience that you share! Well done!
How do you get from boat to dock especially if your old or carrying a big cooler? Jump?
Outstanding job twin's like always God bless keep doing what you doing !!
You girls really do a great job teaching. Thanks for all the great videos. Your videos are always very tactful and clean, which is really good especially when we’re watching with our kids. Definitely can’t say that for a lot of things posted on the Internet.
Great video, thanks for doing these How-to videos that really help.
That was great. I appreciate your going over it from different perspectives.
Great instructional video! Great job! Very smooth and no panic when the wakes came! Impressive!
What i like about this channel is the girls arent following other TH-camrs that are always running around in skimpy bikinis showing off there butt just to get views. The girls just put out helpful videos that are great to watch !!!
Very good explanation of the process . Thank you ! See a few of these docks intracoastal here in our area
Thanks fellow Canes. Great tips. Love your videos.
Kona did a great job in video
That’s a REALLY nice house in the background of that video. I’m guessing the owners have a REALLY big boat too. Fun video ladies and - as always - you taught me stuff I didn’t know.
The end is the cutest lmao
I learn so much from you!!
As always I learned a Lot! Thanks for the explanations and different perspectives w vid! You girls are Amazing!!!💕
terrific vid as always! top notch instruction! Love the perspective views and drone footage, and first mate kona keeping an eye on everything😉 Keep up the great content!
Good stuff.
I think people turning their engines off is a throw back to the old two strokes, just a habit. My first boat had an old school 2 stroke 250 and that thing did NOT like to idle. Really makes me appreciate my new 4 strokes!
As always, your episodes are packed with good advice, tips, and information while being entertaining at the same time, even for someone who has been doing this for a long time. I found myself trying to figure out if the suction mount on the underside of the hardtop was used for the outriggers. It will be interesting to see how you fish and use the new boat in your future episodes.
Your drone and underwater B-roll is legit - take much more of it ...........
Awesome video, you both made it look easy ❤
Great video ladies! Just curious what’s underneath the cover on the lift?
If Emily is the captain today, and Amanda is the first mate, that means that Kona must be the admiral.
Would you mind going over how to set your dock lines to account for tides?
You guys are awesome, and I love to learn from you, and it's clear you want to teach. Thus, the term is Vice Versa, and not Vicesa Versa.
hello love your videos!
Nice work it's not easy.
Can you do a truck tour? & what truck is best for towing a boat??
Funny - as a recreational captain my biggest issue is new anglers or visiting family trying to superman it to the dock when pulling up... I have a saying "if I do my job you should only need to step off." I don't care if I have to try again, give it time, we'll get there.
That’s a great saying!!
my GSD likes to ride in that same spot when my wife driving out little Key West
What are the markings on the lines for? Are they for the final tie or to avoid hitting the opposite dock?
Did I miss something? When you were finished it looked like the boat was about 2-2.5’ from the dock. How do you get on and off the boat from that distance? Please don’t say, “Jump!!!” 😂 (Especially if I am carrying items.) I watched the video several times and still felt uncomfortable. I am sure that if I had seen one of you or even Kona disembark the boat and step on the dock it would have dispelled my concern. We really enjoy your instructional videos!!!
Cool!
When you are tied, how far away were you from the dock (could you have made it into the dock safely)?
Is there a recommended formula for the average length of dock lines ?
Where should we store our gaff on a cabin cruiser?
Great instructional video, but you edited out the part where you use the gaff to pole vault to the dock with Kona in a backpack!
Why do you need to have 2 sets of springs? I think 1 set of springs and 2 bow lines and 2 stern lines would be plenty
Parabéns
MORE FISHING 🎣 VIDEOS,,
Where is this dock located?
Who cares
Great job, but let's see it done alone.
My wife still wants to know if you guys will marry me.......yes, both of you!! Great video GF, thank you!
Chill, pedo
Sounds like y’all have electric steering on the new boat.
Not sure why your even using the piles when you have whips on the dock
Come in full throttle then slam the engines in reverse pushing the bow of the boat underwater all while throwing empty beer cans at anyone near by. Isn't that the way it's done on weekends and holidays?
Captain Ron style
Best BAHAMA MAMMAS in the world 🤪🍌🍣🍑🍼🎊🇧🇸
Thanks captain obvious
Almost no one has a docking situation like this. This is pretty unique so not that helpful
More of these in Florida than you might think, and this may very well be the only video on YT explaining how to dock in this situation. VERY helpful to studious and serious boaters who like to learn, and to be prepared for any situation.
A great video would be on the communication devices, radios, sat phones, etc that are common on boats.
Great suggestion!
@@GaleForceTwins
And another suggestion....security. How is that boats are not stolen right out of slips?
Thx
Said you were going to drive a boat in a slip. How disappointing
Plan on starting a charter business out here in SF wish me luck 🥲 would love to connect with yah I do car rentals now.
