Thank you very much am a breastfeeding mom and my baby haven't poop in 4 days I was so worried, tomorrow I was about to bring her to her pediatrician and I tried the foot massage and it not only work but save me some money.

My 6 month old is so overly constipated, it took maybe 15 minutes of doing the massages and exercises for him to pass a movement the size of half a cutie orange. I am so concerned and so scared, this is my first kid😭
Great video Sophie! For others knowledge as well be careful when giving water to newborns as beyond them being too full for milk, it’s actually dangerous and can cause water intoxication which can lead to seizures or brain damage or worse. Similarly even when they are 6 months as Sophie mentioned and eating, if they are drinking formula or breast milk still there is the recommendation from pediatricians to only give 2-4oz per day or 4-8oz if they aren’t drinking anymore milk, for the same reason above as baby is still sensitive to large changes in water levels in their blood stream (heck even some adults have this issue!).

I just viewed the video and was with my baby. Once I foot massage at the pressure point he pooped two pampers... He was constipated for days and passing gas. This really help. Kuddos and thank you so much.. He feels much better now.

No water under 6 months
My three kids had water before six months they are fine they are all older now and fine
My health visitor said different
Formula is mixed with water. Under six months,some babies do formula milk. So water is fine on its own but not too much for the baby not to have space fire breastmilk or formula mik
