      Mental Toughness Trainer I was wondering if you could make a video about self efficacy in sport? Or you can just give me a simple answer here, is it true that confidence in your ability can actually increase your performance or is it just nonsense and your abilities are just your abilities no matter what?

    Most of the people cannot hadle failure but my problem is i cannot handle success .. what should i do .
