It's great to be able to watch a fishing show with two of the most knowledgeable young women I have ever seen. But what I like most about your shows is that I can watch them with my wife and don't have to worry about well everything hanging out so to speak. Thanks for being who yall are and not exploiting yourselves for numbers sake

I second Eric's emotion. I have actually unsubscribed some ladies because they crossed that line as a matter of practice. The wholesome and exuberant tone of this channel, in addition to all of the great information and training, is a main reason why I'm a subscriber.

Rare to hear two young ladies who speak clearly, without ums and ya-knows and like this and like that. Good audio and clear speech make a huge difference in these videos.

Another great video. Liked the part about the clouds forming over the gulf stream. There's an easy formula for determining the height of clouds (if you're ever wondering). Just find the temp and the dewpoint of the area you are in, then subtract the dewpoint from the temp and divide 4.4 (divide by 2.5 if using celsius), then multiply that by 1000.
    Temp: 83
    Dewpoint: 72
    83-72= 11
    11/4.4= 2.5
    2.5x1000- 2500
The base of the clouds are at about 2500 feet. I was a pilot in another life, so this was beneficial to me.

My husband and I have commercially fished lobster and stone crab out of Big Pine Key since 1978 on our boats Galeforce 1 and 2. We are constantly asked if we are related to you. It’s made us check out your channel which we thoroughly enjoy. Now that we’re semiretired we sold our lobster boat for a 26’ Twin Vee and appreciate all the tips that we finally get to use. Hope to meet you one day,! Mitch and Vicki Gale

While I’m not a meteorologist I am an airline pilot so I think I’m qualified to comment on the cloud types. You were correct in saying they are cumulus clouds. Billowing, puffy lumpy type clouds have vertical motion in them and have the word cumulus or cumulo in their name. Cumulus, cumulonimbus ( dropping precipitation), alto cumulus (mid level cumulus ), and cirrocumulus (high level cumulus). The flat grey dreary type are called stratus clouds and can be substituted into the above terms. You are correct in saying the warmer temp of the Gulf Stream causes more vertical motion in the air above therefore forming those clouds.

So refreshing to see some anglers who are actually INTELLIGENT. Let's be real... most fishermen are dumb as hell. These gals are so refreshing, watching this video feels like one of my hunting trips 🤯 Have never seen anglers accurately read the lay of the sea and communicate that info to rookie anglers like myself.
    Great work, ladies!

My daughter (12yo) is a huge fan. We live in LA, but have just bought a boat to go fishing the oil rigs out of Venice, LA. So far, we have only been able to fish the MS coast, mainly redfish, trout, and flounder. But, since getting a boat that will go offshore, we have been watching your videos.

I'm learning a ton about fishing from you two, thanks! And like many others I so appreciate that the focus is on fishing and educating. That you aren't bouncing around in bikinis (which my guess is you could rock) is refreshing. Everything is so sexualized in our entertainment culture, it's way too much. At the same time you have a very feminine, sweet vibe, topped off with the twin sister thing. It's so well done. Thanks again!

@@SaltyPirate71 Thanks for that tip, but that’s not quite them… it’s at 3:40… I’ve actually used those jigs before. It’s like a jig head with a Mylar and rubber skirt wrapped on. They cast for a mile and they troll pretty well too. They are lethal for tuna.
